Please pray for my friend Anne. She just had to sell her house because she was laid off from her HUD Amistrator job, and needs to be out of the house she has lived in for more than 20 years, by September 1st. She has been sending out dozens of resumes and applying for jobs and having interviews every day with no success. Anne does not know where she will live. She has a job interview for the position of Assistant Administrator at Bonaventure Retirement Facility in Richland, Washington. Please pray that this position becomes hers! Thank you. ~ Rod

Frankie I made a mistake, and the rest was circumstance, and now were broken up. I can only praise God for what Hes doing in my life, and in her life. Were still friends, but its hard. Just a little sad, been a raining week where i live. Thanks for the prayer everyone :) youve all been a big encouragment to me. Rest of my life is here, and moving on. Thanks again and God bless!

After a recent doctor trip it has been determined that it is in fact not cancer. Kasee has also moved out from her boyfriend and has her own apartment....

Julia my prayer has yet to be fully answered... but i thought i would bring an update. he is now married and currently in boot camp for the army. his wife is going to spend some time with him this weekend. pray as the Lord leads you to.

i have a friend who has walked away from God. he is a senior in highschool, he recently moved out, and right now is living with his girlfriend. he has become very hard to the people around him that care about him the most, he is breaking his moms heart. i would ask that you pray that God wold wake him up and that he would return home. right now he is acting like the protigal son and running from his problems. i dont know what else to say accept that he needs your prayers. thanks

I pray for the baptism of the holy spirit and for her to be baptized. I pray that chains are broken and general curses are broken, in the name of Jesus. Yvette Well, Dean died from the aneurysm while in Costa Rica. God did give Sabrina strength and comfort - I heard from others on the mission trip that she was a rock and consoling others who were on the trip with Dean. She continues to attend church and is doing well. Please continue to pray for her as she and her children learn to live a "new normal"

Shanna Hi everyone! I am happy to report that our God is awesome!!! Catherine has "mysteriously" turned around and was released from ICU today and is looking to be able to go home Thursday:) Still fighting the cancer but getting stronger each day, they say she shouldnt be here at all. I know she is and will continue to bring glory to the Lord through this. Thank you all for your hearts and devotion and love:)

I am asking all of my fb friends and family to pray for a very special friend of mine Catherine Sellers Smith. She is a young mother with 3 young children and was diagnosed with melanoma last year. She under went treatment while she was pregnant (she gave birth to a super healthy baby girl February this year, praise the Lord!) Just 2 months ago she had surgery where they thought they removed it all. Just last night she went into the ER with pain and they found out it is back in her thighs and lungs. She is waiting on results to come in to start a new treatment but today was told if she does not receive some form of treatment soon she may only have a couple of weeks. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. They love the Lord with all their hearts and are putting their hope in Him:) Thank you!

Nicole Father God, you are the most high King and creator of all things. You created Catherine and you love her more than anyone can know. Please be her source of peace and strength in this crisis for her life. I ask for your divine plan for Catherine es life to be fulfilled. Please surround Catherine and her family with your love and assurance that you are in control. I lift up her body to your throne room and ask that you be glorified in her healing if it is your will please eradicate the evil cancer from her body. Your word says you are the God who heals our wounds and takes away our diseases. Please take away this cancer in Jesus name, Amen

This is an update to the request from almost a week ago...Alright everyone...On Wednesday, Catherines BRAF results came back negative, even though the same test was taken in Houston and was positive, so they are thinking there was some kind of mix up with the slides, and they are going to do the test again. In the meantime, they will have to do an intense round of chemo to hurry up and help shrink or slow down the growing tumors on her lungs, until they can start the new treatment. As of Thursday morning, the drs informed Catherine that the severe pain in her upper thigh/hip area are due to 2 small, but growing tumors in her pelvic area. She had a cough attack that morning and coughed up more bloody tissue. She started her new chemo treatment at 3 pm Thursday and will stay at Harris SW, until at least Monday. We are still asking for prayers, for peace, comfort, and reduction of the tumors with the help of the chemo. She will have another round of chemo in 3 weeks. Hopefully after that they will be able to do the treatment originally planned. Until then, we keep on fighting! She is a trooper ;) Keep up the prayers, and thank you to all of you for already praying and helping out in whatever way you can. Much appreciated! As I am copy and pasting this for here I just got word they are moving her into ICU. There is fluid around her lungs and possibly her heart..the Drs said its her bodys way of shutting down. t f Update: My roommate and I have been talking with our friend and trying to keep her focused on God. She has been reading a book called The New Eve. She really likes it so far. :) We are also going to read Passion and Purity together, so that we can keep each accountable. God is working! :)

I have a friend who confides in me about her relationships with guys. To me, it seems as though after she vowed 6 months focusing on God that each guy who comes along has to be the "right" guy for her. I personally think that the enemy is just throwing these guys at her because it knows that she wants a relationship and will be easy to trick her. She knows that she has messed up in her actions with two guys in the past 4 days, but she does not feel upset or as though she needs to make any changes. Any prayer would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there are any book suggestions....?

Zombie Pickles She got sent to a mental health hospital place thing. She came back to church last week and hse looks happier. Please keep praying but praise that she if back. I think she is doing better.

