They were both grounded in the bible...graduated from CBCC and he was a youth pastor. This group preys on those that know the Bible and get them to doubt their salvation and tells them to leave their families and join them in seeking salvation. Emma Hi I am asking for prayer for me n my 5 children!! I have bn severely emotionally abused, which turned physical by their father. We seperated nearly 2 yrs ago but shortly after my youngest baby (13 months at the time) sustained a fracture to the ankle. My children have not bn with me for 18 months!! The social services in the uk do NOT believe I caused the injury but are saying I am too damaged to care for them!!! The final hearing is nxt week (12 December) n it looks like my younger ones mayb adopted n the older 2 remain in care!!! I am petrified!! God has told me He is in control n when this happens its bcos HE has decided - but I am struggling to trust!! I know by this happening my children will b fully protected from their father (he is still trying to abuse them) - to protect them, I have to let them go!!! I am scared, confused n feel like I am dying yet still breathing!!!! Y is doing the right thing, Gods thing, to protect those I Iove the most so painful??!!

Joe I need help building a relationship with God. I find it hard to make him my priority. I want him to be in my life everyday not just a once-a-week thing. Cynthia My son-in-law lost his job last month, and though it has drawn him closer to the Lord, the strain on my daughter, with a baby and no income coming in, is overwhelming her. On top of that, my husband signed for the loan for their car, which we are now responsible to pay since they cant, so our finances are also hurting. Robert Three years ago my wife of 13 years, and mother of our six year old boy (six at the time) went through a dark period and possibly a mid-life crisis. She did things that were ungodly and not wife-like. I overcame that, but she couldnt but she couldnt and she divorced me a year ago. We are still in daily communication and committed to our son. I have kept our communication open and have tried to be an example of acting Christ like, with forgiveness and showing love. She knows she is wrong, but is struggling with feeling that closeness to God. I have two prayer requests. it is very difficult at times to not be bitter and I could use some prayers to keep me strong in those times, to keep my focus on God and not circumstance. Also, for her, she is struggling with our enemy and needs to come back to being committed to God and our family.

Brittany Long request short(ish), my unsaved father has been suffering with trigeminal neuralgia (basically severe nerve pain in the face) for years. He has been prescribed many medications some have given him terrible side effects and others have ceased being effective. The severity of this problem varies throughout the year. I have prayed and cried out to God until I had no more tears to shed or energy to waste. When I get excited that my dad is healing and I praise God it seems like right after his pain is back. I have posted this request on multiple sites, my church family has prayed and I cant help but feel like God wants my Dad to suffer and that just doesnt sit right with me. Spiritually I know that doesnt make sense but the human side of me is at times resentful. Like if I had a child and I saw them in pain I would help them without thinking twice. When my dad groans in pain just from taking a bite of food I find myself looking up thinking, "SERIOUSLY GOD?!" As if hes dangling my dads pain in front of me and again I understand it doesnt make sense and I dont want to feel that way. I just wish a miracle could happen so that maybe my dad could see it and believe God loves him and is real. But why should he have any beliefs? If he knew how much he was prayed for and saw it being ineffective it would just solidify his unbelief. Thoughts of my dad dying from TN or complications surrounding treatment terrify me because hed be going to hell and I would know that God could have done something when he didnt no matter how many prayers were sent. So please, pray for my dads spiritual and physical healing and pray for me also as this whole thing puts me on an emotional and spiritual roller coaster.

Ruth I heard from my son last night, first contact since my prayer request. Hes having some problems while in Iraq, he has a job where he cant leave to go for food or anything and no one has been bringing his meals, and hes not getting the medical help he needs. Hes been struggling with what to do, he called me last night and said he finally made a decision and filed complaints concerning these issues. I believe my prayer was answered, it helped him to find a solution to these problems. Please continue to pray, that these filings will get to who needs to see them and that there is no retribution on my son for having the courage to file them.

