I used to play the synthesizer in my church orchestra but I was diagnosed with arthritis in my thumbs after being in pain for several months. (Arthritis seems to run in my family, children through adults). I have had shots in both hands twice and have been playing percussion in the orchestra to try to take some of the pressure off. Unfortunately, the pain is back in my right hand and getting worse. I love playing for The Lord and cannot imagine stopping, and I definitely do not want surgery (my doctor recommended it for when the shots stop working). I just want to be healed.

Mary Hello everyone, thank you for praying. Ill copy here my facebook post regarding answered prayer for our son. Happy Ending! FINAL DAVID UPDATE. Well, David went Wed. to Shriners and Im happy to report, he is cleared for EVERYTHING (Including break dancing.) Our son is doing beautifully. Read all the way through this please, as there is a life lesson for me, and hopefully will touch someone else as well. David is doing beautifully, as I said. His left forefingers bone has grown in such a way that the finger remains extended. He cannot bend it. There is not too much more they can do, except he will go back in May and they will look further. Essentially, they may do surgery in about year to fuse it to a different position. Now for the life lesson. When Mark was diagnosed with Autism, he was also diagnosed with Trisomy 8 (3 of chromosome 8.) They checked the results 2 more times to be sure. At that time there werent many cases, and they did not know the long term effects. They taught us how to look for bruising, etc. because childhood cancers apparently were common with Tris. 8, among other things. A few years later they checked, and then double checked, and then triple checked again and the 3rd chromosome was gone. In fact, he was written up in a medical paper. We were so grateful to God because the life-threatening condition was gone. So many people said to us, "well, if God heals, then how come He didnt heal the Autism, too?" My answer: I have no idea. I only know He loves Mark more than we ever could, and Mark is perfection in His eyes. When I look at David, and how close he came to death (2 seconds), and how amazing his recovery is, I have no idea why the one fingers bone fused the way it did. And ya know, I dont really care. As I write this, my son is at Gunstock learning how to snowboard. He spent his Thanksgiving holiday at a conference for sexual abuse survivors in Canada, and spoke for 45 minutes. His burns were deep and extremely scary, and we were looking at potential amputation. Instead, he is snowboarding tonight. If his finger is extended, well then, he can use it to continually point it Heavenward to the glory and majesty of Almighty God, who gave him back to us, and whose name David spoke in Canada. David will now learn to play the stand up bass with his right hand, and he had band practice just last night with his electric guitar. All things work together for good, for those who love the Lord, and are called according to His purpose. David is whole, he is well, and his finger is perfect, because that is the way his Heavenly Father wants it. Mark, with Autism, is created in the image of God, as are all of us. So celebrate with us, for all of you who choose, and point your fingers Heavenward and join us in giving thanks to a loving and awesome God! Oh, and pray for David (and the people in his path) tonight as he snowboards! hehehe.

Requesting prayer for my son who was badly burned last Fall. He is doing well physically, but there are some neurological (cognitive) issues that have come out of this. Prayer for healing, and encouragement for him, that he is inspired to continue striving as hard as he has been. Prayers also for health. Thank you.

Ramona Flo is now on a strong medication for Restless Leg Syndrome. It can interfere with her other medications for blood pressure and heart issues, but so far it has not. Please continue to pray that God will heal her completely, and she can get off the medication. And thank you Lucy!

A I have a job working with 2nd graders for afterschool enrichment activites! They are tough cookies though please pray they listen, learn, and have fun!

He did have some sort of lump just under his jaw, that seems to be going down. We dont know if its infected or what. He has many health problems, but I have never seem him like this. I just want to lift up my dad. He has a lot of health issues, one major one is his liver. But this time its something else. The doctors did a biopsy because there was a bump on his neck. They found spots and possible cancer. Nothing is for sure yet, he will be going in for a second biopsy today, but he could have lymphoma blood cancer. Im trying to be positive, stay strong and trust in the Lord, but I am worried. My parents have to travel to see the doctor, pray that they have a safe trip. Thank you.

T&J God let others also come and pray with me, that is great answer. All we believers and followers of Christ need prayers, we need each other. Love of Jesus is connecting us. I have felt blessed, in all that is happening in the storms of the world we are not of, I have felt Gods peace. That is the best answer from God, to be forgiven and loved, to feel His peace and joy in my heart, to know, we are not alone. "The Lord is my Light and my Salvation; whom shall I fear?" (Psalm 27:1)

TestedAndTried no...my prayer for peace between my son and husband never happened...my husband and i actually separated as he would never accept my son..come to find out, my son has become very ill and needs medical attention the insurance will not pay for..we had to drop my daughter out of the christian school and put her into a public school..so far, nothing is easy and my body grows extremely fatigued with the working of 3 jobs for almost 3 years now...i grow more weary than you can imagine, especially not being able to come up with the $8,000.00 that is needed for my sons medical procedure that our insurance will not approve to pay for...need guidance...

tim The Lord has answered our prayer by providing the funds to pay our debt through our family members. It has been through much prayer that this decision was reached. I still am unsure of the future of our business and where it is heading, but that has always been the case, even when it was prospering. The Lord is in control! Norge We have found meds that can reverse the problems my Girl Friend has been experiencing. But she is struggling with doctors that have diagnosed her wrong and are administering medication that is not what she is suffering from. It is making her really sick and they are considering upping her dosage or hospitalizing her and administering shock treatment. All of which will do nothing but fry her because she has Fibromyalgia and is not Phycotic. So still need pray and an intervention in a big way or these doctors are going to destroy a perfectly healthy women.

