Fartina I am a mother of one child who has lost her job in October and is about to be put out of my place and be homeless. I need a miracle and a place to go. None of the shelters seem to be accepting and I have no idea what to do. I have been hired at a job but have not started yet. Please stand in agreement with me that me and my daughter will have secure housing and will not be on the street. Please. Thanks.

With Love On Your Arms I am really worried about some things in life and being a teen. Im 16 and I dont have a drivers license yet or even have my slip/permit. I dont have a job yet also and my grades werent so good. I have someone in my family who tells me that I need to get my license and a job because I am making people have a hard time. Im worried that I will be stuck in home and not have freedom. I know I should be grateful for many things but there are times when I really dont like being here.

tiffani I recently returned from a missions trip abroad and all seemed well during my time away i.e., i was stress free, i sensed the presence of God everywhere, i felt a sense of community love with others. Since my return, i have been a little overwhelmed with work, school and a friendship relationship which i believe will lead to marriage but lately...ive been doubting. I have known my guy friend for almost a year and a half and due to distance, ministry, grad school and our busy work schedules we arent able to communicate as much as wed like. Please pray that i receive wisdom, patience and guidance as i work through my grad program, search for a new job and wait on marriage.

Sandy My husband of 22 years has left us on our sons 17 th bday for another woman he has started the divorce process 2nd court date is the 17th of January . He does not talk OT text our children they r ages 20, 17, and14 he shows up at my son basketball game to " look good" but he does not try to talk to him or text himHe works as a principal at a behavior program asNd has hired all 5 women he has had an affair with . Vanessa My husband and I are hoping and praying for Christian friends. There are times when I feel a terrible jealousy rise up in me toward the friendships my brother and sis-in-law have, though I dont think they are always good friendships. My husband is lonely for a Christian man to grow with in Christ, to learn from/with, and just to have a good friend other than myself. What I ask above all is that any who are willing to pray for us, will ask our perfect Creator to make us worthy of having friends. Secondly, please ask Him to work His perfect will in our lives, in spite of our fallen-ness. (sp?) Third, if/when the Creator sees fit, that He would put us in the path of Christians he wants us to build relationships with, and that He will make it clear to us what He wants, as we can be so blind to Him sometimes. :-P Thanks in advance...Im glad to have found this little community where we can hold each other up :-)

Sabine Vanessa, if you are focused on any desire in your life other than serving God that is not Gods will. You are making your desire for Christian friendships your number one. Tying to fulfill the desires of your own heart to gain something - even something like friendship, is not Gods will. That is why you are feeling jealousy. You are allowing your desires blind you to what God has already blessed you with. Dont waste your talent, get out there help people without doing it to help yourself. Friendship is a by product of people doing good and helping each other regularly. Reach out to those that dont fit your profile of a good friend or based on the criteria of being christian. Rather look for people you can be a good friend to, that maybe really need a friend more than you. I pray you and your husband become servants of God rather than self servants. Look at your life and say where is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. We must all do this. Then if we discover there is not much there we must change our focus back to God and his will in our lives. When he is there he works through us to make other peoples lives better. In turn we become happier or might even make a friend because it was created by Gods will at work.

Sabine I feel that ever since I found Jesus, my life has become a battle against the Devil. He has been working in my husband who is unsaved, my friends ( old ones unsaved) all new ones have turned out to be Christians, my family (all unsaved). Rejection, isolation, slander and terrible acts have come against me non stop. It seems the more I walk with Jesus the more it comes against me. I had no friends for a few years after I had children but I prayed about it and God has sent me wonderful people in my life. Despite this my ex best friend of many years has been trying to destroy all my work connections in my modeling. I am starting the path of learning how to act for the past two years now - she already knows all the casting directors in the city and is trying to sabotage my chances wherever I go. I know when she has influenced others because they are so different with me. She tells people that "I think I am so holy". Its easy for her to do this since all the people we know are either gay and or non Christian. I ask for someone to pray that she will cease trying to destroy me in my line of work and to people. I dont have her ability to win friends and influence people (her favorite book.) which I told her is very evil. I honestly think that something in her hates me and Jesus in me. My Christianity bothered her soooo much. But when she couldnt snare me with deliberate acts of trying to offend me while we were friends, she just one day started avoiding any contact with me. The next time I saw her I was left with a horrible sick feeling in my stomach for days. Then she told me that I have changed and that I am crazy (she was so full of hatred). All of this took place over two years ago and is still affecting my work because she does not stop .Please pray for her that she will come to know Jesus and that any evil working in her will be bound through the name Jesus. Please pray that my husband will come to know Christ and be baptized. The same goes for the rest of my family and in-laws. Pray for me that God will use me for his purpose wherever and whatever I am doing, and that he will turn all my curses into blessings, in Jesus name.

