Chris I have a few things that are eating at me. I currently case manage troubled youth and enjoy this job however recently a potentially new job has fallen into my lap running a domestic violence organization. Additionally this job is 15 minutes from home rather than 90 minutes and allows me the ability to take vacation to care for my parents when needed. I am struggling to see Gods lead in either direction; to stay at my old job or move on. This has been influenced by the fact that I have not been able to visit my elderly family in Mississippi for 3 years now. I am troubled because I have sacrificed for the needs of others and the good of the company but i feel neglected in the consideration of things. Moreso concerning is the feelings of resentment that I feel in my stomach; this steals my sleep and despairs me. Im pleaing not to fall victim to that. Lastly but certainly not least, i am weighed down with concern for the salvation of my brothers, my 84 year old father, and my friends and coworkers. As I write this, i am moved to tears with concern but dont have the opportunity to speak with my father and brothers due to inflexibility of work and the 3000 miles between us. I do know that prayer of the righteous transcends such restraints though and that is why i come seeking prayer. Lastly, I know that i have far more to be thankful for than I know what to do with. God is good in all things! Thank you all.

marilyn I have a brother, Jerry and his daughter Jessica who are both recovering addicts to alcohol and pills. Jerry also has some serious health problems and Jessica lost custody of her three young children. Jerry has been sober a year, praise God and he is trying his best to help his daughter get her life on the right path. Please pray for them both and for the family. Thank you.

Courtney I live in Virginia, and will attend college here as well. I moved here and left my family behind in Missouri. This year is a significant year for me to be able to find some way to drive all the way down there and be with my mother and grandfather before something happens. It means to the world to her and I just cant let her down. Shes really sick and isnt doing so well. cloe I want you guys to pray for me about my family, especially for my brother. He claims that he is a prophet and that he knows GOD. He also acts crazy and does wiered stuff. He also even threaten death. He also believe that its him thats suppose to govern Haiti and etc. He even considered himselve in the level of GOD. I am pretty getting worried for him and want him to change, so I ask you guys to pray for my brother, for him to open his eyes to the truth. I am also asking you guys to pray for me. Mel Hi Everyone, I would really appreciate prayer in all aspects of my life. I am currently 8 months pregnant and truly blessed to be having a baby boy. Please pray that all goes well during delivery and that he is born healthy, strong, and to serve God. I am also having problems with my husband, and I pray for guidance and support as well as for God to strengthen my marriage because at this point, I feel too broken to want to stay in it. Sadly, weve only been married 10 months. I would also appreciate prayer with finances; we are struggling horribly and cannot afford much. We are both college students and finances are killing us. Lastly, I would love prayer for my mom, who is the strongest woman I know. She is a 2 time breast cancer survivor and is currently fighting the pain of a pinched nerve in her cervical spine. Kalandra My sister is 26. She was diagnosed with kidney failure December 2008. The cause of it was dehydration and high blood pressure that we were unaware ran in our family. It has been hard on her but shes getting through with her faith in God. Shes been on the kidney transplant list for 5 years now. Wed appreciate your prayers very much. Meagan A. I cant seem to become broken for the Lord and stay in constant prayer with him. I dont know if Im just not liking what Im hearing or Im just too afraid. I can hardly pray for strength. Eliza Pray for my son. He is a special needs child 17 years old. He is starting to want to have sex. I got to younger babies at home. I had to put an alarm on the bedroom doors because I caught him trying to sneak into the youngest 2 bedroom. He is showning prediator behavior. I am scared he might try to do something to the babies. Please pray God puts his protection on the younger babies.

Genevia Jensen Well, we got a phone call at 4:30 this morning letting us know that my father in law passed away. They said he didnt struggle at all...he just stopped breathing. The fact that hes no longer here hasnt hit me yet, but it hit my husband really hard this morning. His family live 9 hours away in Louisiana, so my husband will be making a trip down there on Saturday to be there for his brother, and sisters.
My moms situation is still up in the air, so prayer is still needed for her.
Please also continue to pray for our family as we deal with Stevens passing.

I just want to take a moment and praise the Lord for healing my back! I did something horrible to some of the muscles in my back and I was in pain for days. I just got tired of it and asked Jesus to heal my back and the very next day (today) the pain is gone. I can stretch, reach, bend and walk with ease! Also, I had this strange rash/hive break-out on my arms and it was itching and blistering and welting up and leaving scars on my arms for weeks and weeks now. Again, I got fed up and I decided to bind the devil, and loose healing and comfort. The Lord stopped the rash. There are no more welts, swelling and itching. The scars that remain are beginning to lighten up and disappear! We serve a beautiful God people! Remember: Nothing is impossible for Him. NOTHING! You need only to ask and believe! I love you all! I just found out my mom somehow fell off a high wall in our back yard....maybe 10-15 feet high? and she was found the next day by my dad lying unconscious in the driveway. She is in a coma right now in ICU at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, GA. She is not doing very well at all....so please pray that she pulls through this. I am an almost 20 year college student....I dont know what I would do without her. thank you so much.

Charles Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. I lift Jeff up to you now. Be with him and his family during this time of grief. This is truly a shock losing the one they love. Hold them in their arms. Let the memories bring healing to their broken hearts. Carry their burden of grief and make their way easy and light. Give them a clear mind to make the decisions they need to make over the next several days. Help them to feel the warmth of Your love and mercy. In Jesus Name.

Kristen Dear Jeff, I know that these are trying times, but I want to let you know that Im still praying for you. Like you, Im also a 20 year old college student, and I know what its like to lose a close family member. You can, however, take comfort in knowing that your mom is in a better place and that she is no longer in pain. Shes still there for you, just as she was when she was alive.

One of my cousins kids is just feeling a little bit depressed from all that is going on and Im still praying for that but I thank God that we got to hear from them. yesterday we received news from a family member that lives in El Salvador that him and his family are being threaten by a gang to pay money, because he owns a business, or else him or his family would be killed. He told us that he would try to confront them. We tried calling back a few hours later to see if there were any new news but we havent been able to reach them and also an extended family member that lives with them doesnt know where they are either. I pray that God has them in His hands and that they are ok and safe from any danger.

Alicia Marie When you spend time in Gods Word and in His presence. and REALLY seeking Him, He makes things so clear and all the confusion and fog in your life clears up. His Word is a light to our feet, not a spot light though... so even though Hell only reveal a little bit at a time, He does that so we can trust in Him and be dependent on HIm and not in ourselves and our own strength. I pray things become so clear in your life and that everything gets worked out according to His Will and plan for your life. And I know getting over relationships are hard but time really does heal all things... or most of them anyways lol. But Im going to be praying for you Jennifer =)

The family almost right after I wrote my prayer request, finally saw that this is whats best for her and after a few more days of getting her ready to be sent home she is now in her own room surrounded by family. I have prayed for the family to find the strength to accept Gods will and support the grandmothers wish to go home and live out the rest of her days on earth in peace but they still argue over whats best for her. Charles Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. Dying is a difficult process for loved ones. You have experienced that Yourself. Give this family the ability to hear this grandmother. Give them the ears to hear and the eyes to see. It wont be long till she goes home to be with You. Help her family understand that she wants to go to her earthly home to have peace and prepare. These are her last days on earth and with her family. Dont let Satan ruin them. Unite this family. Give them strength.
