Rachel I had dated this guy for a year, but I made the difficult decision to end it last week. When I did he was fine at first but then he started calling me non-stop even though I didnt answer. It got to the point where I had to block his number. But before I did he started texting me saying that he was going to kill himself.because he didnt want to live without me, basically threatening to take his life if I didnt get back together with him. Im concerned that he might actually try to harm himself. Im racked with guilt right now because I feel bad for causing him pain and making him go through this. But the relationship was toxic and I had to do whats best for me. Please pray for him. And pray for God to give me strength. Thank you.

Veronica One and a half years after moving 3500 miles across the country, my husband, along with 279 other employees were laid off...without notice. Many of his former coworkers are struggling. The majority of them sold everything and packed up their lives to move to another state and start a new life. By the grace of God, we have not been put in a situation where we have to worry or wonder where our next meal will come from or how well pay rent...but unfortunately I cannot say that for everyone else. I ask that you pray with me, that during this trying time those displaced employees find Jesus. That they call upon the Lord and see that can trust Him and lean on Him. I pray that through this, they can grasp an understanding on how much God loves them and how he wants to help them...they just have to let Him in. I pray that everyone affected by this recovers quickly and that depression does not sink in.
I also ask that you pray for my family. My husband does need work, yes. But I pray that the Lord leads us to the place where we can make the most impact for Him. Thank you in advance for your time and dedication to pray with me. We appreciate it. God bless you and yours!! :)

Jonathan Earlier today, Ive met up with an old Jewish friend of mine who was a bully in jr high school, but recently apologised... I gave him our 3rd grade class picture as he was getting at me about it for a few years now. I finally got it to him and we started talking a little bit, and one of the things hes mentioned was how he has his own business and it is corrupted and ran by the mafia, and he loves it. Later on in the conversation, he further tells me how happy he was to see me looking good unlike other people we knew that didnt turn out so well. I tell him how good hes looking and how I bet if I ran a mile, he could still catch me... He then explained how he doesnt do violence anymore, and he was sorry again and how he did a lot of bad things... I told him "Hey.. Ive done bad things to" He then said how he has a lot of Skeletons in his closet... That can mean anything. All I could do at the time was encourage him to stay safe. Gemy Im losing faith. alot of faith. i try to be closer to Him, but idk if its even working. i cant feel His presence. My teacher told me that all i have to do is ask Him to reveal His self to me. i do. for a long time. but nothing happens. another teacher told me to just keep on knocking(Luke 11:5-13). but i have been for years and im getting tired of it. there are alot of mean, wrong, and bad verses in the bible. like this one: "When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property." (Exodus 21:20-21 NAB). and right God flooded thousands of people because they were wicked? and right he knows everything(past,present, and even future) so if he knew that He would create wicked people, why did He just not do it? and in gen., why didnt He forgive Adam and Eve? please answer my questions:(

Jennifer I have a friend who is going through some tough times right now because a year ago her boyfriend broke up with her basically because she was honest about her views on a certain controversial topic. Its been a year, but shes still really depressed by it and she refuses to even look at other guys as options because she feels like shes somehow not being fair to her ex. I also request prayers for this ex-boyfriend - even though I think he was totally unfair in how he treated her, he still desperately needs prayers because he is not a Christian, and that fact is possibly the main reason my friend is so sad.

Lindsay I am a teacher and I absolutely adore my job. I truly feel that my gift to teach is from God and I feel truly blessed. However this is the first time in 5 years that I do not have a teaching position. We have an abundance of teachers in my area and it is very hard to get a job. Please pray that God opens the door to the right teaching position for me! I am able to cover maternity leaves, so my prayer is that God leads me to the right place! Misty My 15 year old son, Damon, just came down with Shingles. The doctor put him on somed pretty hefty pain pills,but he is still in a lot of pain. My son is very active in or churches study groups and helps out with our childens church activities a lot. It is just devistating to him that he has to miss out on these things, but just cant stand the pain enough to go. Please pray for a quick recovery and that the pain goes away when he heals. There is the possibility that this pain can stay with him for years.

i want to say a prayer for the radio station called k-love! thats a station that cares for the world! they were having a pledge week to raise money to keep all the staions from shuting down. i hope they reached their goal! i was listening to it yesterday and i felt something in my heart to donate something. anything but im kinda short on cash right now. times are tuff for me and my family right now. all day i heard them talking about it. i keep fight it off and just thought that maybe the rest of the world could do their part i wouldnt have to. i was wrong. the D.J said that only 5 of k=love listners actually donate money! can you belive that? so i picked up the phone and did it! i pleged 10 bucks a month. i texted my wife after and told her what i did. so could not belive it! she told me earlier that day in the afternoon she prayed to god that i would pleged something! she was crying when i told her what i did. god moved me through her prayer! thats awesome! god is so great some times you have no idea. i love you all out there so please pray that k-love met their goal.

horacio hey every body i wish this could be a answered prayer but it isnt. my nephew fell dont even harder. he lost his job and stop going to chruch. he drinks everyday and dosent listen to me anymore. i told him all i can do for him is pray for him. lets hope he will snap out of it. god bless you all for trying to help me out by praying for his lost soul. love you all

