Brandon I would like to ask for prayer. Im in the Air Force stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I would like to ask for prayer for the men and women stationed here that God will give them wisdom, comfort, and guidence for the NCOs all the way to the President during this time as it is greatly needed. North Korea is a real threat right now and I know there is going to be people who are scared. I would also like prayer for my church here Neighborhood Church and its missionary pastors, Pastor Wes and Carol Mathis and Pastor Christian and Leah Siangco. Just pray for wisdom for them and that they will be able to get the support from churches in the states and that the church grows more. Its been growing a lot the last few months as more people are coming to Okinawa and weve outgrown our parking lot. I would personally like to ask for prayer for me at work as being around people that talk about sex, beer, swear constantly, and question my faith on a regular basis. I would like to have the words to say when they do question me and most of the time dont. Being around them talk about the other things make me tempted but I havent faultered. Pray that I have the strength to stand up to them and answer the tough questions that the have and the knowledge of the Bible needed to bring them to Christ. The friends and relationships sort of goes hand in hand. I have made some awesome friends here and 1 is an amazing girl who has everything that the Bible says to look for in a wife and Id love to date her but I know Im not in the best place with God right now. Im working so hard on changing that and getting over these addictions that are holding me back. Ive never felt more convicted to be a better person and a better servent of God until I met her. I also want to take leave and go on a missions trip sometime this year so I pray that God will show me where he wants me and that I will be able to save up enough money for the trip as I dont get payed really anything. I would like to thank you in advance for any prayers that I recieve from anyone. I know this is a lot to pray for but man I am just so convicted right now to change my life and be a better person!

Deborah A friend of mine is going through a custody battle with his ex. His ex is accusing him of physically hurting the child. Hes gone through many trials for almost 10 yrs. Hes a "lost" Christian with a broken heart. My sisters and I have been praying for him and his children. Good father? yes! Good provider? yes! Abusing father? NO!! Ive seen him with his children and they have such a loving bond with each other. Hes hoping to have "full custody". Hes deep in financial debt with court fees that he hasnt been able to enjoy life. Praying that the Lord will give him encouragement, faith, wisdom, direction, and hope.

John Me and my wife made the decision to put our children in a Christian school 2 years ago. We have been doing our best to make ends meet but the tuition leaves only $6.50 left every month after the bills are paid leaving nothing for emergencies or any repair. I ask for prayer for us to have wisdom and understanding to do what is right for our kids and our family and that God will lead us in that direction. I as a dad want the best for my kids but I cant have my decisions take a toll on them. Please pray for us... God be with us all...

Yahaira I need prayer for my dad. He had a major stroke which has left him a quadriplegic. He cannot speak, move, feel us holding his hand or eat. He has to communicate by blinking yes or no. I know that God can heal him and it will be a long road with a lot of therapy. But God performs miracles everyday and I know that God will use my dad as a testimony.

Lucy I need prayer for strength to walk the path that God has called us all to walk, close to His word. Charlotte My 72 year old husband, Wally, is in the Vets Home as a result of Alzheimers Disease. Both of my parents died of the disease. Mother died of pneumonia and Dad starved to death. When Wally was able to still communicate, he used to say how he prayed the Lord would take him anyway other than starvation. He has reached a point where he is not that interested in eating and drinking is becoming an issue. My prayer is that the Lord will take him before starvation sets in. Would you please agree with us on this request. He no longer knows who we are, cant do anything for himself and is waiting for the Lord to take him home where he once again will be a whole man. Kaitlin I feel like I have a spiritual battle with my co-worker. She seems to criticize everything that I do. Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

A Captivated Heart I would like prayer for people in other places of the world where hunger and poverty is stark. I want to make a difference in the lives of people who are faced with struggles us American do not usually have to face. Knowing that other people in the world, especially in poor countries, pay the price of our luxurious lifestyles drives me with this passion to give them the life promised in John 10:10 . All in all, I just want prayer with a faith that can help these people through their daily struggles. In addition, I want to have answers. I have been struggling a lot with sexual sin. The guy that I like is agnostic and I feel like I have fallen a whole lot away from God. Satan is filling me with his lies and I feel like I have been letting him win, and sometimes have been believing his lies. It has gotten so bad that I have even doubted that he was there anymore and it made me really worried and scared. I dont want to go away from God and live for myself and Satan again. I wouldnt know what to do without Jesus. He has brung me so far and no I am getting attacked really bad by Satan, it hurts, and it scares me a lot. If it were not for Jesus right now I probably would have suceeded at committed suicide from all the attempts I have been through. Please I need prayer really bad, and help. I am scared. :(

Darcy Well all of you who prayed for me... Thank you! I havent had cyber sex with the new guy in like a month and a half. I am starting to feel something again. I have learned that my Body and who I am are precious and that I dont have to feel like I have to give it to guys over the internet anymore. I am still learning to say no though. If you could please pray about that too, that would be fantastic! And so yea the guy I was having cyber sex with just asked me to stop and I was glad he did, cause I felt controlled and sometimes like I had to.

