SkaterGirl Thank you so much for your prayers. I think they worked! Within the week, we started to received outside help, and have been referred to a counselor who can help one of us. I was really amazed! This is a great relief. It will take awhile to sink in and start to make a difference since this situation has been going on for a year or more. That seems to show how much more the prayer helped, since I wasnt expecting a change so soon. However, my sister and I are still under strain as we are still living at home and have responsibilities and are dealing with this daily issue. I have posted another prayer about that. God is good!!! Praise Him!

My family would love your prayer support. We have been going through a very difficult time with some personal problems during the last year. The combo of personal problems, job changes (starting/quitting/learning new), moves, and extended family issues have taken their toll and created stress that seems to never end. It is easy to get discouraged, even though we know and can see that the Lord is working in our lives, and should be grateful. Its just a lot to handle, and sometimes its easy to feel alone like there is no one to turn to who isnt going through their own huge life change. Its hard to cope day to day. It has been a time of change and growth but that comes with feelings of depression and overwhelm sometimes. Thank you!

Heather The Lord opened doors for a place to live here in TX. Although we had a couple unexpected mechanical issues with the van, it did get us down here. We had enough money to stay in hotels all the way down, as well as enough money for food. God protected my girls and I from a deadly dust storm that caused at least 30 accidents, and we are slowly getting back on our feet.

I have had numerous job possibilities in Texas. My children and I have been homeless for over a year and I am following the urgency of the Holy Spirit to take a leap of faith. I made the decision to move my children and I back to Texas. We need provision to make that happen. So my prayer request is: the money in the amount the Lord revealed to me, a vehicle that is strong mechanically, good on gas as well as already having a hitch, that a home will be available before we even arrive, and that my kids will have joy and peace. This is an urgent prayer, as the date has been set for March 18, as the date we head on the road. I trust God completely, and I appreciate the prayers and prayers of agreement. God bless.

Elena Thank you sooo much for your prayers guys! This one was a long time ago! It was weird reading this prayer request I had put up, because I feel like I have grown in so many ways. And I have! I dont even know why I was so stressed out, lol. I ended up dropping the class, which was the best thing for me. As far as college, it didnt work out. Im still figuring things out. I have looked into another college or university I should say. It seems to be more of a fit for me. Semester starts August of this year, pray that it all works out! Theres a class I am taking at my church, Basic Theology. I will be over 200 hundred pages behind in the book and I am so overwhelmed. I am considering dropping it, but I really dislike having to do that. I have quite a bit on my mind, pray that I can just get it together and be motivated. If Im meant to drop it, I pray that the Lord would reveal that to me. And give me peace if I do. If not, then I have to really try hard to catch up! Also if you could pray about my applying for scholarships. Theres so many and I hope the ones I will be applying for are legit. Im trying to find money for me to go to Calvary Chapel Bible College, I plan on applying again for the fall 2012 semester. It is an unaccredited college and so there is no financial aid, because it is not government supported. I also cant get a student loan for the same reason. If I could just go for one semester, Id feel so blessed! Its actually not that much compared to most bible colleges, $3250 and a little extra for laundry and myself. I will be living on campus and my books, room and board will all be covered in the tuition. Im trying to look for the right scholarships. Ive considered applying for poetry scholarships, but Im a little nervous about putting my writing out there. And Im such a perfectionist that it might take me forever just to put one together or fix one of my old writings. I just pray that the Lord will motivate me, uplift me and guide my path. And bring me out of whatever it is that has been bringing me down lately. Thanks for the prayers. =)

Courtney I can see right now that you have a lot to face. But you know who already knows whats going on in your life and what should happen and how its planned out? Our Father. haha. Girl, first off, I just want to say YOU ARE AMAZINGGGG!!! You are SO SMART and TALENTED in so many ways hunn! You have a poetic soul and thats hard to find these days. You have a gift that the Lord blessed you with and baby, dont be afraid to use it. Cassandra Aaron is still choosing to be distant. He has cut himself off completely from all of our friends and only hangs with one mutual friend who is very much so living in the world. Oliver Oliver, I am also going through a very dark time right now, and it is hard to see the good in what God is doing. Think of Job- He went through tremendous trials and same as you, questioned God and what good could come of it. And God responded to him, asking Job if had in fact laid the foundations of the world? Or put the boundaries up for the oceans? He is saying that you might not see what good can come of this, but He is God, and He KNOWS BEST. Also, the Bible tells us that "All things work out for the good of those who love God." Romans 8:28. The Bible is absolute truth- so you can take comfort in this. God does not promise us a pain-free life- because of sin. We can just look at Jesus, the son of God, to see this. He was betrayed, beaten with whips embedded with glass, had thorns crushed into His skull, had nails driven through His hands and feet, and then was left to hang on a cross until He suffocated to death. If even Jesus had to suffer, then we too, are not immune to suffering. Jesus tells us to "Take up our cross and follow Me." Matthew 16:24. This means that there will be times when following Jesus that will be painful. BUT Gods Grace can heal our wounds! Please believe me in this Oliver, as I am and have been a very wounded person. He promises to give us Supernatural Joy, Peace, Strength, a clear mind, and self control. Go to Him and ask Him to help you deal with your anger toward Him and your grief over your wifes passing. And He is faithful, He will help you. Deuteronomy 7:9 "Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments." Zuzka The tumor has been successfully removed HALLELUJAH! My cousin though got an infection so he had to stay for another two weeks. On wednesday he should start chemo treatment. I believe in the full treatment by our Daddy. May He be glorified in this situation and may my whole family return to Him..

