Yahaira I need prayer for my dad. He had a major stroke which has left him a quadriplegic. He cannot speak, move, feel us holding his hand or eat. He has to communicate by blinking yes or no. I know that God can heal him and it will be a long road with a lot of therapy. But God performs miracles everyday and I know that God will use my dad as a testimony.

Corina Please pray for my 18 year old son. He is struggling with addiction, depression, anger. His daddy paseed away when he was nine and his older brother ended his own like with fatal gunshot to head. I myself have moved to try to give my 10 yr old son a better life but Mattias is not with us and I pray and ask for your prayers that all that he learned in Christian private school and Sunday school will surface and put him on the right path and the right people into his life. Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

Christian Singles Valentines Day Encouragement!: :)Valentines day can be a difficult time for many Christian singles that are trying to abstain from sex while waiting for God to send them that special mate. Every year many Christian singles who have fought hard for a long time to finally get their lives right with God drop the ball and blow it on v-day. They have developed a great prayer life and have made all kinds of great Christian single progress towards getting that special mate. Then here comes valentines day! Poof! This is where months and years of christian single progress can be ruined in one day. Seeing all the love stuff around can make you lose your focus and jump on a "temporary love boat" with many others. Many Christian singles dont bounce back too quick or even at all sometimes after the strong conviction and disappointment from their sexual sin kicks in. Some cases have bigger consequences like a unwanted pregnancy or an S.T.D. Oh and to all the ladys, dont fall for the old "I got roses and candy smiles" propaganda you see this month. Flowers and gifts are good but dont look to much into it or feel bad if you dont get anything because a lot of times what you are actually seeing is more like "I only get to hold my mans hand one day/month out the year in public date" day.Also sadly some people celebrating v-day are just "Hey I dont want to marry you but I dont want to be by myself on v-day" temporary, "emotionally risky",dates or sexual hook ups that dont really lead to anything serious. Then there are some couples who dont bond or dont really like each other 11 months out the year and v-day/Feb. is the one day/month they actually get intimate or bond with each other since they first got married. So stay strong Christian single guys and gals! Be happy for those you see enjoying love but never covet because like some people say, "All glitter aint gold." Pray away all those negative single life thoughts! Be patient and happy during valentines day knowing that a mate sent from God is way better than a one day one month temporary hook up!:)

Zoe Ann My husband moved out of our house last April....long, painful story. Two months ago he admitted to a forty year addiction to pornography. I am numb, angry, poured out. 6 kids. Homeschooling. In ministry with evangelism, outreach, prayer. I am in constant pain with headaches, tinnitus, fatigue. My mother died in front of my eyes of a massive heart attack a few months ago. My best friend, my grandma, died five months prior to that. I am so very done with this life. Jesus somehow keeps my heart beating....please pray for me and my marriage and my kids, and for the testimony of Gods grace. Oh, and please pray for finacial matters. Due to his severe Adult ADD, my husband has lost 3 jobs in 4 years.

Mark My wife is pregnant with our 2nd child. Please pray that God will allow a life of health and blessings on my child and most of all, wisdom and strength to fulfill His plans. Selfishly, I pray that God will spread His message through positive means rather than negative means. Id like for my child to be an example of how God can bless someone that follows Him. Simone Ive come to a time in life where I need a huge miracle. Someone close to me has gone to jail recently. He made a mistake a few years back and he regrets it so much, but through all of it hes become closer to God and even got baptized last spring. He reported himself the year he made his mistake and sometimes wondered why he ever did, but he knows its what God wanted him to do. Hes got such a good heart. Hes got a lot going for him and I just ask for prayer that his time in jail doesnt change who he is in God. I pray that something good comes out of this for him and for strength amongst him and those who care deeply about him to make it through this troubling time. I pray for a miracle that he be out for my graduation in June. I so long to have him there, and only God can make it happen.

Robyn My prayers werent answered COMPLETELY YET but the prayer was basically about one situation that I have been praying about for awhile. Basically my step-son was not allowed to go to basketball camp that he has been EXTREMELY excited for because we supposably did not give his mom information about it, in which we did give her the information. Anyway...we picked 2 weeks over the summer that we wanted him for vacation and she was fine with those particular 2 weeks. Well I went on to our church website last night and found out they are having basketball camp for those 2 random weeks we picked. I just thank the Lord for this opportunity. He lead me to the website and I know He answered our prayers. God is amazing!!

