eric I have made it through the entire process to become hired a sheriff. I am now at the last test, the polygraph exam. I am really nervous because I have heard they are extremely unreliable and the failure rate is high. Praying that I can pass it and start this new career. Barbara Just prayer that my kids, esp. my teen sons (one will turn 20 soon) will actually feel or hear from God. Nathan I found out the other day that one of the guys that I know has turned atheist and said that he has lost all belief in that God thing completely a few weeks ago. And last year was when he got saved and he was really on fire for God and everyone could see a real change in him. But when I found out about him going to atheist and asked him why he said that he was tired of hypocrite Christians . Of them saying that Christians shouldnt go drink, have premarital sex, and living like the world but him knowing that they went out on the weekends and did the same things that they condemned. Pray that he would give his life back over to God and be on fire as much as when he first started. I invited him to a youth rally in a few weeks but he hasnt responded, pray that he would give it a chance because I believe that he would experience another encounter with Christ .

Servant of God Hi Rosemarie.I have been thorough this before also.Its time to clean house!Literally! Ask God to lead you through his Holy Spirit to lead you to those things in your house or room if living at home and reveal to you those things not of him. Including the jewelry you wear?After you do this pray to God to annoint you and your space you sleep in with his Holy Spirit.Before you go to sleep, read your Bible and afterwards praise God ahead of time for him releasing any spirits of darkness from entering you dreams and dont sleep with any music or TV shows on that are not blessed. Fear is not of God. SkaterGirl Please pray for one of my parents. They are going through a personal crisis and have just started counseling (Praise God!!!). They are going to need all the help they can get, as it is a very big problem. This has put an enourmous strain on the family as well. SkaterGirl Please pray for my sister and me. We are going through a difficult time with a person in our lives who is going through a hard time and putting the stress on us. Even though we are sympathetic and try to be helpful, it has been difficult to deal with and sometimes we are at our wits ends. The strain is especially hard on the two of us, dealing with caring for him/her each day. We are having trouble finding ways to get time for ourselves and shake off the stress. I know there should be ways to do this, Ive just tried everything and sometimes I feel alone and dont know how. It seems like its always there and its really bad some days! Thank you. -SkaterGirl

christopher david There i s a little boy in Africa that was hit by a car (I found out from my girl) and its not like the U.S. there with free healthcare available to the poor. Pray for the boys recovery and for the lady that hit him, she was not at fault but, just the same both parties have ended up paying hospital bills that no one can afford. The price of the U.S. dollar there is almost double what it is worth here. So please keep them in prayer. The little boys name is Tim Welbeck. God Bless and thank you. christopher david This is a follow up prayer request for Lorinda Quest...Ive been talking to Lorinda for about 9 months on the phone, chatting online,etc. Weve gotten to know each other as well as we possibly can without actually being together. We have basically fallen for each other and have been praying for the Lord to do His will in our lives. We have both expressed the desire to get married. We have been praying together and asking God for guidance. This is probably the strangest thing God has ever done to either one of us and we are actually enjoying each others company even though we have never even touched. We both desire for our relationship to go in the direction that He wants it to. We have agreed not to put each other before Christ. Jesus Christ comes first no matter what happens. Unfortunately, I am just a poor college student going to Victory University for my ass. degree in Christian Ministries. She is a student in Africa and she can always attend school here if she can get here. Not only is it killing me that shes in such a dangerous country, but also I forsee no way to get her here nor how to take care of her if/when she does.I am a certified chef, but I have chosen to go back to school to serve Christ. Nathan I have a friend who is like a brother to me that is really needing prayers at this moment. I have been talking to him and he has started to go to church with me. Now he believes in God but I dont know if he KNOWS God. So pray that he would turn his whole life back around to Jesus. He also got laid off from his job a few weeks ago so pray that he might find one soon. He also has a few personal battles that he is going through with his family looking down on him because of his past. Jasper According to the people around me, I have two friends. But i dont feel that way. I started out with excitement. We are all Christians and I was so looking for a fellowship. But after 1 week, i got to know their true nature and now i am starting to develop resentment. I am doing medicine, 3rd year. I have been patient with them for 3 years. but now, whenever i see them, i will think "oh God, do i have to say hi?" They have mocked me, called me a traditional freak for the sake of asking them to read Bible everyday and not only on sundays, the "righteous" show-off and more. I have kept quiet. But recently, I am not able to do that. I feel like talking back to them harshly. One of them is always complaining, talking bad language, and has a bit of pride. the other one is always arguing and tries to prove that she is right and often makes fun of others. Now i am starting to think whether it is Gods will for me to be with them or not. I need your advice and prayer. And please do pray that the hurt they have caused would heal soon and that i would get the strength to forgive them