Darcy I am currently listening to the daily audio Bible most days. I have already given my virginity away, I cant drive yet and I guess my aunt and uncle do not find it necessary to go to church anymore... But I do listen to a lot of sermons. I stopped partying and havent drank alcohol in a while. I confessed that I lied to the people that I lied to and told them the truth. I dont whacth pornography anymore even though sometimes I am still tempted to, I havent in months. However I do still struggle with masturbation sometimes. The suicidial thoughts were so bad that I tried to commit suicide but havent had one suicidial thought after this past time I tried to commit suicide which was my third attempt. I feel a lot closer to God lately and am trying to do the right things for him. I am not completely free from all of those things I had asked you to pray for... But I am most of them. I use to read my Bible everyday and just have this passion, hunger and ultimate desire for Jesus. I was learning so much about Jesus, and was growing closer to him. Then I met this guy and we started dating and I put myself in an abusive relationship with him. I fell away from God, and I almost gave my virginity to him. We did have oral sex, and I had told him that because I was forced in the past with Sexual abuse, in a sexual situation, I cant say no. He used that to his own advantage. Finally he set me free from the relationship and broke up with me. I was in so much emotional pain and I am still learning to move on. I know he isnt the right guy for me and I do deserve so much better than him. But after the Break up I tried to restore this relationship with God back to so much better than before. But I keep failing to do that. I dont read my Bible everyday now, I dont go to church anymore, I have drank alcohol and partied and got really drunk, I have told one lie and now I am caught in the web of that one lie, I struggle with whacthing Pornography and masturbation, Im afraid I am addicted, Jealousy, anger, The suicidial thoughts, I had cyber sex with someone I barely know, and I just feel distant from God. I want to live for him I do. I want freedom from all these things and I want to have the relationship I had back with Jesus. Please Pray that I would be free, I need strength, courage, hope, I need to accept Jesus forgiveness when it is needed. and whatever else you find necessary to pray for me. Advice would be great too. Mr. V Thanks guys so much for the prayer sadly no my band hasnt progressed much but it is ok. God has shown me in many ways that i need to focus on the basics of it all and just focus on praising him whether in a band or at my church. So i am still doing that and the time will come when a band will arise and things will happen all in gods time! praise god for his all knowing all mighty self! thanks again guys!

Charlie We finally joined our new church 2 weeks ago. My family was welcomed with open arms ad warm hearts. We felt like part of the family already. And as far as the Motorcycle Ministry my wife and I are in, the pastor asked me to speak about it when he introduced us to the congregation the day we joined. After the service, as people were coming to welcome us, I had about 20 men and couples ask me for more information on the ministry and how to get involved. It was so awesome. God knew what He was doing when He led us to this church. Thank you so much for the prayers. They were answered and continue to be.

Last night however, I saw that he wasnt very strong in his faith at all. He admitted that he never read the Bible, and that he didnt think it was important to go to church every week. Im really scared and confused right now, because now Im wonderfing if I really love him. I didnt think his faith was as strong as mine, but I never realized how weak it was. Most of his family claims to be Christian, but they never go to church or read the Bible either, and I suppose thats where hes getting his idea of a Christian from. I can see that with someone to show him the true meaning of a Christian, his faith would grow and he would understand why its important to read the Bible daily and meet with other Christians to worship our Lord. Please pray that he will understand what it means to worship the Lord, and what it means to be a Christian. Also, please pray for me, because Im completely heartbroken right now, and Im scared of talking to him about all this. Ive decided to end our relationship for now, because I cant be with someone whose faith is lacking so much. Until he proves to me that he is comitted to worshipping our God, I just.. cant be with him. I know this request probably sounds very childish and naive, but please pray for us. Rachel Spoon Hi everyone. I appreciate everyone who is still praying for us. Hes been reading Gods word more often, but he still doesnt come to church every week. I know his family doesnt think much of going to church, so its very hard for him to actually be able to come. Please keep him in your prayers. God Bless all of you.

Please pray for Gods hand of protection over him and all of the soldiers who are there. Also, please pray that he can be a light to those around him. There are a lot of non-believers in his unit. Please also pray for my sister-in-law who is living as a homosexual. She and her girlfriend will be having a baby next month. She used to be a Christian. Raquel My application did go through but unfortunately I didnt get the job. On the day that I received the notification that I didnt get the job I received a my daily Bible text on my cell and it said "wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord." Psalm 27:14 so I know that I have to wait patiently for the Lord for He has bigger plans for me =)

We were literally just 20 minutes ago, praying over those wed committed to pray for & knowing this event had passed, we were praying for those who God had affected during your services to have people fallow up with them & for discipleship. Angela Dear C28 ~ Prayer for immediate restoral of CAL Grant was denied by State of California. Therefore, I believe that answer then would be found in Proverbs 3:5,6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. That is what I must do as God is in control and knows the plans he has for our sons & daughters. This has been a challenge & a test. However, We walk by faith and not by sight...All the priceless jewels/scriptures come rushing in my life to provide comfort... That it will be alright! God never breaks a promise & I must lean not unto my own understand...TRUST God! That is the answer I believe. Amen.