Norge I pray that the Lord embraces her life, opens up inroads to her torment and pain and shows her what encapsolating these emotions is doing to her. I also pray that she gets a handle on any medical issues that could be distracting her from realizing her true life and to giver her strength to change her life to feel better.

Bemigrace Thank you all so much for your prayers! My dad has joined a house church that has been meeting at our home. Although theyre no longer going to the same church as me, at least I know hes growing spiritually and is being used, which is his hearts desire.

The salvation of my brother and his wife. Ever since he got out of the Marines, hes lost his faith and its hard for him to get back to having a relationship with God. My dad is also struggling in his walk with God and hasnt been coming to church for about a month now. I dont know whats going on in my family but its been taking a toll on me mentally and emotionally. Please pray for my family. Kindest Thanks

Make yourself real to them in a way that is undeniably you. Restore unto them the joy of their salvation and renew a right spirit within them. Glorisel Hey everyone! I just wanted to thank you all for praying! Since posting this, God has been ministering to my heart every day... Cant say that everything is perfect; some things are getting better (like I just did interviews at three med schools praise God and thank Him for His grace... now I just have to wait and see where he leads me) and some things are getting worse (my friends dad died and hes gotten worse; hes gotten into pills and is talking about going to work in the streets; frankly, im remaining in prayer for him but im breaking up that friendship because he doesnt want help... hes just devastated but he doesnt want change right now... so im just praying for him)... But my heart has changed. Now, I can say I have joy again... And though every now and then Im troubled by the situations surrounding me Im feeling God and His peace more than ever and Hes been letting me know "NOTHING WILL EVER SEPARATE YOU FROM MY LOVE"... Somehow, in every song, in every Scripture, in every sermon that keeps coming up... Gods love... GODS LOVE IS SUSTAINING ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY... So, if you guys can keep me and my fam and my friends in prayers Ill thank you again, know that God is at work. GOD IS NEAR AND HEARING. PRAISE HIM! Im sorry that its so long but Im desperate... The past 7 months have been very hard. I had to drop out of med school in June due to my grades (I am currently trying again to enter med school or study nursing because my passion and purpose is in serving people through medical services so I can help their physical needs and introduce them to God in the process). In June also my grandma entered the intensive care unit and was on and off the hospital which was a grueling process for us and her and she went with the Lord in August so this is our first Christmas without her and its been so hard... On September I came to know that I have a chronic heart thing going on and am currently on meds but so far theyve upped my dosis 4 times and it isnt working; the other option is an operation. On November I got very sick and had to go the hospital due to dehydration and am currently under studies to see if I have another chronic condition of the gastrointestinal tract. Also on November my best friend and the guy I love seemed to be getting more depressed, talked about suicide (he has already tried it twice by now) and said he was getting marry to a girl after less than two months of knowing her only to dump her and stop living with her last Tuesday and start living with another girl on Friday whom he says is the one. He (my friend) is far from God and I feel a lot of confusion in his mind and spirit but he says he feels good about what hes doing; but I learned two days ago that he started doing drugs again with the girl hes living with so I dont get how this girl could be from God like he says when they are nit living pleasing God or even looking for Him. We talked (and had a fight while he was on drugs) and I told him that we should stop talking because it isnt right for me to be talking with a guy I love while he is living with a girl. We have been best friends for ten years; and Ive helped him through a lot of rough spots so Im going to miss him a lot and a part of me feels this isnt fair and more so Im worried about his soul because he doesnt seem to see what hes doing wrong. On top of all this, the family that was left in Puerto Rico with me moved to the states in August so I feel alone and my two best friends who are Christians are going through their own stuff (one was depressed and the other one is studying in med school) so theyre too busy to talk when I need it. Im also looking for a job since October, but to no avail. I write to ask for prayer for all my friends; specially Gabriel (hes the guy who isnt in a relationship with God yet) for his eyes to be opened to Gods truth and that he will receive conviction in his spirit about what Gods will truly is. I want him to be saved. I want to pray for my family as we pass through our first Christmas without grandma; specially my grandpa (they had been married for 54 yrs) and my mom and aunt and uncle (also pray for his salvation cuz hes the only member of the fam who isnt saved yet). Please pray for me; my health, me finding a job to help out my family and be able to take care of myself better, my emotions because its a lot and I have Gods joy but some days are better anf some days are just horrible, my carrer and most of all that God will give me direction and strength to do His will wtv it may mean to sacrifice; even 10 yrs friendship or being healthy or the dream of being a doctor. Pray anything that God puts in your heart for my life and my familys and friend; Im a vessel in Gods hands just desiring to please Him and to do His will. Thank you very much! Im sorry that its so long but Im desperate... The past 7 months have been very hard. I had to drop out of med school in June due to my grades (I am currently trying again to enter med school or study nursing because my passion and purpose is in serving people through medical services so I can help their physical needs and introduce them to God in the process). In June also my grandma entered the intensive care unit and was on and off the hospital which was a grueling process for us and her and she went with the Lord in August so this is our first Christmas without her and its been so hard... On September I came to know that I have a chronic heart thing going on and am currently on meds but so far theyve upped my dosis 4 times and it isnt working; the other option is an operation. On November I got very sick and had to go the hospital due to dehydration and am currently under studies to see if I have another chronic condition of the gastrointestinal tract. Also on November my best friend and the guy I love seemed to be getting more depressed, talked about suicide (he has already tried it twice by now) and said he was getting marry to a girl after less than two months of knowing her only to dump her and stop living with her last Tuesday and start living with another girl on Friday whom he says is the one. He (my friend) is far from God and I feel a lot of confusion in his mind and spirit but he says he feels good about what hes doing; but I learned two days ago that he started doing drugs again with the girl hes living with so I dont get how this girl could be from God like he says when they are nit living pleasing God or even looking for Him. We talked (and had a fight while he was on drugs) and I told him that we should stop talking because it isnt right for me to be talking with a guy I love while he is living with a girl. We have been best friends for ten years; and Ive helped him through a lot of rough spots so Im going to miss him a lot and a part of me feels this isnt fair and more so Im worried about his soul because he doesnt seem to see what hes doing wrong. On top of all this, the family that was left in Puerto Rico with me moved to the states in August so I feel alone and my two best friends who are Christians are going through their own stuff (one was depressed and the other one is studying in med school) so theyre too busy to talk when I need it. S P Thank you and Praise the Lord! The person I had most problems with at this school has left! The principal has now given notice and I am looking at this as God cleansing this place. Please continue praying so that the right people take over. The Lord Keeps His Promises!!!!! x