Jason My son has been in the USAF for almost a year and half now. He worked very hard throughout high school and went to basic training only 6 months after high school graduation. Since the age of 12 all he wanted was to join the USAF. Tomorrow he is taking what is known as his CDCs (Career Development Course), Basically a test about his job. He needs a 75.1 or better to pass. Its a 100 question test. If he fails this test he and his immediate Supervisor have to plead his case before the Base commander for a 2nd chance. If he isnt granted the opportunity at a retake he is discharged from the Airforce, If he is able to retake the test and still fails once again he faces a Discharge. My son Brendon is a hard worker with a strong work ethic, stays out of trouble, and has served well during his time in the service. He does not test well. He nerver has. He is one of those people that knows all the answers but when that piece of paper is set in front of him entitled Test he freezes up. I ask for your prayers in his time of need. Jasper Thank you so much for all your prayers. The results will come only at the end of September. I did my exams well and I await good marks. I will definitely post my marks to you all, because, without your prayers, I dont know whether I really could have written all those exams. The question pattern was suddenly changed and they didnt even inform us. The professors were themselves shocked to see it. But God was with me. He helped me. Please pray for me. I am doing my first year in Dental Science. I have studied hard and was aiming for distinction to glorify my Lord. But today, was the most horrifying day in my life. I couldnt write fast, I was so blank and it felt like like I couldnt finish my paper (I wrote Anatomy today) . And in the end, I left one question, mistook one question for another and wrote the wrong answer, and for the last question, I didnt complete it because I ran out of time. In my house, my mom, aunt and my cousin brother were praying for me and my brother had a vision and saw an angel standing next to me. I dont know what really happened. I was once made a target by some witches in my area and I messed up in my exams during my final year in school. And now....... I am confused... But I know something big came against me but was turned to nothing through Gods grace. I am facing the rest of my exams tomorrow (Biochemistry and Physiology) and day after tomorrow (Tooth Morphology and Oral Histology). Please pray for me. I am desperately in need of some encouragement. Tears are running down my cheek as I write this. My heart is shattered. All I am aiming for now is to just get pass mark in Anatomy and to do well the rest. Lord, help me.

AJ I commit to pray! But I encourage you...Relax. Not because that means youre problems will go away and God will handle it, but because YOU CAN BE CONFIDENT that whatever happens, God has youre back. The understanding of this is why Paul was so peaceful even as he wrote his epistles while in prison. You can learn what you need to learn, thats easy..even though its contrary to how you feel right now. But learning to have peace in the storm and trust while you do all you can do...that is a learned skill that only be learned by going through something. So no credit goes to defeated witches, but instead Romans 8:28, recognize that all things work to the good of those that love God. Ill be praying for you.

KingsKid Thank you all for your prayers. There is some improvement in the situation. It is still pretty difficult and stressful for them, but I know that God can work everything out and do a miracle. He has been sustaining them for these many months. He will continue to be there.

