Brandon I would like to ask for prayer. Im in the Air Force stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I would like to ask for prayer for the men and women stationed here that God will give them wisdom, comfort, and guidence for the NCOs all the way to the President during this time as it is greatly needed. North Korea is a real threat right now and I know there is going to be people who are scared. I would also like prayer for my church here Neighborhood Church and its missionary pastors, Pastor Wes and Carol Mathis and Pastor Christian and Leah Siangco. Just pray for wisdom for them and that they will be able to get the support from churches in the states and that the church grows more. Its been growing a lot the last few months as more people are coming to Okinawa and weve outgrown our parking lot. I would personally like to ask for prayer for me at work as being around people that talk about sex, beer, swear constantly, and question my faith on a regular basis. I would like to have the words to say when they do question me and most of the time dont. Being around them talk about the other things make me tempted but I havent faultered. Pray that I have the strength to stand up to them and answer the tough questions that the have and the knowledge of the Bible needed to bring them to Christ. The friends and relationships sort of goes hand in hand. I have made some awesome friends here and 1 is an amazing girl who has everything that the Bible says to look for in a wife and Id love to date her but I know Im not in the best place with God right now. Im working so hard on changing that and getting over these addictions that are holding me back. Ive never felt more convicted to be a better person and a better servent of God until I met her. I also want to take leave and go on a missions trip sometime this year so I pray that God will show me where he wants me and that I will be able to save up enough money for the trip as I dont get payed really anything. I would like to thank you in advance for any prayers that I recieve from anyone. I know this is a lot to pray for but man I am just so convicted right now to change my life and be a better person!

Deborah A friend of mine is going through a custody battle with his ex. His ex is accusing him of physically hurting the child. Hes gone through many trials for almost 10 yrs. Hes a "lost" Christian with a broken heart. My sisters and I have been praying for him and his children. Good father? yes! Good provider? yes! Abusing father? NO!! Ive seen him with his children and they have such a loving bond with each other. Hes hoping to have "full custody". Hes deep in financial debt with court fees that he hasnt been able to enjoy life. Praying that the Lord will give him encouragement, faith, wisdom, direction, and hope.

John Me and my wife made the decision to put our children in a Christian school 2 years ago. We have been doing our best to make ends meet but the tuition leaves only $6.50 left every month after the bills are paid leaving nothing for emergencies or any repair. I ask for prayer for us to have wisdom and understanding to do what is right for our kids and our family and that God will lead us in that direction. I as a dad want the best for my kids but I cant have my decisions take a toll on them. Please pray for us... God be with us all...

Yahaira I need prayer for my dad. He had a major stroke which has left him a quadriplegic. He cannot speak, move, feel us holding his hand or eat. He has to communicate by blinking yes or no. I know that God can heal him and it will be a long road with a lot of therapy. But God performs miracles everyday and I know that God will use my dad as a testimony.

Lucy I need prayer for strength to walk the path that God has called us all to walk, close to His word. Its hard for me as a college student because Im constantly surrounded by people who are against Christ and how God calls us to live. Im always the "odd one out" because I choose not to participate in what other people my age are doing and Im criticized for it. Charlotte My 72 year old husband, Wally, is in the Vets Home as a result of Alzheimers Disease. Both of my parents died of the disease. Mother died of pneumonia and Dad starved to death. When Wally was able to still communicate, he used to say how he prayed the Lord would take him anyway other than starvation. He has reached a point where he is not that interested in eating and drinking is becoming an issue. My prayer is that the Lord will take him before starvation sets in. Would you please agree with us on this request. He no longer knows who we are, cant do anything for himself and is waiting for the Lord to take him home where he once again will be a whole man. Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

A Captivated Heart I would like prayer for people in other places of the world where hunger and poverty is stark. I want to make a difference in the lives of people who are faced with struggles us American do not usually have to face. Knowing that other people in the world, especially in poor countries, pay the price of our luxurious lifestyles drives me with this passion to give them the life promised in John 10:10 . All in all, I just want prayer with a faith that can help these people through their daily struggles. In addition, I want to have answers. I want to know why things like these happen in the world so I can make a difference.