Adrian GOD is good!! All The Time!! I want to thank all of you for your prayers. I found him my friend De on the streets. It was on a wednesday afternoon while i was walking my dog. I stopped at a 7-11 store paid for a soda walked out to untie my dog. while i was untieing my dog i said,"Okay Chezz today we are going to find my friend Deangelo if GOD willing!" While i was walking my dog i was praying to myself. I ended up at a carwash and found him working there. He looked up at me and smiled...ran up to me and gave me a hug! Now the hardwork begins with him getting off the drugs. HOLY IS THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!! Thank you so much for the prayer warriors on here..and i want to thank my church also. All praise and glory and honor and power to my lord and savior Jesus Christ!!! Romans 15:13

Father i pray that you will Bless Reyna give her the strength that she needs to do for you Glory, Bless her sister and her marriage work it out Father let them come closer to one another and that they may feel the love form you but most of all that they know you and keep you first in all they do. Please pray for a Dear friend of mine. He has been sick with high blood pressure, do to both being a diabetic and alot of stress. His doctor told him he has to take the month of May off from work to rest and get better. He is also strugges with getting his bills paid. He is a believer but with all of his set backs, I think he is questioning his fath. He is devorced and has two young boys that he loves.

So, I dont really know yet what happened last night but he said "that yesterday he found out we only have one life and that we should make the most of it... that hes going to be here for a whille".... I know that the only way his mind was change was through a miracle of God ((so thanks for all the prayers)) and I totally PRAISE GOD AND THANK GOD FOR THAT! While that was very encouraging for me; I know hes still mentally not well since he got drunk today and wont answer my calls (even when he txted me first)... So, yesterday the battle was won; but I need to continue praying for him because this is a war against the enemy for the life of my friend. He knows he needs God; hes told me so, but he believes in "fixing his life up before he gives his life to Christ" so He is resisting Gods call. So, plz, keep my friend (his name is Gabriel) in your prayers; because his mind needs to be changed, his heart healed, and his life restored. I faithfully look forward to the day when Ill be able to call him my brother in Christ because I know, in my spirit, God has great purpose for this guy and that he will bring many to Christ and thats why this battle is so hard. AGAIN, THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH!!! MAY GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY!!! :)

Siobhan Thank you all so much for praying for Missy. She survived the attempt at taking her own life and is now receiving help from the mental health professionals. I am praying she will find the Lord and accept Jesus into her life. Thank you again & God Bless you all!!

Kelley Thank you SO MUCH guys! Im sorry I havent been checking my email lately, but your prayers definitely got through! I feel closer than EVER with my Lord Jesus! I watched the last 20 or so minutes of "The Passion of the Christ" and all I needed were those last 20 minutes and my life and relationship with God was changed! Family is getting better, and its so much better having time with God now that school is out! That place just drains me...Our class can be a tad immature. And loud. But I am doing SUPER well, as long as these storms dont blow our house away. Love you guys! <3

Well guys, Im at a really rough spot. I REALLY need prayers. I feel like no matter what I try to do that God seems so far away. It makes me feel horrible, but I just DONT know what to do. I want to be closer to God, I want to get things right with Him, I NEVER EVER want to fall away ever again! PLEASE GUYS, if Ive ever needed prayers that my life depended on, itd be these. I feel like everyone around me is just dragging me down, because most everyone I hang with swears (which I cannot stand, but the devils shoving it in my head) and is a general bad influence, but I love them all so much and I really cant connect with anyone else (not that I connect with my friends real well anymore...). I guess I need some good Christian influences in my life as well. I just need help, guys.

H3RTofGOD Hey Kelley! Hows it going? Hope things are getting better for you. We all go through times of feeling far from God, even after being a Christian for 20 years, I have those times...even now Im struggling with that, but God never ever is far from us! Im finding that when I step out there and do something for someone else it helps me too. Just like Im doing now...talking to someone who is dealing with the same thing I am...I encourage you to find someone you can encourage and see how it makes you feel closer to God. :) Hang in there..dont give up your friends just yet, but do get involved with new people that share your faith or at least share your interest in learning more about God. I found what I needed in an Alpha Course (www.AlphaUSA.org) and it was tons of fun plus made my faith stronger at the same time. Hope you find what you need...God is with you - by the way - that is the definition of Jesus name "God with us"...I love that! <3

My dads surgery went well, he has recovered quickly the past few days and wont be all better for about 3 months. Do please continue to pray for his salvation. My friend mike is a mess, knows it, knows why, thinks that he is saved but the bible says otherwise, please pray for him more also.

i have *two* major prayers i need lifted up by you my brothers and sisters... My dad is not saved and is going in for open heart surgery this Thursday. He mocks me daily for being christian and even lies to people about me basically blowing my witness. Please pray for the surgery, but more importantly that he and well really everybody else in my family would be saved by the grace of God. Also my friend Mike knows he needs Jesus, has been wishy washy for years about being christian. His dad is a christian, i have never met his dad so i dont know really what he believes but Mike has no other christian friends except 1 or 2 who are not really christian. Now he is losing his mind and getting depressed and saying that he hates life and wants Armageddon to come but knows he isnt saved. i have been witnessing to him for a few years and maybe he will finally break and surrender to God, please pray for his salvation and that i would not step out in the flesh but that i would be used by God in obedience.
