Chris I have a few things that are eating at me. I currently case manage troubled youth and enjoy this job however recently a potentially new job has fallen into my lap running a domestic violence organization. Additionally this job is 15 minutes from home rather than 90 minutes and allows me the ability to take vacation to care for my parents when needed. I am struggling to see Gods lead in either direction; to stay at my old job or move on. This has been influenced by the fact that I have not been able to visit my elderly family in Mississippi for 3 years now. I am troubled because I have sacrificed for the needs of others and the good of the company but i feel neglected in the consideration of things. Moreso concerning is the feelings of resentment that I feel in my stomach; this steals my sleep and despairs me. Im pleaing not to fall victim to that. Lastly but certainly not least, i am weighed down with concern for the salvation of my brothers, my 84 year old father, and my friends and coworkers. As I write this, i am moved to tears with concern but dont have the opportunity to speak with my father and brothers due to inflexibility of work and the 3000 miles between us. I do know that prayer of the righteous transcends such restraints though and that is why i come seeking prayer. Lastly, I know that i have far more to be thankful for than I know what to do with. God is good in all things! Thank you all.

marilyn I have a brother, Jerry and his daughter Jessica who are both recovering addicts to alcohol and pills. Jerry also has some serious health problems and Jessica lost custody of her three young children. Jerry has been sober a year, praise God and he is trying his best to help his daughter get her life on the right path. Please pray for them both and for the family. Thank you.

Courtney I live in Virginia, and will attend college here as well. I moved here and left my family behind in Missouri. This year is a significant year for me to be able to find some way to drive all the way down there and be with my mother and grandfather before something happens. It means to the world to her and I just cant let her down. Shes really sick and isnt doing so well. cloe I want you guys to pray for me about my family, especially for my brother. He claims that he is a prophet and that he knows GOD. He also acts crazy and does wiered stuff. He also even threaten death. He also believe that its him thats suppose to govern Haiti and etc. He even considered himselve in the level of GOD. Mel Hi Everyone, I would really appreciate prayer in all aspects of my life. I am currently 8 months pregnant and truly blessed to be having a baby boy. Please pray that all goes well during delivery and that he is born healthy, strong, and to serve God. I am also having problems with my husband, and I pray for guidance and support as well as for God to strengthen my marriage because at this point, I feel too broken to want to stay in it. Sadly, weve only been married 10 months. I would also appreciate prayer with finances; we are struggling horribly and cannot afford much. We are both college students and finances are killing us. Lastly, I would love prayer for my mom, who is the strongest woman I know. She is a 2 time breast cancer survivor and is currently fighting the pain of a pinched nerve in her cervical spine. I truly feel like God is working with us on this and I just am grateful for any prayers that will help up get this house sold quickly and for us to be able to get the other home for our family. Kalandra My sister is 26. She was diagnosed with kidney failure December 2008. The cause of it was dehydration and high blood pressure that we were unaware ran in our family. It has been hard on her but shes getting through with her faith in God. Shes been on the kidney transplant list for 5 years now. Wed appreciate your prayers very much. Eliza Pray for my son. He is a special needs child 17 years old. He is starting to want to have sex. I got to younger babies at home. I had to put an alarm on the bedroom doors because I caught him trying to sneak into the youngest 2 bedroom. He is showning prediator behavior. I am scared he might try to do something to the babies. Candice I know its hard to "Let go and let God" but what you have to remember is that he already knows what will happen and why! I know how hard it is to do things in ways other than youre own, but when it comes to God, He created trust so that we can cast our worries on him and TRUST He can take care of them :)

KingsKid2 Dear Lord, I know that You do not want anyone to perish. (1 Tim. 2:4) Thank you for Jenns perseverance with prayer. Help her to not give up but to keep believing in Your Word and Your promises. I pray that her family would open their hearts to You. Show them how desperately they need a Saviour. In Jesus Name, AmenJenn, did you ever hear about George Muller? He was the man who had many orphan houses in England in the 1800s. He was a great man of prayer. He prayed for the salvation of 5 people for years before they accepted Christ. In fact, the one man never got saved until Georges funeral! But he was faithful to bring his requests before the Lord. Persistent prayer matters; keep trusting the Lord.

Tonya Update:Went to thyroid specialist and they found a growth on the Thyroid gland. We have to follow up in 6 months. If it has not gotten smaller or completely gone they will do a biopsy to rule out cancer. Keep on praying please for both situations!!

I pray our 18 year old son keeps the Lord close to him and does not fall into the ways of the world. I pray that his thyroid issue gets figured out soon and that he is able to restore his health. I pray he has strength and peace. Also his girlfriend is not a believer in Christ. She believes there is a higher power but not sure it is Jesus. She does get frustrated at times when we talk about it or our son refers to to Jesus. I pray she opens her heart and sees Jesus is our Savior. Tracie We are still in the process of adoption but we have had a change of heart and will be doing foster to adopt...please pray that if/when we get these children that we can be a good Godly presece in their life. I know it will be very hard if we have to give these child up...so i pray that God will bring us the right children for us. thank you all for praying for us.