Please pray for me.I work in a school for damaged teenagers who have problems with aggression. My problem has been with the staff however. They constantly bully me in insiduous way. The say Im not pulling my weight and criticise the work I do. I teach English and literacy and as its a mainly boys school I have had lots of trouble raising standards but I have - greatly. Instead of being praised for this, I am ignored and not included in the little clique of teachers who drink together. The last straw has come when I have put in a grievance procedure against a member of staff who kept removing my posts from the school website with no explanation. This person is a pagan and the first thing she ever said to me is There is no God, despite the fact she knew I was a Christian. The management listen to everyone but me and I have no voice in this place. There are many discrepancies in this school and I am worried about the students. I almost got another job recently. Just missed it! Is it the Lords plan I should stay here, despite the stress affecting my health. Help me Lord please....if you want me here open some doors, if not...PLEASE show me the way out with another position. Its taking over my life and getting out of hand.

Please pray for my daughter and her relationship with her partner. They have decided to split up after lack of money and pressure from outside forces have attacked their relationship. They have two small children who are very upset. I know the Lord can work miracles. I have seen it. Please pray that Gemma and Keith are held before the Lord to repair this relationship and pour love back into their hearts. They love each other and their little girls so much but everything has conspired against them. Thank you.

valkommen Hi everyone. Thank you great God, thank you for healing her. And thank you for showing her and her husband your miracle. I cant write the details here but they had an vision come true with the healing, and are stunned by this mirracle. Now they are becoming believers =) and people close to them as well who believe their story of what happened. Many, many thanks for the helping in prayers. Louise Thank you for your prayers on my behalf. My neck surgery has been delayed from 1/3/13 due to a decreasing white blood count that has gone well in to the abnormal range. So, Ive been sent to an Oncologist for evaluation. Im drinking organic fruit & vegetable drinks with seeds & nuts blended to hopefully help boost my WBC. Gotta get that WBC up so, I can get this surgery and move forward. Thank you again for your prayers. God bless, Louise

I am always praying for others, as do my children, and now I please need a prayer chain for myself and my 3 children. I trust in God to help me through an upcoming major neck surgery on January 3, 2013. I will be in a neck brace for 3 months and Im currently on Family Medical Leave Act from work which means Im not getting paid and Im the sole supporter of my 18 yr. old son in HS. I need a "sooner than expected" 3 month recovery so I dont lose my job on 2/28 if I cant be released by the Neurosurgeon for work. Also, my other 2 children 23 (son is a Chef in Chicago), and 31 (daughter is the Director of a non-profit Geriatric Center), as well as my 18 yr. old son, are stressed out over this surgery and my well-being. I would appreciate any prayers for my speedy, full recovery and most importantly my childrens well-being. Thank you so much for your support. Merry Christmas!

Brittany Assuming the doctors are confident in getting a straight shot to where they need to get in his face, the surgery is scheduled for Valentines Day. Please pray that the procedure will be a success. Thank you to all who have prayed for him so far.