DeVonne Thank you all for your prayers! I prayed that the door that needed to be closed would be closed. And thank you God it was. Everything fell into place for the other position. She had hired me before I even started!. I showed up, had the interview and start tomorrow or Friday! Even better, I will be paid before I move into my new place! LovinJC4ever Hello my Christian family. I entered a prayer request a couple of months ago concerning my son being bullied. I am sooo thankful for all of you who joined me and my church family in prayer! I wanted to let you know that we have moved to a new state, my son starts a new school next week and there are opportunities for him to attend a school through a state scholarship which specifically addresses his needs. We have found a new church home and I just cant praise God enough for what He has done for us! I havent found work yet and our finances are low but I am believing God for everything to be worked out...Just knowing that my son is happy, still shouting praises to the Lord and on his way to being the Honor Roll student he was before is enough for me! Aaaaamen!

hello i need prayer for my body i broke my neck and back at work also my insurance cut me off and i still cant work i also am going through a divorce battle and custody battle with my daughters mom and my daughter lives ith me right now and my mother in law is on my side about the custody and i would like god to be on my side as well i also have a lawyer working on my insurance case to try and start up my pay check again and get the treatment i need i am in washington state trying to be good father to my daughter and i need help with all of this i also live out of my daughters school district and have payed for a cab to pic her up and drop her back home for the last 6 month I need to move closer to her school before school starts but i dont have the money to move please i have no family just me and my daughter i need prayer please this is to much of a load i am in pain daily

My very, very good friend, Diana just recently went to the doctor and they found out that she has an enlarged thyroid. They did an ultrasound and found tumors, also called nodules on both the left side and the right side of her Thyroid. She will now have to see an Endocrinologist on 4/1. He will most likely do a biopsy to see if they are cancer. She gets the blood work back in 2-3 days and hopefully that will show positive results! Please pray that her results show the tumors to be benign and that she will be okay and they can treat it and please pray to calm her and her husbands mind and heart. Please pray that they come to Jesus during this time for comfort! Thank you so much!

Yvette Well, Dean died from the aneurysm while in Costa Rica. God did give Sabrina strength and comfort - I heard from others on the mission trip that she was a rock and consoling others who were on the trip with Dean. She continues to attend church and is doing well. Please continue to pray for her as she and her children learn to live a "new normal"

Frank GOD has some other plans for some of my co-workers and myself. The layoffs occured on Wednesday. There was 34 that were layed off and they offered lower positions to 18 others with significant cut in pay. Continue to pray for the people that were layed off, that GOD will supply their needs and that they will draw closer to him durning this difficult time. Continue also to pray for the other 18, that GOD blesses them with direction and guidance, with knowledge and wisdom to be able to make the right decisions for themselves and their families. I had already given it up to GOD so whatever would happen I know it is his plan working out and I was thought I was ready for whatever would happen.
This week has been a tough week and Wednesday was even tougher. I was feeling good knowing that GOD would be taking care of me but when I went to work on Monday I could see the fear in pepoles faces and I felt the heaviness of their hearts and it caused my heart to be heavy also.

As I walk the halls, the offices, the office complex I can see the fear in peoples faces and in speaking with some of them I could feel their heavy hearts and it has caused my heart to be heavy with them. Keep us in your prayers.

Please pray for me. I am out of money. Ive been unemployed for over a year and have no prospects for a new one. I am one of millions who are out of work right now, and the "world" seems to think that because we are unemployed, we are unemployable. I am looking for alternative means to meet my needs right now. I have approached both friends and family for loans, but my rent is due today and I dont see the money coming from anywhere. I do not receive unemployment benefits, I have no insurance and have not been able to afford medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety or depression in months. Right now, I have what I believe is a pinched nerve in my back, but cant find out until after I know if I have an apartment. I cant go into the ER in case they admit me for tests, knowing that I might not have a home to come back to. I live in Texas and with the 110 degree heat, living in my van isnt really an option. I know I sound like Im whining, as there are so many more out there with problems greater than mine, but I am requesting prayer. Please pray that God will provide my needs. I believe in the promises of the Bible. Thank you all for your prayers.

Bonnie Thank you all for your prayers. My brother in love, Bill, did not need emergency surgery and was released from the hospital with prescriptions for antibiotics. He is still experiencing some pain, but has a follow up appointment with the doctor tomorrow.
