With Love On Your Arms I am really worried about some things in life and being a teen. Im 16 and I dont have a drivers license yet or even have my slip/permit. I dont have a job yet also and my grades werent so good. I have someone in my family who tells me that I need to get my license and a job because I am making people have a hard time. Im worried that I will be stuck in home and not have freedom. I know I should be grateful for many things but there are times when I really dont like being here.

tiffani I recently returned from a missions trip abroad and all seemed well during my time away i.e., i was stress free, i sensed the presence of God everywhere, i felt a sense of community love with others. Since my return, i have been a little overwhelmed with work, school and a friendship relationship which i believe will lead to marriage but lately...ive been doubting. I have known my guy friend for almost a year and a half and due to distance, ministry, grad school and our busy work schedules we arent able to communicate as much as wed like. Please pray that i receive wisdom, patience and guidance as i work through my grad program, search for a new job and wait on marriage.

Sandy My husband of 22 years has left us on our sons 17 th bday for another woman he has started the divorce process 2nd court date is the 17th of January . He does not talk OT text our children they r ages 20, 17, and14 he shows up at my son basketball game to " look good" but he does not try to talk to him or text himHe works as a principal at a behavior program asNd has hired all 5 women he has had an affair with . The kids know because HE TOLD THEM HE DID THE AFFAIRS the co workers will not say anything because they say Egan will fire them - some are claimed to be Christians and they just watch my husband destroy 6 families . The board will not listen to me because I am his wife and he states I am just mad at him they will not invest age the claim . Vanessa My husband and I are hoping and praying for Christian friends. There are times when I feel a terrible jealousy rise up in me toward the friendships my brother and sis-in-law have, though I dont think they are always good friendships. My husband is lonely for a Christian man to grow with in Christ, to learn from/with, and just to have a good friend other than myself. What I ask above all is that any who are willing to pray for us, will ask our perfect Creator to make us worthy of having friends. Secondly, please ask Him to work His perfect will in our lives, in spite of our fallen-ness. (sp?) Third, if/when the Creator sees fit, that He would put us in the path of Christians he wants us to build relationships with, and that He will make it clear to us what He wants, as we can be so blind to Him sometimes. :-P Thanks in advance...Im glad to have found this little community where we can hold each other up :-)

Sabine Vanessa, if you are focused on any desire in your life other than serving God that is not Gods will. You are making your desire for Christian friendships your number one. Tying to fulfill the desires of your own heart to gain something - even something like friendship, is not Gods will. That is why you are feeling jealousy. You are allowing your desires blind you to what God has already blessed you with. Dont waste your talent, get out there help people without doing it to help yourself. Friendship is a by product of people doing good and helping each other regularly. Reach out to those that dont fit your profile of a good friend or based on the criteria of being christian. Rather look for people you can be a good friend to, that maybe really need a friend more than you. I pray you and your husband become servants of God rather than self servants. Look at your life and say where is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. We must all do this. Then if we discover there is not much there we must change our focus back to God and his will in our lives. When he is there he works through us to make other peoples lives better. In turn we become happier or might even make a friend because it was created by Gods will at work.

Sabine I feel that ever since I found Jesus, my life has become a battle against the Devil. He has been working in my husband who is unsaved, my friends ( old ones unsaved) all new ones have turned out to be Christians, my family (all unsaved). Rejection, isolation, slander and terrible acts have come against me non stop. It seems the more I walk with Jesus the more it comes against me. I had no friends for a few years after I had children but I prayed about it and God has sent me wonderful people in my life. Despite this my ex best friend of many years has been trying to destroy all my work connections in my modeling. I am starting the path of learning how to act for the past two years now - she already knows all the casting directors in the city and is trying to sabotage my chances wherever I go. I know when she has influenced others because they are so different with me. She tells people that "I think I am so holy". Its easy for her to do this since all the people we know are either gay and or non Christian. I ask for someone to pray that she will cease trying to destroy me in my line of work and to people. I dont have her ability to win friends and influence people (her favorite book.) which I told her is very evil. I honestly think that something in her hates me and Jesus in me. My Christianity bothered her soooo much. But when she couldnt snare me with deliberate acts of trying to offend me while we were friends, she just one day started avoiding any contact with me. The next time I saw her I was left with a horrible sick feeling in my stomach for days. Then she told me that I have changed and that I am crazy (she was so full of hatred). All of this took place over two years ago and is still affecting my work because she does not stop .Please pray for her that she will come to know Jesus and that any evil working in her will be bound through the name Jesus. Please pray that my husband will come to know Christ and be baptized. The same goes for the rest of my family and in-laws. Pray for me that God will use me for his purpose wherever and whatever I am doing, and that he will turn all my curses into blessings, in Jesus name.