Christine Thank you all for your prayers to keep my husband safe. He arrived home safe and sound last week; however, is back on the road again for at least the next two weeks. Meanwhile, we are trying to purchase a new home and are running into additional issues with finding a home that is rignt for us. Please pray for God to keep him safe every day and to bring him home safe to us. I had a fairly strong relationship with my friend who moved to LA from San Diego in 2008. We started seeing each other again shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, things between me and her started to fall apart. As a result, she broke my heart and told me to move on. I felt all hope was lost. Therefore, I just want to have a friend like Jesus who wont break my heart and can have a strong relationship with.

My husband still hasnt been able to find a job! Itll be 2 yrs in April. His EDD ended this week. Im working as a Temp, but thank you Jesus its full time and the contract ends in April. Hes waiting for a job with Law Enforcement, but the waiting period is 6-8 months. In the mean time, he needs to find a job thatll help with our finances. Our Lord has been awesome to us these past few months! Always providing for us these past few months! We were always able to pay our bills, even though finances were extremely tight.

My brother Brian and his wife Tinas family has literally turned upside down! Her son from 1st marriage is going thru marital problems caused by adultery from his side. His wife has feelings for her husbands step brother (my brothers son/my nephew). My nephew has fallen head over heels for the step brothers wife and has mentioned to the family that hed easily give his family for her. Unfortunately, he might be a daddy with the sister of the wife of the step brother. That sister broke up with the my nephew and returned to former boyfriend who are now living with his parents. We dont know if the baby is actually my nephews as of yet. We are hoping hed take a paternity test, once the baby is born in April. The step brother wants to attend marital counseling, but the wife refuses. My nephew moved out with friends because of the infidelity between the two. My sis-in-law has lost 80lbs in 5 months due to unknown reason. Cancer is hereditary between both of her parents. Shes the sole survivor next to her two kids. The enemy has REALLY grabbed a hold of this family! The step brother is still with his new love aka co-worker! My nephew is still with his step-sister-in-law! Everyones committing adultery here! Elsa Thank you everyone who committed to pray for my daughter and grandson. God has graciously provided my daughter with employment! Thank you Jesus! As far as everything else goes nothing has changed, well at least as far as my human eyes can see. But I do know God is always working behind the scenes and with yours and mine continued prayers on my familys behalf, our ever faithful Father will bless us with a breakthrough soon. God bless you!

I pray for reconciliation with my ex husband. We have been divorced for 8 months and I am deeply in love with him. There was no infidelity or abuse on either part. Communication issues was the issue. We have two girls together and I pray his heart is lead back to our family as it is stated in the Bible that any marriage should reconcile before moving on.

Nira :) Father God i ask that you will have you way in Jaclyn life blessed her and lead her to get closer to you. Bless her ex husband where ever he may be to lead him back to his family but to have better relationship with you and better communication with his wife. Have you way in Jesus name i pray amen :)

Hi. My name is Julian and my wife is called Joanne. Please pray for my marriage. My wife wants me to move out. We have been married for three and a half years and have a 16 month old baby boy. I have hurt my wife a lot over the past 2 years. In fact I have been having a nervous breakdown and this has caused me to be a different person. I have come to my senses I want reconciliation with my wife. I love my family so much. My wife seems to have put up emotional barriers now and everything I do is pushing her away. She says I am making things worse by telling her how sorry I am and how much I love her. I ask for strength and reconciliation.

Jaime Thank you for your prayers! My struggles and temptations have been easier to deal with lately, and I praise God for that and earnestly thank you for your prayers. I feel strong in the Lord right now, but I do know that temptation will come again when I am not feeling so strong, but I will continually pray for God to show me the way of escape when those temptations present themselves again. God is good!

Kim I am going to see an orthopaedic surgeon soon, but I dont know what is going to happen yet. I am still praying for no surgery.

I used to play the synthesizer in my church orchestra but I was diagnosed with arthritis in my thumbs after being in pain for several months. (Arthritis seems to run in my family, children through adults). I have had shots in both hands twice and have been playing percussion in the orchestra to try to take some of the pressure off. Unfortunately, the pain is back in my right hand and getting worse. I love playing for The Lord and cannot imagine stopping, and I definitely do not want surgery (my doctor recommended it for when the shots stop working). I just want to be healed.
