Katie I am recent college student who is in desperate need of a job. I have been without a full time job for 7 months. I have applied to 150 job applications and have yet to hear back from a employer. Financially I am in a bad place and am having trouble paying bills and student loans. I am now suffering Depression and have no self esteem. I am weary and crushed in spirit. I am almost without hope. Please pray that God will provide for me financially and a job...soon. I dont know how much longer I can take of this.

Simone Ive come to a time in life where I need a huge miracle. Someone close to me has gone to jail recently. He made a mistake a few years back and he regrets it so much, but through all of it hes become closer to God and even got baptized last spring. He reported himself the year he made his mistake and sometimes wondered why he ever did, but he knows its what God wanted him to do. Hes got such a good heart. Hes got a lot going for him and I just ask for prayer that his time in jail doesnt change who he is in God. I pray that something good comes out of this for him and for strength amongst him and those who care deeply about him to make it through this troubling time. I pray for a miracle that he be out for my graduation in June. I so long to have him there, and only God can make it happen.

Linda Please pray that my husband and I can work thru our problems and that God will give a stronger marriage and relationship. We have had problems over the years off and on but after we had another fight a couple of weeks ago I found out that my husband has been texting a girl (alot) that he works with, 25 times in less than 8 hours just today. She is very sick with cancer and hasnt been at work and I understand that maybe he is concerned about her but 25 texts?? And he text me once today. On top of it the girl is married also. Please pray for me that there is nothing inappropriate going on and that he with that help of God will find that he is married to a good loving wife. I am not sure of what my next move should be but I cant live like this. I pray for God to give me strength and guidance. Thank you

With Love On Your Arms I am confused. I am wondering if there is any purpose in life. Living in a world of tragedy and atrocity makes me ask myself if there is any meaning to existence. As Shakespeare said,"To be or not to be, that is the question." His Word declares that the truth will set me free. Free from what? I dont feel free. I feel engulfed in worry and fears. I have a teacher who is very important to me. I want the Lord to soften his heart and draw him to His redeeming love. I want my teacher to know that he is loved, but there are still many questions without answers. I cannot find the exact words to express my request at this moment. I feel I dont have enough faith that the Lord could answer this prayer request, or that he could truly change someones heart. I dont know what else to say. If you truly believe that He could change peoples heart and bring meaning to life, then please keep my teacher in your prayers.

Claire Please pray for my best friend, Luke. We have been friends for a very long time and two years ago today I started to pray for his salvation every day. On July 22, 2012 my prayer was answered and I got the opportunity to lead him to the Lord. After that day it was like talking to a completely different person. I was so excited to see what God had in store for his life and so did Luke. Over the next month and a half we shared scripture back and forth and challenged each other in our walks with Christ. But, as school started again I started to watch him slowly walk away from God. Now we hardly ever talk and when we do, it usually ends in an argument. My prayer is that the Lord will work in Lukes life and he will once again walk with God. I care about Luke so much and it breaks my heart to watch him ignore me and choose to chase after girls and look for true happiness in all of the wrong places. I ask for prayer for myself also, that I may have a peace the surpasses all understanding about this situation and that God will show me what I need to do. Thank you.

Kaitlin Please pray that I can get my license soon. My boyfriend lives two hours away, and I have been taking a Greyhound bus to go see him as often as I can, but the company is constantly changing their bus times without letting anyone know, and it really puts a stress on me. I have to rely on them, and they have let me down many times before. So, I now have anxiety every time that I have to travel with Greyhound. I just need a way to be able to see my boyfriend without all the added drama of the bus, so I would really like to get my license, so that I have more freedom and independence.

Raziel My constant prayer request has been that I am antisocial. I have a very hard time connecting with people and am currently struggling to pull myself out of my mental, spiritual, and emotional deficit. In complete honesty there is this girl I like and she is about to get herself involved with a couple of bad boy player types from our youth group I just hope I can pull myself up in time to be the white knight she is looking for. I feel so childish for having these desires that I can hardly act on, I just dont want to see another nice pretty girl to get chewed up by bad boy guys just looking to have fun with her. These arent the type of people to cross into the danger zone of activity but you get what Im saying. I guess I am going leave it short: pray for my trials, for comfort, and for good things to happen for a young innocent girl.