Ive struggled with immorality basically all my life, even for most of my childhood. But the last couple of months have been horrible. Temptation is everywhere I look. Im so tired and frustrated. I feel like Im becoming the exact opposite of what I desire to be.

David God is crazy! and so good to us! I cant explain in words whats happened to me in more or less over night! I couldnt sleep. I couldnt do anything but seek Gods face! Once I admitted here on C28 and to my friends that I was breaking under the weight of this world. God came to me in such an intimate way. I sat at my table and just cried. I cried out to God for forgiveness. I cried out thanks to him. His presence is so pure! I think the best part is knowing that no matter how much we struggle. God wont let us suffer for too long. He knows us better then we know ourselves. I know now more then ever that its in Christ alone that I stand. And I really want to thank you all for your support through this tough time in my life. God is glorious beyond all comprehension! I love all of you so much! thank you and thank God!

But there is apart of me that wishes I never knew him or what he did for me. it hurts me so much to say that!!!! I love him too much to walk away. a part of me wants to. God only know how much I love him. And I need him now more than ever. I am loosing the battle and everyday it gets harder! God please save me from this world and save me from myself! you are the starter and the finisher! you dont have to do anything for us yet you do out of pure untarnished and undying love! Nira :) Father i pray that you bless DJ, give him strength right now Father for he needs you. Bless his mind that there may be peace and clarity, allow him to feel your presence allow him to yield and hear you voice Father. I ask that the Holy Spirit lead and guide him the way that you will have. Elena As of today, its a new low point. He stepped out to buy marijuana on chrismas eve, which i found, and now he says he wants very little to do with his family. I believe the issue is more than just marijuana, I believe hes under a severe spiritual attack, and Satan wants to estrange him from his family. He has friends who encourage his estrangement, and has dropped some old good friends. One of his 16 year old friends left his home just before Christmas, and my son wanted him to stay here, but I couldnt because I suspect this other boy uses a lot of drugs. Need more prayer, I feel helpless.

I believe the enemy is attacking him through new so-called friends who are causing harm in every sphere of his life, and marijuana has taken hold of his life and his personality has changed and he is trying to distance himself from his family and everyone who truly cares about him. I am getting him counselling that he doesnt want, starting within a couple of weeks. I need prayer for him to return to God, his family and good friends, and for all those who are harming him to be removed away from his life, especially one particular person (God knows who that is, who is causing the most harm, and has an evil grip on him). I trully feel this is a heavy spiritual attack because the enemy is set on destroying the witnessing for God that my son used to do.

Michele PRAISE HIM! HE is soooo faithful to answer prayer! Back and forth to the endontist, finally endontist says, "were going to have to surgically remove the cyst". So I show up the day of the planned operation. Dr. says, "huh. dry as a bone inside the tooth. The cysts appears to be shrinking by itself. No need for surgery. The medicine I put in there must be working". I thought to myself, "No-- thats JESUS!" Thanks for all your prayers! PRAISE GOD!!!!

Because of the cyst, the bone in my upper jaw has been deteriorating and I have bone loss. Please pray that I be fullly healed and quickly. I am not in pain, praise God, but I am worried that it wont heal. I eventually need to have a root canal done on that tooth.

They recently moved into our house so they can get back on their feet, but they are depressed, and my moms sister cant find a job. My church is really small. It has beena round for 5 tears now and we have been doing nothing but pray that we grow. We usually ahve the same 15-20 people come every sunday morning, on a good day 30-40 (good days meaning holidays). I would just love if we can have more people pray for our church to grow and that we get so many people that we need bigger space and that we have the money for that bigger space. Thank you :)

Daena Half of my prayers answered maybe... Im not sure. But God has been working through my life right now and I feel like hes like somewhere here with me. I dont know exactly where, but it feels like hes always around my heart. :) I am very happy right now and its not just because its almost Christmas. Part of it is that. Please pray for my continued blessings. I was recently blessed with a beautiful baby girl, however she was stillborn due to a cord injury. While I dont understand why her life had to be so brief, my faith is stronger than ever. HE continues to walk with me and HE is my comforter. His healing is evident in my life. I have asked HIM, however, to restore his blessings to me so that maybe I can give birth to another little girl when the time is right. I believe that this will be so, however I would like to submit to the prayer board to please also pray with me for this and for my precious baby girls safekeeping. thanks.
