Veronica One and a half years after moving 3500 miles across the country, my husband, along with 279 other employees were laid off...without notice. Many of his former coworkers are struggling. The majority of them sold everything and packed up their lives to move to another state and start a new life. By the grace of God, we have not been put in a situation where we have to worry or wonder where our next meal will come from or how well pay rent...but unfortunately I cannot say that for everyone else. I ask that you pray with me, that during this trying time those displaced employees find Jesus. That they call upon the Lord and see that can trust Him and lean on Him. I pray that through this, they can grasp an understanding on how much God loves them and how he wants to help them...they just have to let Him in. I pray that everyone affected by this recovers quickly and that depression does not sink in.
I also ask that you pray for my family. My husband does need work, yes. But I pray that the Lord leads us to the place where we can make the most impact for Him. Thank you in advance for your time and dedication to pray with me. We appreciate it. God bless you and yours!! :)

Jonathan Earlier today, Ive met up with an old Jewish friend of mine who was a bully in jr high school, but recently apologised... I gave him our 3rd grade class picture as he was getting at me about it for a few years now. I finally got it to him and we started talking a little bit, and one of the things hes mentioned was how he has his own business and it is corrupted and ran by the mafia, and he loves it. Later on in the conversation, he further tells me how happy he was to see me looking good unlike other people we knew that didnt turn out so well. I tell him how good hes looking and how I bet if I ran a mile, he could still catch me... He then explained how he doesnt do violence anymore, and he was sorry again and how he did a lot of bad things... I told him "Hey.. Ive done bad things to" He then said how he has a lot of Skeletons in his closet... That can mean anything. All I could do at the time was encourage him to stay safe. Based off of what you read about him through this prayer request, I ask that you all pray for my friend in any way it comes to your heart. oh by the way, the friends name is Lazar or Lasar.... Gemy Im losing faith. alot of faith. i try to be closer to Him, but idk if its even working. i cant feel His presence. My teacher told me that all i have to do is ask Him to reveal His self to me. i do. for a long time. but nothing happens. another teacher told me to just keep on knocking(Luke 11:5-13). but i have been for years and im getting tired of it. there are alot of mean, wrong, and bad verses in the bible. like this one: "When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property." (Exodus 21:20-21 NAB). and right God flooded thousands of people because they were wicked? and right he knows everything(past,present, and even future) so if he knew that He would create wicked people, why did He just not do it? and in gen., why didnt He forgive Adam and Eve? please answer my questions:(

Jennifer I have a friend who is going through some tough times right now because a year ago her boyfriend broke up with her basically because she was honest about her views on a certain controversial topic. Its been a year, but shes still really depressed by it and she refuses to even look at other guys as options because she feels like shes somehow not being fair to her ex. I also request prayers for this ex-boyfriend - even though I think he was totally unfair in how he treated her, he still desperately needs prayers because he is not a Christian, and that fact is possibly the main reason my friend is so sad.

Lindsay I am a teacher and I absolutely adore my job. I truly feel that my gift to teach is from God and I feel truly blessed. However this is the first time in 5 years that I do not have a teaching position. We have an abundance of teachers in my area and it is very hard to get a job. Please pray that God opens the door to the right teaching position for me! I am able to cover maternity leaves, so my prayer is that God leads me to the right place! Misty My 15 year old son, Damon, just came down with Shingles. The doctor put him on somed pretty hefty pain pills,but he is still in a lot of pain. My son is very active in or churches study groups and helps out with our childens church activities a lot. It is just devistating to him that he has to miss out on these things, but just cant stand the pain enough to go. Please pray for a quick recovery and that the pain goes away when he heals. There is the possibility that this pain can stay with him for years.

L Satan has my husband in such a stranglehold that he cant and wont look for God. PLEASE pray for my husband as he is as close to kicking me out our home as I have ever seen him. He WONT seek Gods will. He can only see the fear that satan has put before him. He is a good man, but is being absolutely spiritually attacked. Im asking for prayer for my friend who is currently in jail. Ive been one of the only ones who are there to uplift him or write him. I havent heard from him in about a week and I pray hes doing okay and that hes receiving my letters without a problem. I hope some of you can just say a simple prayer for him. I know hes in jail for a reason but he has a good heart and was just in rough times. I just pray god finds him and can hear my crys for help. I pray this brings us together and strengthens our friendship as well.

Monica Thank you for your prayers. We made it through Christmas with a few minor problems because mostly because mom does not show up to visits and Kim feels very hurt. She learned what the real meaning of Christmas is and how to give instead of only how to receive and was very proud of herself and it made her very happy. She also made it through the Christmas performance at church and did a great job. Please continue to pray that Jesus touches her heart in a way that she can understand! Thank you for your prayers. My sister: Desiree has been having her hip surgery canceled almost 5 times due to other health issues and now denial of insurance at the hospital. I feel for her since shes in so much pain. I too am having health issues with my Lt Knee. I havent had medical insurance for 3 yrs now. Im hoping to be able to have an MRI done to see the extension of my injury. Without the proper care and enough money to pay for all of this, I consume to wearing a knee brace and taking ibprofen for the pain. Thank you for the prayers!