I am looking for another job with higher pay and more hours as my current job will not give me raises, have cut my hours and gives extreme stress for me. Doreen Rob i pray your wife opens her eyes to the wrong that she is doing although there is two sides to a story, and GOD knows all that is going on. Christine Jacob did not make the RA position. We are believing God has other plans for him. He is currently seeking out an internship for next summer as a Youth pastor/intern. He has to locate a position and serve there over the summer to be able to go to Liberty his Senior year. He is majoring in Youth Ministries and Church planting so the internship is not optional; he must do this in order to graduate. Thank you for all of your prayers!

lisa He is only beginning to to see hte difference of declaring that satan and his demons have a lot of power over his declaring that God has the ability to deliver him... I am a Childrens Pastor at a church in upstate NY. I have only been on staff for 4.5 months, & this is my first paid staff ministry job. I know God has called me to this & it has always been my passion, I am asking for prayer that I never lose sight of His desires for how I am to run the ministry, & that I focus on pleasing Him to grow the kingdom, not people. As well, I am currently in a waiting period in regards to marriage. I have been divorced for almost 3 years, & recently become friends with a woman I feel the Lord has led me to. We are both pursuing merely friendship for the time being, & our feelings are mutual. We have both prayed & received Words from the Lord as well as others, regarding our eventual union. I ask for prayer that our relationship grow stronger & we become a stronger Man & Woman of God, in order to raise children & continually pursue His will for us both. In addition, prayer regarding covering in the areas of staying pure. Thank you very much. God Bless.

It feels as though the walls are closing in on her as the bills keep coming in and the mortgage still needing to be paid with little money to pay for them. She is trying to sell her house now which will remove the debt. My heart aches every time I hear how she feels about the situation, it feels to her like there is no way out. The house has been on the market for nearly a month with no one interested...Please pray that God shines a light to the right buyer and that it is sold for the right price! Christina God sure does know when im in need of my prayers being answered. My dad has changed and i love the new him. He always wants to be out as a family and loves spending time with us now. My brother has a job interview tomorrow(12-15-11) and he is really hoping he gets it. Only thing Im worried about is his past records (because he was in prison for a little while). I ordered gifts last week and it was stolen off our step. The postmaster said he put it there,,but I went out to check my mail as he drove away and there was nothing out there. Doreen Nick i pray that GOD gives you guidence in your life all areas of your life. But keep in mind that the devil knows scripture as well and he will guide you as well and have you believe that this is guidence is comming from GOD I pray that you can detect the diffence of who is really sending you guidence. REMEMBER GOD wont give you guience that will harm you or anymone else most of all GOD himself so use common sence and go with what your heart <3 feels. diane I would like to thank you all for praying for these two young people. It really means a lot to me since it is so hard to stay Christ centered (in a relationship) in today`s culture. I believe that God is answering these prayers daily. He knows their worries, and struggles They sometimes struggle with miscommunication but try hard. I thank you so much and hope that you will keep praying for them (F. and J.S). In particular, my daughter sometimes struggles with the situation that her boyfriend is often busy with other occupations (music, concerts which he loves) and she sometimes feels like second priority). I am sure that he doesn`t try to do this..it is just a communication issue. God knows them each one and, with your prayers, will help them. Thank you and blessings to you all

judi God still has not answered my prayer. He is still working on my husband and having him turn his eyes back towards me. My husband knows what he has, but he is afraid of letting go of his control and just allowing our relationship to move forward. My husband is stuck in the past and that is his issue. God is making me currently ask for respect from my husband. Asking for this respect means I cant contact him or go near him and it is very difficult. All I need is for him to quit texting his female friends when I am visiting and he cant seem to do that.