Karla Anthony, God hasnt left you, hes walking right beside you through all of this and He hurts for you more deeply than you hurt for yourself. Just look on this board, people that dont even know you shed tears for you and keep saying your name in their prayers. Where without our Lord would that happen in this world. Those without Faith dont shed tears for people they have never met and certainly do not spend time to say that persons name in the hope that things will change and get better for them. Our Lord and Savior is here and present for you and you can see this through other people of Faith. Thats real and you are not alone. This to shall pass. When we are in our darkest times, the Lord will carry us through. Just keep having Faith and leaning on Him and those that share that faith. You WILL get through this. And remember, your parents are scarred for you too and they love you, thats why they are searching at all ends to try to help you. Keep praying Anthony. Our God, IS a God of miracles, but it is in His time and not ours. Rachel Ill be praying for your friend and his little brother, as well as you. Hope things start getting better and looking up! :) "I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking to me abouth their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers." Isaiah 65:24 "The Lord nurses them when they are sick and eases their pain and discomfort." Psalm 41:3 I hope these can encourage you and your friend in some way.

The other day, my friend had a major turning point in his life, and Im incredibly thankful for your prayers, and very hopeful that he will see this through. Im sure hell still struggle with some things, but God truly has opened his eyes to truth, and he now sees the lies hes been believing The way it worked out has been truly an incredible story, and Im just so overwhelmed and happy for him Thank you all so much!

Rachel Spoon Well, I told his mom about it... I havent heard too much from him since then. I know he was really mad at me, but I did what I thought I had to do. I just hope that hed make better choices. He claims hes a Christian, but he doesnt live the lifestlye (thats why I left him). I can only pray that hed open his eyes and really see what hes doing. Thats normal for them, because they like to play "Zombie Mayhem" where they shoot each other with Nerf guns. This time, not enough people showed up, but he and some friends hung out there anyway. They met some guy at the park, and he did weed. He said some things about me, but I dont know/care if he meant it or not. He said he didnt, but he might have lied. I dont really care about that though. I just ask you all to pray for him, that hed be strong enough to say no next time and that this wont become a normal thing for him. I also ask you to pray for me, because Im really looking down on him right now. I know God would want me to show more compassion, but I cant help but look at him and think "I cant believe I wasted my time with you". elena i have a friend just like that i try to let him know how upset it makes me. the hardest part for me is he was always a friend. but the worst is that he used to attend my church and he used to be close to our youth pastor. now he smokes weed and drinks.:( the best thing to do is just forgive and forget. dont do the silent treatment do the stand up for whats right treatment. tell him what god has in store for him and that he is destroying the plans god has for him. god bless!

Rachel Spoon Hello everyone! Philips funeral was perfect for him. We all laughed at the crazy things hed do, and shared our own "Philip" stories. Literally hundreds of people attended. Thanks for all your prayers! I think the family has been dealing with it better as time goes on. God bless!

Courtney ..This breaks my heart into so many pieces.. I will be praying for these dear people.. God.. PLEASE be with this family as they go through such as loss just as Mary went through with you.. Brianna I went to bible study a few hours ago, and the holy spirit truly fell in that place. I feel so much at peace. I feel like ive been totally freed from this. I just cant shake this amazing feeling! Im just praying that i can keep my life this way, and to keep taking steps forward, not backward. Even though they may be baby steps, at least im making progress! Thanks for everyones prayers! Lord, you are holy!

It had gotten worse here lately, but i had some word spoken over me by my youth pastor, and i really need help fulfilling it. I feel that I dont really have the strength to do it, but i NEED to get out of this. So please pray....

lucy God has been merciful and He has answered my prayer thank you for your support through prayer. Ryan is currently in Teen Challenge and says that God has been good to him, and that he knows that he is chosen. He says that he is taking the kingdom by force. Althea So, My family and I are still living in our house amazingly enough. Only by the grace of God do we still have beds to sleep in at night, and I am still planning on going on the mission trip to east asia with Campus Crusade for Christ. I have raised (only because of JESUS of course) 2460dollars and have 2290dollars left to raise. I have until may 22nd, so hopefully with prayers it will come in in enough time. I dont kn ow him all that well, bu tI know that many, many people know him personally. his name is Troy. He has Four kids, but I think only two are old enough to realize what going on. Pray for their comfort or their not know what is hapening though they probably already do. Their oldest is 9 or 10.....

Ive been unemployed since Sept 2010. Not able to find work ANYWHERE!! My EDD is ending in about 2 months or so. Im either "under qualified" or "over qualified". Im a licensed Phlebotomy Tech who hasnt been able to find a steady job since graduating almost 2 yrs ago. Very frustrating! Im not bi-lingual when it comes to speaking Spanish. Speaking another foreign language isnt acceptable for some weird reason. Im praying the Lord will lead me in the right direction for a permanent stable full time job with benefits.

Chris Thank you for all your prayers! She has 12 more weeks of chemo, but after her 6 week CT scan the doctors were amazed that she is cancer free!!! Praise our Awesome God! It is amazing to some, but a miracle of God to those who believe!!!!