Jonathan Well guys... Im very thankful for all of your prayers... Its been a crazy 2 years since we had broken up... I feel that in a way Ive been in a lot of denial that I was over her... I guess its because I seriously thought she was the one and that was IT.... God truly has been merciful with me... I lived through so much more stress than this break up during that time period. In the process, Ive had crazy problems with both of my parents. each parent was a different problem. My sister around that time got separated from her husband and it was depressing for her and till this day, she is taking matters in the wrong route. I tried harder than ever to just get a job and it just was not happening, even till this day... I had no one to run to. There wasnt ANYONE to talk to because no one was in accord with me. Everyone was just giving me that vibe that theyd rather pray against what I was needing them to pray FOR... I needed someone that I can touch and agree with. I needed someone that I could unite and be in One Accord with and I just kept getting denied. I tried to gain my self-esteem back, and I lost it all over again from joining Haitian Interdenominational Mass Choir: Joshua Generation, because I felt like I just got dragged around another "Game" and Im tired of that being all it is with all of these local independent ministries in Brooklyn. Ive dated about 3 women since then, and Im so glad that is over with. Why do I feel God has answered my Prayer? Am I truly over Melinda? Well, The last I spoke to her, I asked if she was ok in terms of preparations to Hurricane Sandys upcoming approach. When ever I see her on my newsfeed, Im in immediate alert. There was a picture I posted with a beautiful female friend of mine to which she expressed hidden jealousy somehow and I was sooo happy to see that. But what has me feeling like I know for sure that I need to express that God has answered my prayer would have to be taken from a quote from the second Transformers movie where Optimus Prime tells Sam "Fate rarely comes at a time of our choosing" I quote that line because Ive just entered a serious transition in my life that I dont think Im 100 percent ready for but I need to get in on that asap. This Transition, should I cease it and grasp on to it and hold it down, I am more than willing to take this past with Melinda, understand it, accept it, and LET IT GO, along with the fact that I can not get what I had with her back, nor should I say yes to the unlikely day that Im offered it back. With that being said, I ask that you all say one final prayer for me, and for Melinda. Both us as individuals, and for our relationship. Thank you so much. God bless you all, and stay strong.

I ask that you pray for my relationship with my past girlfriend Melinda. During the aftermath of our unfortunate turn around, I acted in a very insecure way, not just to her, but to her family. I go through emotional pain, and I pray for her, being that I dont get to see her anymore, or never know what shes doing. I truly feel that she is making bad decisions in her life, that she doesnt feel are bad. My heart hurts for her, so I also want my prayer warriors to pray for her individually, and myself individually as well as I am going through this emotionally difficult time. This has all started in the very begining of December, and still God has been very merciful till this day, the morning of March 6th 2011.
I ask that you pray for my relationship with my past girlfriend Melinda. During the aftermath of our unfortunate turn around, I acted in a very insecure way, not just to her, but to her family. I go through emotional pain, and I pray for her, being that I dont get to see her anymore, or never know what shes doing. I truly feel that she is making bad decisions in her life, that she doesnt feel are bad. Pray that He will enable me to be more careful and aware of potential mistakes and prevent me from making them! Pray that I could be a witness to my bosses and bring the Lord glory through my work. Also, that my reaction to "criticism" or correction will not be to condemn myself a total failure, but that I would trust the Lord to help me grow from the mistake. Thank you!!

Please pray for me to be content. My husband and little boy live in a 2 bedroom trailer house, and it is so cram packed and small. Im a stay at home mom and wife and being in this small of a house all day drives me crazy!! Wed love to move to a larger house (we do plan on definately having lots more kids!) ....but we dont have the funds right now to move and until the Lord leads us to a new home, I need to be content. Nadea I am almost 10 weeks now and last week i heard the heartbeat and i have pics from the ultrasound. I continually pray over my tummy and am so thankful for the prayers and god healing me.

I had a miscarriage a year ago and was devistated. Two days ago I found out I was pregnant again. And today I started bleeding very light. I went to the emergency room and the doctor told me that my cervix is closed but I have a piece of tissue hanging from it. Which leads them to believe I am having a miscarriage. I have no bleeding any longer but I am so afraid buy at the same time I know God can turn this around. I have to go back tommorrow and the doctor wants to do another exam. Please pray that God is working in this and I will not lose this baby.

Mark To all who have been praying for me: PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR YOU FOR LIFTING ME UP! GOD HAS ANSWERED ME AND I HAVE BEEN GRANTED FULL DISABILITY WITH BACK PAY. They have also told me, that I will receive medical coverage. My prayer is that God will help me recover from all of the presence of depression and anger that has built up through the years. Candice I know its hard to "Let go and let God" but what you have to remember is that he already knows what will happen and why! I know how hard it is to do things in ways other than youre own, but when it comes to God, He created trust so that we can cast our worries on him and TRUST He can take care of them :)

With Love On Your Arms Had my hearing with the AJ Of DISABILITY. I felt the presence of God with me as my best friend had pasted away a week earlier & his name was Kenneth just as well as the Judge! After the hearing I was told up to 60 days for a decision. I was Blessed within 3 weeks!!!! The answer was YES. YES.!!! What a blessing after 3.5 years my prayers were Answered all because I never gave up & also because I reached out to all my brothers & Sisters and asked for Prayer!!!! MY LORD IS AWESOME PLEASE NEVER GIVE UP. THANK YOU IN JESUS NAME AMEN