Joel Lord I thank you for the obedient heart that you have given Judi in her trying to restore her marriage. I can only image the struggles she must be facing and I pray that she would not give in to bitterness which can poison the soul. I pray that she would be a light to her husband and an example of what a woman of God should be. 1 Corinthians 10:13 says "No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it." Lord I pray that Judi would weather this hardship and all the temptations that come with it. I pray that you would reunite her marriage and that you would bring her husband to the light we have in you. I pray that you would heal Judis heart from the wounds that her husband has inflicted on her and I pray that you would be her rock in times of trouble. One of my favorite settings to dwell worship is at True Worship Church in Brooklyn, New York for Midnight Prayer which is scheduled at 12am between friday and saturday, and tonight was such an amazing experience that even over an hour after it was over, the prophet that was there was STILL speaking. The few people that were there were listening to him saying a whole bunch of things INCLUDING (in paraphrase) "When I tell someone Im a Christian, or minister, or praise and worship leader, they can ask "Are you Religous" I just say no. . if they ask "Do you go to church" I say yes. . . they can tell me theres no point in going to church or tell me I shouldnt go to church, I tell them "Do you drive a car? yeah, dont take it to the gas station for the next 3 days" See what they say. Theyll tell me "Oh I have to bring it to the gas station" I ask why? what happens to the car when it doesnt? Itll break DOWN. I go to church, because (in metaphorically speaking) Im not pushing no car" . . . . . As awesome as this word was, that last part is where my prayer request comes in. while the few of us were there, I decided that it would be wise of me to open my mouth and say "Wait a minute, wha? you just said youre not pushing no car, that means youre pushing some car" (in reference to a double negative sentence) I find stuff like that to be confusing, but for me to say that was VERY UNWISE, and Im kinda not over the fact that I said that. after I said that, it was a bit of laughter, then everyone finally left and went home, but I know, and the people there know that me saying that was a huge mistake. PLEASE pray for me that I can get over that, and for the people that they can rather remember the message that they received more than that stupid comment I made. Interceding in your criticisms is of God. a public accusation is of satan.

I spent a few long months away from this website, and I have been hurting. I have been slacking, no, honestly I have not been reading at all for those months. I have been quenching the spirit and giving into temptation. All kinds of stupid stuff has been my "excuse" to sin and shy away from God. I need Him, I want Him back, I want to flee from temptation, I want to kill sin, I want to be real with Him, I want to draw near to Him, but my flesh has been getting stronger and stronger the last few months while my spirit was being malnourished and beaten. I want to truly repent, I want to hate my sin again, I want to love Jesus more than ABSOLUTELY everything again, please pray for me, please. I hate where I am and feel so weak and far behind. I dont have any fellowship, I cant meet with the guys from church much anymore because of work and school, and the few people in my life I have contact with arent christian, or they are just as callous towards God as I have ben lately. Thank you so much, I need this.

My grandfather has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer and he has never picked up a cigarette in his life. There is a mass on his lung and it cannot be removed with radiation. He is going to have surgery some time around Christmas and I am afraid he may pass away. My mom is planning on going to see him and be there during the surgery, but I want everything to go smoothly. He is very old and has lived a great life, but I could not bear to have my mom lose her last living parent. I pray that his surgery is a success and that he makes a healthy recovery.

Courtney I am so sorry about this situation! :( Know that so many prayers are with this family. This boy needs to know that he is loved by so many people, and especially by the Lord.. I used to be suicidal, and its very hard to get over so many things.. But the Lord is the only one who could save me, and He did.. It was a long, hard road, and this is the same for every person who is suicidal.. Keep an eye on him and let him know that he is loved despite his knowledge of a broken heart. God bless you all.

Tasha Shes still touch and go now and again. Theyre probably going to have to do a C-section with the baby to make sure shes born safely. Shes bigger than they thought and my sisters rather tiny. Theyre afraid if they cant get the baby to flip that theyll have to do the C-section because they dont want to do a breach baby, my sister has seizures now and again and theyre taking every possible precaution to make sure she and the baby are safe. Though her gallbladder is now giving her problems, they may have to take that out as well. Praying for healing over her and protection of my soon to be niece.
