christopher david This is a follow up prayer request for Lorinda Quest...Ive been talking to Lorinda for about 9 months on the phone, chatting online,etc. Weve gotten to know each other as well as we possibly can without actually being together. We have basically fallen for each other and have been praying for the Lord to do His will in our lives. We have both expressed the desire to get married. We have been praying together and asking God for guidance. This is probably the strangest thing God has ever done to either one of us and we are actually enjoying each others company even though we have never even touched. We both desire for our relationship to go in the direction that He wants it to. We have agreed not to put each other before Christ. Jesus Christ comes first no matter what happens. Unfortunately, I am just a poor college student going to Victory University for my ass. degree in Christian Ministries. She is a student in Africa and she can always attend school here if she can get here. Not only is it killing me that shes in such a dangerous country, but also I forsee no way to get her here nor how to take care of her if/when she does.I am a certified chef, but I have chosen to go back to school to serve Christ. Micah Please pray for my family we all seem to be under attack, mostly health/medical issues. Me financial and job wise I am in the final four weeks of school and all this trouble is keeping me from studying and completing assignments. My fam that i am living with are still pushing me out the door even though i have no place to go and no job. As soon as school ends i dont know what will become of me. Yet they still ask for favors and expect me to do things for them even though they still want me out by the 3rd week of May. John Me and my wife made the decision to put our children in a Christian school 2 years ago. We have been doing our best to make ends meet but the tuition leaves only $6.50 left every month after the bills are paid leaving nothing for emergencies or any repair. I ask for prayer for us to have wisdom and understanding to do what is right for our kids and our family and that God will lead us in that direction. I as a dad want the best for my kids but I cant have my decisions take a toll on them. Please pray for us... God be with us all...

Gemy Hello(: Its been a really long time since Ive posted a prayer request here. Probably because I lost my faith. D: Maybe there is a bit more, because Im asking for your help here. But Im just VERY confused right now. Some of my friends told me that it isnt an overnight thing and it will certainly take time. But thats something else: What if there isnt much time left? We all know that the end of the world is pretty near. The fact that Im scared of it make me a lot more scared because my teacher said that if you are scared of the end of age, you are not saved. I want to be saved. I want to believe in God because I love Him. But whats happening is: I want to believe in God because I want to be saved from the End of the World. AND. What scares me most is the fact that I dont think I can accept Jesus as my Lord Savior because Im not sure if he even actually existed. DDD: And I found some (mean) verses in the bible. Like Deut. 22:13-22. Please explain? (: This march, Im having a major operation (Double curve, 50 degrees Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) and Im hoping it would be successful. What if something bad happens? Im not being negative, Im being realistic. And also my education. Because of my operation, the school is letting me take more work so that I can cope up with the things i will miss. It pressures me and usually triggers my epileptic migraine. The school knows about this, so they are helping me with it, which is really nice of them. But please also pray for my health(: Thank you for reading something this long. Please help me. Christian Singles Valentines Day Encouragement!: :)Valentines day can be a difficult time for many Christian singles that are trying to abstain from sex while waiting for God to send them that special mate. Every year many Christian singles who have fought hard for a long time to finally get their lives right with God drop the ball and blow it on v-day. They have developed a great prayer life and have made all kinds of great Christian single progress towards getting that special mate. Then here comes valentines day! Poof! This is where months and years of christian single progress can be ruined in one day. Seeing all the love stuff around can make you lose your focus and jump on a "temporary love boat" with many others. Many Christian singles dont bounce back too quick or even at all sometimes after the strong conviction and disappointment from their sexual sin kicks in. Some cases have bigger consequences like a unwanted pregnancy or an S.T.D. Oh and to all the ladys, dont fall for the old "I got roses and candy smiles" propaganda you see this month. Flowers and gifts are good but dont look to much into it or feel bad if you dont get anything because a lot of times what you are actually seeing is more like "I only get to hold my mans hand one day/month out the year in public date" day.Also sadly some people celebrating v-day are just "Hey I dont want to marry you but I dont want to be by myself on v-day" temporary, "emotionally risky",dates or sexual hook ups that dont really lead to anything serious. Then there are some couples who dont bond or dont really like each other 11 months out the year and v-day/Feb. is the one day/month they actually get intimate or bond with each other since they first got married. So stay strong Christian single guys and gals! Be happy for those you see enjoying love but never covet because like some people say, "All glitter aint gold." Pray away all those negative single life thoughts! Be patient and happy during valentines day knowing that a mate sent from God is way better than a one day one month temporary hook up!:)

