eric I have made it through the entire process to become hired a sheriff. I am now at the last test, the polygraph exam. I am really nervous because I have heard they are extremely unreliable and the failure rate is high. Praying that I can pass it and start this new career. I really would like this career and feel it would give me the job security to start a family.

Barbara Just prayer that my kids, esp. my teen sons (one will turn 20 soon) will actually feel or hear from God. As they want to believe but say theyve not heard His voice or seen His hand in their lives. I have, but I know its different for each person and I know God loves them and knows them individually. Nathan I found out the other day that one of the guys that I know has turned atheist and said that he has lost all belief in that God thing completely a few weeks ago. And last year was when he got saved and he was really on fire for God and everyone could see a real change in him. But when I found out about him going to atheist and asked him why he said that he was tired of hypocrite Christians . Of them saying that Christians shouldnt go drink, have premarital sex, and living like the world but him knowing that they went out on the weekends and did the same things that they condemned. Pray that he would give his life back over to God and be on fire as much as when he first started. I invited him to a youth rally in a few weeks but he hasnt responded, pray that he would give it a chance because I believe that he would experience another encounter with Christ .

Servant of God Hi Rosemarie.I have been thorough this before also.Its time to clean house!Literally! Ask God to lead you through his Holy Spirit to lead you to those things in your house or room if living at home and reveal to you those things not of him. Including the jewelry you wear?After you do this pray to God to annoint you and your space you sleep in with his Holy Spirit.Before you go to sleep, read your Bible and afterwards praise God ahead of time for him releasing any spirits of darkness from entering you dreams and dont sleep with any music or TV shows on that are not blessed. Fear is not of God. Neither is anxiety.So I pray God leads you to follow some of my suggestions and pull down your shades tonight and say good bye to the darkness that has been interrupting your sleep.God bless you Rosemarie.Lisa

SkaterGirl Please pray for one of my parents. They are going through a personal crisis and have just started counseling (Praise God!!!). They are going to need all the help they can get, as it is a very big problem. This has put an enourmous strain on the family as well. Please pray that the rest of the family will know what to do, how to support them, and how to finally heal ourselves and get some rest/stress relief (we havent had a break in months) and recovery and outside support as well, for our part. SkaterGirl Please pray for my sister and me. We are going through a difficult time with a person in our lives who is going through a hard time and putting the stress on us. Even though we are sympathetic and try to be helpful, it has been difficult to deal with and sometimes we are at our wits ends. The strain is especially hard on the two of us, dealing with caring for him/her each day. We are having trouble finding ways to get time for ourselves and shake off the stress. I know there should be ways to do this, Ive just tried everything and sometimes I feel alone and dont know how. It seems like its always there and its really bad some days! Thank you. -SkaterGirl

christopher david There i s a little boy in Africa that was hit by a car (I found out from my girl) and its not like the U.S. there with free healthcare available to the poor. Pray for the boys recovery and for the lady that hit him, she was not at fault but, just the same both parties have ended up paying hospital bills that no one can afford. The price of the U.S. dollar there is almost double what it is worth here. So please keep them in prayer. The little boys name is Tim Welbeck. God Bless and thank you. christopher david This is a follow up prayer request for Lorinda Quest...Ive been talking to Lorinda for about 9 months on the phone, chatting online,etc. Weve gotten to know each other as well as we possibly can without actually being together. We have basically fallen for each other and have been praying for the Lord to do His will in our lives. We have both expressed the desire to get married. We have been praying together and asking God for guidance. This is probably the strangest thing God has ever done to either one of us and we are actually enjoying each others company even though we have never even touched. We both desire for our relationship to go in the direction that He wants it to. We have agreed not to put each other before Christ. Jesus Christ comes first no matter what happens. Unfortunately, I am just a poor college student going to Victory University for my ass. degree in Christian Ministries. She is a student in Africa and she can always attend school here if she can get here. Not only is it killing me that shes in such a dangerous country, but also I forsee no way to get her here nor how to take care of her if/when she does.I am a certified chef, but I have chosen to go back to school to serve Christ. Nathan I have a friend who is like a brother to me that is really needing prayers at this moment. I have been talking to him and he has started to go to church with me. Now he believes in God but I dont know if he KNOWS God. So pray that he would turn his whole life back around to Jesus. He also got laid off from his job a few weeks ago so pray that he might find one soon. He also has a few personal battles that he is going through with his family looking down on him because of his past. Jasper According to the people around me, I have two friends. But i dont feel that way. I started out with excitement. We are all Christians and I was so looking for a fellowship. But after 1 week, i got to know their true nature and now i am starting to develop resentment. I am doing medicine, 3rd year. I have been patient with them for 3 years. but now, whenever i see them, i will think "oh God, do i have to say hi?" They have mocked me, called me a traditional freak for the sake of asking them to read Bible everyday and not only on sundays, the "righteous" show-off and more. I have kept quiet. But recently, I am not able to do that. I feel like talking back to them harshly. One of them is always complaining, talking bad language, and has a bit of pride. the other one is always arguing and tries to prove that she is right and often makes fun of others. Now i am starting to think whether it is Gods will for me to be with them or not. I need your advice and prayer. And please do pray that the hurt they have caused would heal soon and that i would get the strength to forgive them