Jonathan After breaking up with this man, she was totally depressed about it, and kept crying over it. Despite how well he has taken care of her, she is in this relationship for many wrong reasons. within only about few days, they got back together like as if nothing was lost. Elena First, I just wanted to thank all of you for your prayers. It means a lot, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. I guess the Lord has just been revealing to me the things I sometimes forget. And that is, what He thinks about me is more important than what others think of me. I always fear that people wont like me if I reveal my true heart. But fear is not of the Lord. Socializing is still a struggle for me, but I know that I am not alone. And that the Lord is right there next to me, guiding me, teaching me and giving me the words to say. And as a praise report, the Lord has given me the opportunity to get to know a couple of young woman from my church! We will be hanging out and spending the day together sometime soon. I struggle with a lot of social anxiety and awkwardness, especially around those my age. Im always afraid of messing up and looking or sounding dumb (its happened). It is hard for me to make connections with people around my age group because I am quiet. I try to talk to them, but I never seem to have too much in common. Im afraid of making friends, but at the same time I want to. I think I forgot how because its been so long! I know a lot of older people, but not a lot of younger people in my church. The issue is, the Lord has not opened doors for me to get a job, I homeschool my kids, and because the military keeps taking their "fee" out of my exs checks, I cant make rent, pay my car payments, pay car insurance, get food, pay my utilities and it has gotten down to the days when they are starting to turn off my cell phone, my insurance is due to be cancelled on the 18th, my vehicle is days away from being repossessed which would leave me with NO transportation and I am scrambling to put food on the table. God is good and I know this. My kids are amazing and all have faith in God, but I figure it cant hurt to have more people praying for this less than desirable situation. Thank you so much.

Marielena they tested my uncles blood and the cancer count has lowered. its down half. its a miracle. please keep praying for a full recovery. God bless you for having him in your prayers.

Abby Well, this prayer, Will never be answered, I dont think. Not until I get to see my Daddy again in Heaven. But I have been overwhelmed by Gods love. Its just been filling my heart for the past few days. I know that my Daddy is okay, and to wish he was back with me, is something I dont want to do, because I know he was suffering. But I am so thankful for all those who prayed for me. Thank you all. :)

Abby Well, Me and Jac have been through a lot and he hasnt left me. :) I think I will still hold on, and continue to pray and ask God if he is the right guy for me. But overall, this prayer has been answered by me realizing, (With Gods help of course) That he says he likes me...But he has weird ways of showing it. :) So, I am just hanging on for the ride, and I am excited to see where God takes me. :)

horacio hey gabriella i see that today you went through something having to do with some help you need. you have god on your side and with that what can get in your way. before i workout everyday i pray to god to help me. philippians 4:13 I can do all things through christ who strenghts me. it always helps me acomplish things that are difficult to do. dear god please help out gabriella with her problem. Me and my friend are currently working for her step sister and b/c of family issues we are not being teached as fairly as others in the off. Colleen Thank you everyone for all of your prayers. God is good and faithful. I was looking for a job for about 6 months with no luck, so I started cleaning houses. The Lord provided me with just enough to sustain my son and I. Times were really tough, but we got by.....
I continued to look for and apply for jobs and today i was offered a job right near my house. It has been a total of 10 months, but the Lord knows what we need even before we ask, and always knows better than we do what we really need. Thank you again for being a blessing to our lives. :) God bless you and keep you safe.

S P Thank you for the chance to say how this prayer was WONDERFULLY answered! The court refused the first request to take the baby. The Social Services were requested to come back with a better case! On return the judge ruled that the baby stay with his mother...and her mother and that the case be fully internally investigated. The Social worker has left and this is happening. The girl still has social services involvement but is not now being hounded. I truly know how God has totally changed this case. Thank you Lord!!! PLease keep praying for this girl and thank you all for praying so far. Thank you c28 for this chance.

Here in the UK, the Social Services have a guilty before proven policy and are judging her, even though she successfully brought up a little boy to the age of 5 when they took him from her because she kept taking him to the doctor and hospital because she was worried. They said she was over-reacting and put him into the care of foster parents. Within a week, he was dead, after being looked after by strangers in his last days. He was ill, he had a brain tumour, she was right to be concerned.By accident, she became pregnant within a year of his death. I think she was distraught and looking for love, and comfort anywhere. Anyway, to cut a long story short, she has had a lovely healthy baby boy, not yet left hospital and they are trying to take him into care because they say she will have trouble bonding due to the sudden death of her last baby. They want to have him fostered for 3 months.This would break the bond between them and make it easier to have him adopted. I know how bad it sounds but once the UK Social Services get involved, these things can happen. Its about cost-cutting. Cheaper to get a newborn adopted (everyone wants babies) than give support to mum and child. Her mum has asked to help but they say she has not been assessed and it will take 10 weeks - so too late to stop 3 month fostering.This girl has been through so much....its stranger than fiction.