I have been around his son since he was born (as a friend) and he has called me mom since hes been able to talk because his mom is absent most of the time yet has joint custody with PRIMARY residence. His son is now 6, almost 7 and is starting to see how absent his mom is. She has her mom and other people watch him 98 of the time he is with her. I dont know why but she is focused on hurting my husband and making him mad. In the meantime, its hurting their son because she gives and takes away things that their son wants to do, only to hurt my husband. My step-son comes to us crying now because of something he was told he could do, now he cant because of some reason like "we didnt give her information on it" when we really did. my grandpa was recently submitted in the hospital, in cause of losing feeling in his arms and legs, he had no strangth and collapsed, he has trouble breathing aswell in cause of a severe swollen throat. after much testing the docters told us that he had guillian barre syndrome, which is very rare and very serious and could be fatal, a virus that attacks the nervus system. we are all very worried an visit and pray with him everyday. if you could, please pray for the health of my grandpa, and for the spiritual battle with in. please pray that the Lord will hold his heart and minister to him. i know that God is in control, and that he loves my gramps more than any of us ever could. so i trust in him no matter what happends. thank you so much everyone! My grandma had a seizer this morning and has been in th hospital since about 8 this morning. she has survived one before but it made her diabled, if she survives another one then she will be nothing but a vegtable. If she doesnt well, we all know what that means. Please, shes the only grandma i have left. I would love for her to see me graduate. She means the world to me, I cant imagine a world without her. serena oh hunny, you are so precious to God, and he loves you beyond words. the bible tells us in romans 8:27-30 that the Holy spirit prays for us always beyond words. Another comforting verse is Psalm 34:17-18, it has helped me and reminded me that everything that goes on in my life means everything to the Lord, Jesus cares about every detail in your life sweety. though there are some seasons in life where we go through so much pain, confusion, rejection and fear, we can take comfort in God, he is the same yesterday today and forever. Though circumstances change in our lives, God doesnt. pray that God will open wide the doors he wants open to you, and shut tight the ones he doesnt want you to go through. pray he will reviel this to you. life can be hard but God is MUCH bigger than anything we may encounter :)

Excellent news per the social worker we are getting my baby boy back with by the end of the month.
my wife is still little hesitant at work now she is really thinking about quitting her job.
this does not feel right.
Still working on my daughter.
As for me still having those thaughts, not as bad but still contiplating if i should or shouldnt go out of our my marriage. it is very hard. Women dressing very provacative and talking about what they can do and not do , etc. Please keep praying for me thank you all

good morning my bothers and sisters,i have several request for prayer please. 1st prayer for my foster son to be back with us in tx, we were fostering him in our home back in oceanside and my company was closing its doors and had to relocate to Dallas, TX, and we were not able to bring him with us, so on May 17, 2010 is the court date to see if we get him back to our loving family and home, Social worker states possiblilty we might be put up for adoption, which means he might not come back to us,and the babies own family does not want him. So please Pray for that . 2nd my lovely wife is struggling with work and no one is listending to her she feels all alone and we pray together and leave it in the hands of our Lord and savior, and i now we should wait for him , but my wife is ready to walk out and i totally will back her up on this, please pray for her, my 12 yr old daughter is starting to use foul language at home and school and is hanging out with the wrong crowd, he have put a stop to this, but i want her to keep straight in the eye of Jesus Christ like she was back in Oceanside. Now myself, i have steered away a from the Lord, i still believe in him and he has provided so much for us, thank you. Sam I think Gods answered my prayer! My parents and friends almost all seem to be cool with him now. My boyfriends continued attempts at gaining my familys approval seems to have worked. A couple days ago, Cmy husbands brother posted on facebook about how this lady randomly paid for breakfast for his family. My husband and I were one of the first ones to respond. My husband responded with scripture and I responded with "time to start a chain reaction". Never in a million years did I imagine that the chain reaction was heading our way.
Ever since my husband as been out of the club business, we have struggled. Some days I sit there in astonishment how we are even getting by the little that we are. I KNOW why we are, but I am still amazed that god is pushing us through as much as he is. We have been tithing at church, very minimal but we are trying to give something. Easter weekend, we didnt tithe because we werent here, and the weekend after we were pretty much broke and had nothing to give. This week, our rent check bounced, the bank had charged us rediculous amounts of overages, and we have been unable to recover. Go Figure right. We decided that we needed to tithe this week, it was again only a small amount but we gave a little from what we had.
Sunday, was the most amazing service I have been to in a very long time. I am still feeling it. That day though, I prayed. I prayed for my family, I prayed for something good to happen to us. I prayed for ANYTHING.
He was listening.
Last night there was a text message from my husbands brother that said "Can you be home between 4 and 6?" My husband started a new job that day, so I took the time off of work to be home not knowing what to expect. About 5:00 there was a knock at my door, I opened up and there was this dude standing there with about 5 big blue crates and a clipboard. Then the guy goes "do you need help bringing these groceries in?" I stood there confused and he goes "Mike Marshall" and I instantly started crying. My brother in law sent us about a week if not 2 weeks worth of groceries. On top of that, my husband found a little money we have been missing for a few months today.
I still cant pay my rent right now, but I dont care, because the "ANYTHING" I asked for happened.
And that is my story of the day.