Sonya I am in the middle of probably the most trying time of my life, It is Christmas time which adds to the sadness. Recently I had invited a sister to move in with me until she got back on her feet. Big problem, she was not trying, and I felt taken advantage of at the end. My daughter also moved in with me for a month without asking but I took her in without a word. Yesterday at work my faith was for lack of a better word attacked. I was called to HR for giving out Jesus is the reason for the season buttons, and told I talk about faith all the time. Not true, I only tell about faith when asked. I know the boundaries and rules of my work place. I was and am so hurt. I cried all the way Home driving in a blizzard while praying for guidance from Him. I get home and think things are calm. But I get two phone calls one from my daughter chewing me out about Christmas, I said whoa what a minute this is the first I had heard of what you are talking about. My door is open to your aunt and I have made that clear. The second was from my other sister. Not chewing me out but telling me she was not coming to moms for christmas and neither were her kids. My world is an ultimate mess, I cannot fix this alone. I am also in the middle of a nasty divorce after 23 years of marriage. It looks like i may well be spending the holiday alone. Please pray for me. I feel so weak and heavy laden right now.

Elena First, I just wanted to thank all of you for your prayers. It means a lot, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. I guess the Lord has just been revealing to me the things I sometimes forget. And that is, what He thinks about me is more important than what others think of me. I always fear that people wont like me if I reveal my true heart. But fear is not of the Lord. Socializing is still a struggle for me, but I know that I am not alone. And that the Lord is right there next to me, guiding me, teaching me and giving me the words to say. And as a praise report, the Lord has given me the opportunity to get to know a couple of young woman from my church! We will be hanging out and spending the day together sometime soon. I struggle with a lot of social anxiety and awkwardness, especially around those my age. Im always afraid of messing up and looking or sounding dumb (its happened). It is hard for me to make connections with people around my age group because I am quiet. I try to talk to them, but I never seem to have too much in common. Im afraid of making friends, but at the same time I want to. I think I forgot how because its been so long! I know a lot of older people, but not a lot of younger people in my church. So please just keep me in prayer, Sunday evening I have young adults bible study and Im always a nervous wreck! Thanks.

My ex has been in military custody because of an army mess up since August 1. However, my children and I had just moved into a new place and I havent received child support since August 1. The issue is, the Lord has not opened doors for me to get a job, I homeschool my kids, and because the military keeps taking their "fee" out of my exs checks, I cant make rent, pay my car payments, pay car insurance, get food, pay my utilities and it has gotten down to the days when they are starting to turn off my cell phone, my insurance is due to be cancelled on the 18th, my vehicle is days away from being repossessed which would leave me with NO transportation and I am scrambling to put food on the table. God is good and I know this. My kids are amazing and all have faith in God, but I figure it cant hurt to have more people praying for this less than desirable situation. Thank you so much.

Marielena they tested my uncles blood and the cancer count has lowered. its down half. its a miracle. please keep praying for a full recovery. God bless you for having him in your prayers.