With Love On Your Arms I am really worried about some things in life and being a teen. Im 16 and I dont have a drivers license yet or even have my slip/permit. I dont have a job yet also and my grades werent so good. I have someone in my family who tells me that I need to get my license and a job because I am making people have a hard time. Judiann First of all, please pray for our Nation....we are in very troubling times with unemployment, homelessness, hunger, financial woes, healthcare issues, etc. Secondly, please pray for the continued health and healing of my children (blood relative and not), that they may stay healthy, leaving all major health issues behind, that my grandchildren may not inherit the Marfan Syndrome that has attacked my youngest son, Ian. That Erik, my oldest son, may overcome the issues with his eyesight, that the kerataconis will be healed by Jesus and there will be no need for surgery. Lastly, please pray for guidance and wisdom concerning our impending move back to Tennessee. Praying that my health will be better there, as Ive chronicled. Topaz Hi, my fellow sisters and brothers in Christ :) I would be very grateful if you could pray for me right now. Recently the Lord challenged me to change my perspective on what Im going to do after I graduate. As a result, I have to switch courses around, obtain a co-op placement in a competitive field, and go against the negativity and pessimism that my guidance counsellor is projecting onto me. This is hard, as I have always been the kind of person to go with the flow, and while I frequently defend others, I rarely stand up for myself. Thanks for any and all prayers. i am going to major in American Sign Language and i have an assessment coming up this monday, i am praying to test out of ASL Intermediate 2 and into ASL Advanced 1. i really cant afford to take intermediate one because of cost, and if i must take that then i have to wait to enroll in the program which could cost me a spot in the program and i would need to wait another year to enroll because they only accept in the fall semester. Prayer is much needed and definitely appreciated, im going to need God to take the assessment for me.

michael You are coming at this the wrong way. You pray and expect everything to be perfect. Do you think that God is teaching you something by putting you through struggle or do you think he is going to give everything to you on dinner platter. Come on man, I know I should encourage you but you need to stop expected God to do everything for you. Pick up your cross, your sacrifises and he will meet you.

Rachel Spoon Please dont give up Anthony! It may seem like its getting worse, but maybe youre looking in the wrong direction. I had some really rough times before, and I wanted God to solve things my way. I wouldnt let him solve it His way, and that made things get worse. God would never just leave you stranded there. He will work in His timing and in His way. Just try to keep faith that He knows what Hes doing. Please, please dont give up. I;m still praying for you every night.

Im so stressed and lonely recently. My partner for debate just got sick and theres a tournament this Friday-Saturday. My coach still wants me to go because Im going to States next week. This means Ill have to finish two four minute speeches by tomorrow night. My partner and I usually divide up the work so this is a stressful challenge for me. Im also still having friend problems with not being included and all. Im trying to make myself get used to it and not be so upset about it. It still hurts though and I just cant get past it. So please pray for the words and arguments to write for my topic (both pro and con) and to find my comfort in Jesus Christ and such. Thanks!

Claire God opened and closed some doors for my colleges. He has guided me to a school clled Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. None of you know where that is so basically it is half way between Raliegh and Fayetteville, NC. Thanks for the prayers yall.

Nira :) Heavenly Father i ask that you will Bless Kevin allow him to feel your presence, give him the strength he neeeds in all that he is doing. Allow all the stress from school and work and what ever else be removed. I ask that you will aloow him to know that hard work does pay off but be able to make room and manage all that he is doing have your way in his life In Jesus name Amen. God Bless you keep God first in all that you do, read his word daily even if it is a scripture something is being planted within, start off the day when you wake up with his word and before you lay down im telling you from someone that has and trying to do everyday :)

ok so not so much a prayer request, more of a testimony. yesterday(tuesday...yeah tuesday i think) my english class was really having a rough time. everyone was angry(and probably still is at each other) so my teacher assigned a paper. the thing was meant to be a rant about what was wrong. i couldnt think of anything and was bambuzled by it. i turned in a blank paper and told my teach that there is nothing wrong at the moment. then it hit me...nothing was wrong and nothing had been for awhile now. i thought to myself long and hard on it until i realized that it started happening right when i got more active in the church. almost like someone was helping me out and making life simplier(wink wink). I am scheduled to start college this coming Summer. I am really nervous because I was suppose to start in the Fall of last year but I dropped my classes due to mental health issues. I am scared that I will have to drop the classes this Summer due to the same reasons. I am also struggling with family issues. My father and myself do not get along very well for mulitpule reasons and we are constantly fighting. I just want every thing to be some what decent between us. I ask that people pray for the families of my friends Cody and Bekka and a few others, who I would rather not mention names, who recently took their lives. I know that their families and all of us friends are suffering greatly with the loss of them. They meant a lot to all of us, and we grieve heavily. I ask that we pray that we all may grieve properly and that God gives us the strength to cope with these situations. Last but not least I want to strengthen my relationship with God. Lauren I am now giting my ged and a collage is letting me take a class untill I have my ged so I am finily moving on with egucation agin. Also I have manie great friends now at saviour marchel arts and I sumtimes git to work with the little children and help them with there karate. Im working hard to beocome a good teacher and trying to lurn all I can. I havent told the my teachers yet that I want to be a karate teacher beocuse I want to git my black belt first. Also I feal like the reaseon that I dont have sumone that I love yet right now is becouse mabie Im not reddie for a relationship. Ill wait and trust God to send sumone thats right for me at the right time. Thanks eveyone for all your prayers. God has rilly helped me so mutch.

I have dislexia and i was home schooled. Alot happend in our family and my egucation was one of the last things to think about at that time and i strugled every day with school. I am now taking a papatory test to help me git my ged. I am extremly worried about if I will be able to git a good job. I am all reddie 20. My dreem right now is to become a karatie teacher. Skyler Hey guys, thanks so much for all your prayer. Yesterday, God moved in such a big way by leading my entire campus into a huge revival. Our one hour long chapel service turned into seven and a half ours of worship and testimonies. Probably the coolest thing Ive seen yet this year here. Thanks again everyone.

Daniel Maybe a week ago, I was called from the Christian college I applied to. The admission administrator called to tell me they were happy to congratulate me because I got accepted.