Jason My son has been in the USAF for almost a year and half now. He worked very hard throughout high school and went to basic training only 6 months after high school graduation. Since the age of 12 all he wanted was to join the USAF. Tomorrow he is taking what is known as his CDCs (Career Development Course), Basically a test about his job. He needs a 75.1 or better to pass. Its a 100 question test. If he fails this test he and his immediate Supervisor have to plead his case before the Base commander for a 2nd chance. If he isnt granted the opportunity at a retake he is discharged from the Airforce, If he is able to retake the test and still fails once again he faces a Discharge. My son Brendon is a hard worker with a strong work ethic, stays out of trouble, and has served well during his time in the service. He does not test well. He nerver has. He is one of those people that knows all the answers but when that piece of paper is set in front of him entitled Test he freezes up. I ask for your prayers in his time of need. Also, I have long distance boyfriend and we are both Christians. My supervisor is very frustrated with me that I keep forgetting simple tasks pertaining to my job describtion. She said I havent made these mistakes since I first started. Ive been praying for direction and wisdom. Shes not exactly the friendliest boss to work with either. Shes very blunt and demanding. She barks when she speaks. I try to ignore her daily outbursts, but I think its really put an impact on me mentally.

Elena Thank you for your prayers. =) The Lord has been doing a lot in my life and teaching me so much. Sometimes I forget to just trust in Him. God forgive me. Ive just been on a long and hard road, but I see the Lords fingerprints and I see Him at work in my life. Hes molding me into who He wants me to be and opening my eyes to things I never saw before. Im also learning about change, as hard as it is for me, thats the way life is...and sometimes change is good. But at least I have comfort in knowing that the Lord never changes. Im just trying to keep my eyes on the Lord and not worry so much about other people. And to guard my heart and not let it deceive or control me and my emotions. Thank you again, and pray that the Lord would give me strength and patience. God bless.

Pray for my depression, feelings of worthlessness (not being happy with myself) along with all my anxieties and worrying about what others are thinking about me. I need someone my own age who would truly reach out to me at my home church. Pray also for my church, I feel like they are not 100 there for me. I dont feel like I need to go to another church, but something is off in the body and I feel it. Pray for Gods will for me about Bible College. Ive been waiting two years since I graduated from high school and Im just getting frustrated not knowing what to do in the meantime. I also need a real job. And lastly, I think I may like this guy at my church, but dont know if he feels the same way. Ive never even talked to him, but seeing him every Sunday playing in the worship team is both distracting and painful. Sometimes I do not even want to go to church because of him. I just got a lot going on, too much worry on my mind. I am also behind in my online math class. I have to finish my homework by midnight tonight and Im already stuck! Thank you so much for your prayers, sorry if it was a lot to pray about.

Elena Hi, My brother in laws grandpa passed away last Saturday, early in the morning. We are almost sure he was saved. Just keep his wife in prayer, I was told she stayed really strong, but completely broke down when they took his body away. May the Lord be with her and comfort her. Thank you for your prayers! Elena Thank you for all your prayers! I was mostly worried about my math here, but it turned out OK. Got all my homework done by midnight, (it is online class) and took my test, not the best score, but not the worst, it didnt affect my grade too much. I still have a B, but hope to bring it up. I have two more chapters to do! My teacher is giving us until Dec. 2 to finish it, which is good because now I can focus a little more on reading for my Theology class. Pray for strength for my reading in my Theology class. And that I would do a good job in getting to my Math earlier. Thank you! God bless.