Michelle Lord I love you, and I life up Crandon and his family to you right now. Lord, you told us to count it all joy when we fall into divers temptation because it works our patience. Its only a test, and with your help, we will overcome! We can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!! Be with his family Lord as they take their daily walks and give them strength to get up when they fall and not look back. Everyday we get closer to you when you wake us from our sleep God. j a well yes my prayer has been answered me and my mom are starting to get along good now i also started branching out and doing things i would have never done before and i think that this is also helping our relationship and helping it to grow the way it is.... i am starting to lean on God more then i have ever done and less on my mom u know and its just helping so much.... things are not the same as they use to be but they have for sure change for the better ! Charles Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. I agree in prayer with Alessandra. JA needs You. She also needs her mother. May this be a time in her life that she can draw closer to both You and her mother. Convict her mother through Your Spirit. I am asking for prayers for my nephew aaron, from the time he was little has been physically abused by not only his mother, but grandma on her side and 1/2 sister. He has tried to talk to my brother about it and social services has been called but, they always say they cant do anything. Aarons grandpa on her side is a attorney, a dirty attorney. and has done everything in his power to keep the family buisness hush hush. Aaron is now 14 and i found out he has turned to drugs and possably hanging out with a gang. Im not sure why this boy was chosen to have the life that he has,and why there seems to be no ending to it. I hate to think of his final peace to be death. I ask for prayers that before it is too late that he has the people and help he needs to see the abuse that is happening and remove him from it. I ask for prayers for my brother to win this fight and stop acting so defeated, and living in "give up" . Aaron needs him and God to "save" him... please.. ive prayed on my own and know that im heard. Im just so angry and just dont understand.. his mom doesnt diserve to have him to be her punching bag anymore.. pray for his freedom from this life so he will know true happiness and peace and be able to put it behind him and change his life.
I am asking for prayers for my nephew aaron, from the time he was little has been physically abused by not only his mother, but grandma on her side and 1/2 sister. He has tried to talk to my brother about it and social services has been called but, they always say they cant do anything. Aarons grandpa on her side is a attorney, a dirty attorney. and has done everything in his power to keep the family buisness hush hush. Aaron is now 14 and i found out he has turned to drugs and possably hanging out with a gang. Im not sure why this boy was chosen to have the life that he has,and why there seems to be no ending to it. I hate to think of his final peace to be death. I ask for prayers that before it is too late that he has the people and help he needs to see the abuse that is happening and remove him from it. I ask for prayers for my brother to win this fight and stop acting so defeated, and living in "give up" . Gail My nephews chance of making parole is looking better. The church I am attending has a halfway house and one of the board members & his wife are helping with counselling @ church and are going to help get him in the halfway house program. God is so good. Since my mothers death in June of 2006, my older brother & sister have not spoken to me. This week my younger brother left me a message on my voicemail while I was in church. My baby brother is 48 years old and still has the poor pitiful me attitude about everything. I called the next day and talked to his wife, who in return told me a lot of lies. He called me later in the afternoon and started cursing me. I was sitting with a 98 year old woman at the time so I just hung up on him. I also cut my cell phone off. However he left me a message informing me that I am not a Christian and that I could kiss his behind, and that I was no longer his sister. At 53 you would think I would be on here praying for others. We had a beautiful Holy Ghost filled service Wednesday night and I was dancing on air when I returned home. I had a song in my heart that had been missing for months now. But by Thursday night I was locked in my prayer room at home crying out to the Lord. I love my brothers and sister very much, but have always been the "goody two shoes" as they say in the family. I put God first before anyone else in my life, family included. I am tired of all their drama and childish ways. I plan on remaining strong in the Lord and to do what I was called to do, & if that means cutting off family members then so be it. My prayer request is that God continues to grow within my heart and that I become stronger then ever before to stand against the wiles of the devil. Also that my siblings let go of all the hate, anger for me, and their prejudices against other races and certain people. Also I have a nephew (my baby brothers son) who is in prison & has been since he was 16. His mothers boyfriend got him hooked on crack and he got into trouble. He has been denied parole 3 times now, while the other boy got out the first time on parole, even tho he was the one who held the knife and threatened the woman they were robbing. I have spent the last 6 years praying and counseling him as best I can by mail. He was severely beaten by a gang and has been denied surgery to correct his ankles and feet. He goes up for parole again in May and I plan on being there again. I have already written letters to the warden, parle board and commissioner of prisons in hopes they will listen to me. His name is Alvis. He is only 23. He doesnt deserve a second chance, he deserves a first chance which no one has ever given him. So please keep these things in prayer. I plan on bringing my nephew home with me and helping him see there is a better way along with my husband and daughter & church family to help me. Thank you all and have a blessed weekend.