Sonya I am in the middle of probably the most trying time of my life, It is Christmas time which adds to the sadness. Recently I had invited a sister to move in with me until she got back on her feet. Big problem, she was not trying, and I felt taken advantage of at the end. My daughter also moved in with me for a month without asking but I took her in without a word. Yesterday at work my faith was for lack of a better word attacked. I was called to HR for giving out Jesus is the reason for the season buttons, and told I talk about faith all the time. Not true, I only tell about faith when asked. I know the boundaries and rules of my work place. I was and am so hurt. I cried all the way Home driving in a blizzard while praying for guidance from Him. I get home and think things are calm. But I get two phone calls one from my daughter chewing me out about Christmas, I said whoa what a minute this is the first I had heard of what you are talking about. My door is open to your aunt and I have made that clear. The second was from my other sister. Not chewing me out but telling me she was not coming to moms for christmas and neither were her kids. My world is an ultimate mess, I cannot fix this alone. I am also in the middle of a nasty divorce after 23 years of marriage. It looks like i may well be spending the holiday alone. Please pray for me. I feel so weak and heavy laden right now.

GB Please pray for my two nephews who have fallen for Satans trickery and one has proclaimed to be a nonbeliever and the other some new age universal God belief. They are good boys who were raised Christian but have let the evils of this world take hold of them. They are both in their early 20s and their mothers are both torn apart by these admissions. Please pray God removes the blinders from their eyes and shows them the truth. This is not an easy case for us (you and my family) as they are very set in these false beliefs. We need lots of round the clock prayer, as relentless as Satan is with them now. Sharon It has not been answered yet I am relying on on God to manage the legal system as I must deal with a legal issues sadly trying to retrieve what was stolen,dealing with anothers bad behavior, and also trying to protect my sons and I. It has been months and I want/pary for resolve of all the issues. As my monies dwindle (legal fees, high rent,storage,dogs elsewhere (in apt) I franically still search for a home which would cost me about half of what I pay now for rent and for a single mom thats GREAT. It all has become such a burden. I keep giving it over, but the have tos, life, financial outgos are hurting me and its taking its toll. I need legal resolve and quickly its been nearly 6 mos, and more legal before that. Id like all the money (quite a bit) stolen back, and bounderies preventing harassment/abuse, and only visits in my state since the dad had taken them out without notification and mentioned leaving the country with my sons. My older son has many delays, and emotioanl issues and he will not stand up to his dad and it is dangerous to do so, so there needs to be things in place, many already but a few more is needed. Thanks to all for praying, I am too. I really need this put behind me so I can move on, i know its primarily harassment via the court system but it takes mandatory time and money that I dont have. I have 2 sons I must focus on, a home, job, God, friends and family and this legal/house serch is a burden for to long. Thanks again for praying. God is Great!!!

Alexandra He has been diagnosed with a pretty severe case of Leukemia, and his hospital bills are going to bankrupt the family. He has 10,000 bill for the initial diagnosis, plus 8000 a month for chemo. and this isnt including medicine, or doctor/hospital visits. Kailey it has been 2 months since we caught him smoking pot and not once has he been tempted and he has come closer to God. Thank you to everyone that has prayed.

Jokers Knight Out Interestingly enough, God had me go to my parents place (who need major financial prayer for their situation as well) in Edmond, OK. Weve closed a deal on a trailer home (much, much bigger and far more spacious area) in another part of Oklahoma City (nicknamed Lil Mexico). Its very close to a great coffee shop that doubles on Sunday to function as a community church and its the best church Ive been to in Oklahoma, one I feel truly comfortable going to all the time.

The doctors told my grandma he cancer was in stage 4 and she had a max of 6 months to live and here she is and with just one chemo treatment(it consists of 3 days) it is almost gone!!! My grandmother started Chemo yesterday and she has had this woman on her heart since then and she hasnt been able to keep her off her mind and i just feel like i need to pray for this woman!!! She is 40 just had her son graduate high school she has Breast Bone and Brain cancer. My grandma said even though she is going through chemo right beside this woman she feels so humbled because her cancer could have been just like this womans! I Also want to thank the lord for letting my grandma be humbled and know that you are always there lord you havent left her side!!!
My grandmother started Chemo yesterday and she has had this woman on her heart since then and she hasnt been able to keep her off her mind and i just feel like i need to pray for this woman!!! She is 40 just had her son graduate high school she has Breast Bone and Brain cancer. My grandma said even though she is going through chemo right beside this woman she feels so humbled because her cancer could have been just like this womans! I Also want to thank the lord for letting my grandma be humbled and know that you are always there lord you havent left her side!!!
Rosemarie I think this years homecoming week was so packed for all the right reasons. Kids didnt have the chance to do anything theyd truely regret. Everything was so organized and went by smoothly :)

Rosemarie Cross country is finally over and even though we all wanted to advance to the next level... I think we werent meant to. For once, were actually able to take a break and let everyone heal up. I dont know what the future holds.. All I know is we ran our hearts out and came out short so theres a chance if we would have traveled to run the next week then wed become far more injured. :) The volleyball team is pulling back together and several are starting to show great amouts of improvement along with football.