Codify God is still healing me throughout this process. But I am now almost 4 months removed from the relationship. I have written off the engagement ring, But just last week she has contacted me and is going to give it back because she said she does not need it anymore. Praise God. Codify I have had no contact with her for over 3 weeks, But slipped up and re-activated my facebook and looked at her page. Only to see scantily clad pictures of her and kissing a guy. It broke my heart, BUT confirms to me that God led me to the right decision.

Its nice to know that there are people willing to pray for me and with me. And I for them. The power of prayer is very strong. Even though we are not together physically, we are in spirit. I really need answers and direction from God for my life. I dont know why I am here, or what to do. My plans have failed for Bible College and now Im just waiting to see what God has planned for me. I just dont know what I am supposed to be doing in the meantime. This weighs heavily on my mind everyday. Im just not happy and I feel tormented by my thoughts. But what I need prayer about the most is not really this, but that I would be able to open up my bible everyday and pray to God. I need to be closer to Him, Im off course and I need to get back. hey every body. i went through a tough time sunday. i have this co-worker that is kinda going thorugh a ruff time in his life. last week we were riding in my work truck and were talking about the bible. now this past week our chruch was telling us about how we should invite someone over to church for a special service called THE CHAIR SERIES. its about people geting saved by christ. testimonies. our pastor said that this service wasnt for people like us that already accepted christ in our lives. but rather for people that are in need of christ and change. so i told him about it. and he agreed to come with his family. so i thought that was awesome! this is what made me feel so bad. i feel so selfish.the whole week i have been praying for my self and family and other on the c-28 who ask for it. the whole time i never once stoped and thought about my co-worker and what he was going through. so saturday night i told my self i was going to call him and ask if he was still going to go. but i didnt! so the next morning when i went to his house he told me he was going to pass on that service. he said he had gotten in a fight with his wife the night before. so he felt angry! so angry that he didnt feel like going and forcing a smile on his face for anyone. he felt like staying home by his self. no matter what i told him i could not convince him to go. i felt so bad! like i let him down! i felt so selfish to not have thought about him all week after he agreed to go. we grew up together in the same town. see ive know him almost all my life. but when i found christ we stopped hanging out cuase i left all my sinfull ways behind me along with most of my friends. he has a small problem with drinking everyday. i feel so bad about what happened. so can we all come toghter and say a prayer for him. his name is arron. thanks peace out! your brother who loves you all. :)

hey everybody out there! god bless you all! i want to say something that has been on my mind all day. the other night i had a bad dream about my mom. right now in her life she is dealing with bad health. her hands have carpoal tunnel. her shoulder rotor cups are damaged. i think about her whole upper body is not in good condtion. and she still works. i feel helpess sometimes cuase i know she is in pain but has no choice to work. i cant help her out with money cuase im scraping by my self. i wish i could have a bigger home to take care of her, but the lord hasent granted me that. i know something good will happen. and i know i have to wait. well back to my dream. my mom apeared to me with her hands hanging lifeless. and she told me. i want to say a prayer for the radio station called k-love! thats a station that cares for the world! they were having a pledge week to raise money to keep all the staions from shuting down. i hope they reached their goal! i was listening to it yesterday and i felt something in my heart to donate something. anything but im kinda short on cash right now. times are tuff for me and my family right now. all day i heard them talking about it. i keep fight it off and just thought that maybe the rest of the world could do their part i wouldnt have to. i was wrong. the D.J said that only 5 of k=love listners actually donate money! can you belive that? so i picked up the phone and did it! i pleged 10 bucks a month. i texted my wife after and told her what i did. so could not belive it! she told me earlier that day in the afternoon she prayed to god that i would pleged something! she was crying when i told her what i did. god moved me through her prayer! thats awesome! god is so great some times you have no idea. i love you all out there so please pray that k-love met their goal.

Jonathan I never got called back for it, but I praise him anyway. God doesnt have to do anything for me for the rest of my life, because he gave me more than I deserve already! As Job said, The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away. May his name be praised.