Pray for my parents and I, that God would reveal His will about whether or not He would like us to stay here or move closer to my sister. Elena Thank you for your prayers and sorry for the late update. Kimberly had passed away this past summer. Of course it was hard on her friends and family, but they continued to look to the Lord for comfort. She knew Jesus and so that also gave them peace, she is now with her creator and is suffering no more. Thank you again, God bless :)

Hey everyone, my younger brother is starting high school, and Id like to ask you to please pray that hell remember his relationship with the Lord and live his life at school for God. High school can be tough, and its easy to stray if youre weak in faith, so please pray that he keeps walking with the Lord!!! Thanks, God bless!!!
April My husband has stage 3 testicular cancer. 70% cure rate is what they say. He started chemotherapy on October 1st and has been a superhero through it all! No sickness, only fatigue. I try to keep everything in Gods control as I know He made me specifically for this man I call my soul mate. Continue to pray I keep all faith in Jesus and that my husband kicks cancers behind!! :)

I have a prayer request. We had an incident where my little brother almost got molested/raped by a mental unstable man in our neighborhood and hes has had a lot of emotional and mental distress from it. He has a lot of fear and he has not been acting like the strong boy he used to be. I am extremely worried about him and I know that I can only turn to God to help him through this and by turning to God I must turn to all the brothers and sisters in Christ for prayers. I have fears that with this situation my brother may go down the path of resisting Gods love and turning to sin like homosexuality because he is starting to act out and be flamboyant. Please if you can send out a request for my brother and my parents, we need as many prayers as possible, my parents really need to see Gods miracle here. Help her to see the bigger picture and to let go of the drama she feels the need to be part of. Mariah Thank you so much, all, for praying for me. My prayers have been answered, greatly. I went to church and the pastors wife prayed for me in so many ways. I have found my spiritual life to have been "quickened." I was told to break up with my boyfriend, my parents are accepting my beliefs (though they still wont believe). Thank you, ever so much. shane i had asked for help in praying for my brother and his wife as they were on the mends of divorce after 15 years and 2 beautiful girls . well good news god answered the prayers and interveend and saved the marriage after it was almost done . L Nope... The issue is still an issue satan keeps attacking my husband with. My husband cant find his way out of the stronghold that satan keeps him in along with our family. Please continue to pray for my husband to look to our Lord instead of what satan keeps tricking him with... Please... I am getting so tired of the nearly constant evil my husband chooses to see... My husband is drowning in consequences from decisions I made 2 years ago! Satan has him in a choke hold and he will not forgive me. I have repented and asked Jesus for forgiveness. God has changed my heart and has helped me to understand many things I didnt understand/know before. Now, there are not any companies that will hire my husband because of my past mistakes. My poor choices have stripped my husband of his honor, reputation and ability to support our family. He will not view me as a different person now and continues to live in the past and how he is become a prisoner of the past. Worst of all he is prisoner of unforgiveness and a hard heart. Please pray that God would give my husband some rest from Satans lies and schemes. That God would revive his heart, his energy, his health, and give my husband a job that can fit our familys needs including my husbands health needs. Treena Praise The Lord! He is awesome and powerful! About 13 days ago my house sold, and this past Monday I was approved for a mortgage to purchase a new home for my children and myself. We are moving on September 10, 2012.

Sharon My prayer has not be answered.I will share that myself and another woman are beginning a Christian singles group in our area. We will be bringing in another male from our church. God is turning something into wonderful.
I am stressed over a lack of money for school, and I really need a new roof hopefully before the winter. I have begun a campaign on Indiego go Bay Area Mom Needs Help! to try and gather some funds to pay for my school debt, and hopefully get that roof. I just found a huge hole under my sons bathroom vanity....yikes. I saw a mouse and I looked at where it ran away to. My son and I just put something over it until able to seal it properly yuck!!!!! This was a bad month boys school nearly $300, cars registered and smogged. More issues. I just recieved 2 emails saying not right now. I put out another job application today. I just keep trying, praying, try to be content and optimistic. Thank you for all your prayers!!!

Sharon I just recieved 2 jobs declines saying not this time. I just applied for another job today. Hummm...Getting nervous boys school started (expensive), car registrations and smog due this month too. Oh my found a big hole under my boys bathroom vanity lol. No contributions there either yet.I have school costs,and need a roof hopefully by the winter.I was praying for a miracle there. I did get an invite to the honor society from my college due to my GPA...whoo hoo top 15% of my class. That was great news and looks great on my resume (I hope :^) Thanks to you all for my prayers. I know Gods listening. I am trying to remain upright and be optimistic and content where I am but its stressful sometimes and takes me off school focus.

I relocated to the Bay Area after my divorce due to the abuse inflicted to my adopted foster sons by my ex husband.I was shocked!!!!I packed up and moved nearly single handly it has been HARD! God has shown Himself over and over again. My boys have some special needs. We have settled in and there has been many challages stolen vehicle, housing, home repairs (bad floors/need a roof), numerous car repairs(only good local), in 1.5 years only have managed to get an on call job for 32.5 months (ouh, but I was blessed with it). I volunteer at church weekly but wanted something else progressive for my family. I went back to school and I am doing well. The debt scares me , as I already felt I was sinking. I havent many friends yet, and no really cloase one {:^( I dont drink, smoke, swear so my market is slight ha ha ha. I am scared of the life debt, and terrified of the school debt that has already began to accumulate . I am pretty self sufficient so it is quite humbling. I have decided to pray and also sign up for an Indiego go campaighn as a Bay area single mom that needs help! and I am praying I can raise some funds to cover my school tuition.. God knows what I need and he is aware of the campaign. Please pray about that, and a job. Peace with school the life stress derails me off focus for school studies. The problem is, he has made no move to consecration and is in fact straying away from God. Every time we are with the church singing or at the youth groups he looks like a zombie, he doesnt sing or pray or even smile, he just looks miserable, but as soon as we go home, hes just fine.