Rosemarie Were still not pulled together like a family should be. As of right now, Im the only one dedicated to finding a way to church reguardless if anyone goes and Im praying that soon Ill be persuasive enough to make everyone else want to attend. Rosemarie Hes still as strong as ever and is constantly trying to find new ways to reach out into the youth. Tonight he hosted a movie night where we all watched letters to god under the stars. :)

He took a big risk moving from a town where he knew EVERYONE to a place where he believed God needed him. Now, not only is he teaching students and coaching atheletes. Hes taken the job of Youth leader in our local Church. Hes such a blessing in my life and Im sure in many others whether he realizes it or not. The most amazing trait about him is how hes not afraid to show his faith. He writes scriptures on our boards in the lockerrooms for motivation. miriam I know it has been a long time since this prayer request but God still answers prayers, even if we have to wait. Even thought statistically my nephew should not be doing well at all based on his injury, praise God!! He is recovering! He finally woke up and started talking about two months ago. He has had extensive therapy and will continue to but he has come so far! His memory is good and there is very little that seems to be damaged mentally. It will take much longer to get him walking but we know he will! It is a miracle of healing because he wasnt expected to by the health professionals but we knew the Great Physician and He knew Scott would come back to us. Relationships are still strained and need healing and forgiveness so continue to pray for that but God has used this in many wonderful ways because all things work together for the good for those in Christ! Pray that my nephew will be able to get married this April,as previously planned, and that he will WALK down the aisle to his bride!

Also pray for all involved because this is starting to create difficult issues in relationships. This will be a very long struggle that will affect us spiritually, emotionally, financially, mentally and physically. We need Gods strength to walk through this valley. Pray that this will also bring God glory.

They found out that it is cancer and he recently started chemo. The type of cancer he has has a 90% chance of being cured. Andrew and my sister have two girls, an 18 mo and a 3 mo. Andrew is the only one working while my sister finishes school. They have no health insurance. Thank you for your prayers.

It has taking me a month but now I found a church and amazing christian friends so PRAISE God for that but prayer that I continue to focus on God and school and not anything else that is of the world. My family needs prayer, and guidance. With the Loss of My 37 year old cousin passing away last year from cancer my aunt has decided to move and it is hurting a lot of us. Now my other cousin a little younger has rectal cancer and he is expecting his 2nd daughter, pray for his healing. My Uncle has been struggling with cancer as well, he went through Chemo for lung cancer, then lymphoma, and now they found a brain tumor. Thank God they were able to remove it with out any damage, but prayer is still needed for he might still need more treatment. There is so much more that needs prayer for, but just lift up my name God will now :) Thanks to all!

David God has been very good to me lately! Out of the two Jobs I prayed for I had the opportunity to follow and do both of them but at this time I am only employed in one of them because I cant afford to travel to both. I was very slowly catching up with my bills and rent but still behind up until yesterday. I was tempted not to tithe because I didnt have much to give but I did anyway. It says in the Bible to test God with your tithing, So I took a step out in faith and God came through. Yesterday I won $1000 in a competition which now means Im back in control of my finical situation and will be able to follow up this second job opportunity and stay ahead. Tiff Many many thanks to those who prayed for my friend and her family! A few months ago when we went to visit my friends father, he admitted that he really hated God for bringing such a horrible disease upon him and causing his family such anguish. Recently when we went to visit, we asked him if he still hated God and he said that his hatred greatly decreased so that now he only hates God a little bit. Every week, the pastor from my church goes over to my friends house to study Gods Word with my friends dad, and I think that its really helping him build up his faith in God again.
Meanwhile, my friend and her mother are taking a plane to attend the mothers brothers funeral this coming weekend while her father stays behind because he cannot take airplanes in his condition. However, the family is making enough money to hire a nurse to help take care of the father so that at least home is not as stressful anymore. All in all, the family is doing pretty well now, and they have people around them for support and help when they need it. God really is a good and merciful God!

Pray that her family will remain strong throughout these difficult times. Pray that their family will be able to have the money to pay for their health expenses and other living expenses. But most of all, pray that their family will always remember that they can depend on God to help them. My friends father used to be very close to God, almost to be a pastor, but now his and his familys faiths in God are depleting because they dont understand why such a "good" God would allow such events to happen to them.

Kathy Tonight we went to the doctors for little Sarah. The doctor who is not a Christian yet... Blessed us with samples of the medicines that Sarah needed free!!!! Also my ob/gyn doctor (who became a Christian after Deborah was born before Sarah was born) was there (they share the office) and he knows a lady who has a house to rent, he will be calling her tomorrow and see if she would rent it to us if we like it. :) God is faithful to guide our steps if we let him. serena hey guys! im so happy! i was stressing a bit about finding out what im gonna doabout this rent situation, yesterday i went and looked online again for some places to rent and i saw one that was posted 3 hrs before hand, so i checked it out and its perfect, EXACTLY what i needed most and its very affordable! the people are lovely there too.i went to meet the renter and we got along and i got the room on the spot :) i move in this weekend. thank you guys so much for praying for me, luvs you all!