Abby Well, this prayer, Will never be answered, I dont think. Not until I get to see my Daddy again in Heaven. But I have been overwhelmed by Gods love. Its just been filling my heart for the past few days. I know that my Daddy is okay, and to wish he was back with me, is something I dont want to do, because I know he was suffering. Abby Well, Me and Jac have been through a lot and he hasnt left me. :) I think I will still hold on, and continue to pray and ask God if he is the right guy for me. But overall, this prayer has been answered by me realizing, (With Gods help of course) That he says he likes me...But he has weird ways of showing it. :) So, I am just hanging on for the ride, and I am excited to see where God takes me. :)

horacio hey gabriella i see that today you went through something having to do with some help you need. you have god on your side and with that what can get in your way. before i workout everyday i pray to god to help me. philippians 4:13 I can do all things through christ who strenghts me. it always helps me acomplish things that are difficult to do. dear god please help out gabriella with her problem. Me and my friend are currently working for her step sister and b/c of family issues we are not being teached as fairly as others in the off. These in return is causing my friend a lot of heart ache and pain. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 and 1/2 years and have been more than ready to get married for a few. We know God wants us to be together and we share a strong Love for each other and others. Unfortunately, we just can not find jobs that will pay enough for us to get married and buy a home, or even rent a place for that matter. With this bad economy and high prices of our location, it just is not possible without Gods help. I guess please pray for us to continue on with patience, but to also find those jobs that will at least give us enough to pay the bills every month. Thanks!

Colleen Thank you everyone for all of your prayers. God is good and faithful. I was looking for a job for about 6 months with no luck, so I started cleaning houses. The Lord provided me with just enough to sustain my son and I. Times were really tough, but we got by.....
I continued to look for and apply for jobs and today i was offered a job right near my house. It has been a total of 10 months, but the Lord knows what we need even before we ask, and always knows better than we do what we really need. Thank you again for being a blessing to our lives. :) God bless you and keep you safe.

Shane Well i prayed this 7 months ago and then got a job at a golf course and since got one of my best girl friends to get saved and then asked her out and have been dating her for about 6 months :) god is good!

S P Thank you for the chance to say how this prayer was WONDERFULLY answered! The court refused the first request to take the baby. The Social Services were requested to come back with a better case! On return the judge ruled that the baby stay with his mother...and her mother and that the case be fully internally investigated. The Social worker has left and this is happening. The girl still has social services involvement but is not now being hounded. I truly know how God has totally changed this case. Thank you Lord!!! PLease keep praying for this girl and thank you all for praying so far. Thank you c28 for this chance.

Here in the UK, the Social Services have a guilty before proven policy and are judging her, even though she successfully brought up a little boy to the age of 5 when they took him from her because she kept taking him to the doctor and hospital because she was worried. They said she was over-reacting and put him into the care of foster parents. Within a week, he was dead, after being looked after by strangers in his last days. He was ill, he had a brain tumour, she was right to be concerned.By accident, she became pregnant within a year of his death. I think she was distraught and looking for love, and comfort anywhere. Anyway, to cut a long story short, she has had a lovely healthy baby boy, not yet left hospital and they are trying to take him into care because they say she will have trouble bonding due to the sudden death of her last baby. They want to have him fostered for 3 months.This would break the bond between them and make it easier to have him adopted. I know how bad it sounds but once the UK Social Services get involved, these things can happen. Its about cost-cutting. Cheaper to get a newborn adopted (everyone wants babies) than give support to mum and child. horacio oh no rachel! thats kinda of a bumer! but just hang in there u seem like a bright young lady. u also seem young. just remember that you have a long full life ahead of u. i grew up too fast and didnt enjoy life like i should have when i was young. i missed out on alot of things cuase of that. dont rush in to something like this, cuase next thing u know things can get very serious. u should just be laid back like he is. if things happen, they happen. if they dont, they dont. with your faith in god ur strenght will come along with it. and with faith comes victory. angie Just two weeks later, I went for a repeat ultrasound. I had been claiming victory over this cyst and rebuking it in the name of Jesus. My report was that there was NO cyst there other than the normal simple cysts that are supposed to be there. I was told that the original complex-hemorrhagic cyst had actually been larger than my ovary. However, He removed it! Thank you, Jesus! Thank you all that prayed for me!
