Nathan I have a friend who is like a brother to me that is really needing prayers at this moment. I have been talking to him and he has started to go to church with me. Now he believes in God but I dont know if he KNOWS God. So pray that he would turn his whole life back around to Jesus. He also got laid off from his job a few weeks ago so pray that he might find one soon. He also has a few personal battles that he is going through with his family looking down on him because of his past. Pray that I would have the words to say to him when I talk to him that would be an encouragement and a blessing to him. and I already want to thank God because I KNOW that he is going to answer these prayers one way or another. Nathan my granddad just had emergency surgery last night to remove an infection on his spine. It had gotten so bad that he couldnt feel his legs. he came through the surgery fine but pray that it will be a fast recovery and that hell take this opportunity to see that he needs to get back into church I know that God can do all things so I know that this is nothing that HE cant answer

Emily In December of 2012, my sister was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. She is in her mid 30s and has a loving husband and two young kids. The doctors said she was too young to have colon cancer but yet, she has it. More and more issues are coming up and its making it very hard on my family. She is VERY strong and loving. She can beat this with Gods help.

angela My brother, Kellen has a problem with his heart and will need to undergo his first heart surgery in around a months time. I hope you can help me pray for him so that our Father will cure him in such a supernatural way, Kellen wont need to go through all of these surgeries that the doctor has written down for him. Micah Please Pray 4 me i am unemployed and running out of benefits soon, i am trying to finish up this semester at school my family is kicking me out, I have nowhere to go. I dont get why they are i help as much as i can and even helped them with a loan , i am looking for a job but they think i am lying or doubt me because i have not had an interview. Marieny Im not gonna get into much detail about my situation except to say that I know better than this but I keep making the same stupid mistakes in my relationship with my best friend and in general. I know I need to do my part as well but it would make me feel a bunch better if I had some more help. Katie Today my aunt called and asked me to send a pray the prayer chain for her co-worker who let their 3 month old puppy out to go potty and the puppy was stolen - The owner thinks it was teenagers but we ask that our prayers go out and the puppy be returned to its owner safely and unhermed. Yahaira I need prayer for my dad. He had a major stroke which has left him a quadriplegic. He cannot speak, move, feel us holding his hand or eat. He has to communicate by blinking yes or no. I know that God can heal him and it will be a long road with a lot of therapy. But God performs miracles everyday and I know that God will use my dad as a testimony.

His daddy paseed away when he was nine and his older brother ended his own like with fatal gunshot to head. Leigh Please pray for my mother. She is 70 years old, and is very depressed, having some stomach pain, racing heart, and panic attacks. She had a bad panic attack earlier tonight, and was very upset, and crying. She never wants to see a doctor. My brother, my only sibling, disowned her over 20 years ago, when my parents divorced, and it also hurts her greatly. Not a day goes by that she doesnt grieve over him not talking to her. She cried about him tonight, saying how much it hurts that he hates her. She says she feels useless, and wants to be able to do everything she did before. Said she wants to help me, but cant. She is in a severe depression, and I dont know what to do.
She lives with me and my 4 children. I am a single mom, after my husband abandoned us 6 years ago. I work very long hours to be able to take care of all of us. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 2 days at a time, and my health isnt the greatest. I have to work, and it is becoming very hard to function at all, because Im so worried about her. I feel like Im about to fall apart.
Please pray that if there is anything physically wrong with her, that God will heal her, and take any sickness away from her. Please also pray that she will not feel depressed anymore, or hopeless. Pray that she will enjoy life again.
Please pray for all of our health, so we can be strong, and happy. Please also pray that somehow, work will become a little easier for me, so that I wont have to skip a night of sleep, and have a few days off once in awhile to spend with my family.
I believe that the power of prayer is very strong, and I have witnessed it work miracles before. So I would be so grateful for your prayers. God Bless.

Christian Singles Valentines Day Encouragement!: :)Valentines day can be a difficult time for many Christian singles that are trying to abstain from sex while waiting for God to send them that special mate. Every year many Christian singles who have fought hard for a long time to finally get their lives right with God drop the ball and blow it on v-day. They have developed a great prayer life and have made all kinds of great Christian single progress towards getting that special mate. Then here comes valentines day! Poof! This is where months and years of christian single progress can be ruined in one day. Seeing all the love stuff around can make you lose your focus and jump on a "temporary love boat" with many others. Many Christian singles dont bounce back too quick or even at all sometimes after the strong conviction and disappointment from their sexual sin kicks in. Some cases have bigger consequences like a unwanted pregnancy or an S.T.D. Oh and to all the ladys, dont fall for the old "I got roses and candy smiles" propaganda you see this month. Flowers and gifts are good but dont look to much into it or feel bad if you dont get anything because a lot of times what you are actually seeing is more like "I only get to hold my mans hand one day/month out the year in public date" day.Also sadly some people celebrating v-day are just "Hey I dont want to marry you but I dont want to be by myself on v-day" temporary, "emotionally risky",dates or sexual hook ups that dont really lead to anything serious. Then there are some couples who dont bond or dont really like each other 11 months out the year and v-day/Feb. is the one day/month they actually get intimate or bond with each other since they first got married. So stay strong Christian single guys and gals! Be happy for those you see enjoying love but never covet because like some people say, "All glitter aint gold." Pray away all those negative single life thoughts! Be patient and happy during valentines day knowing that a mate sent from God is way better than a one day one month temporary hook up!:)

Zoe Ann My husband moved out of our house last April....long, painful story. Two months ago he admitted to a forty year addiction to pornography. I am numb, angry, poured out. 6 kids. Homeschooling. In ministry with evangelism, outreach, prayer. I am in constant pain with headaches, tinnitus, fatigue. My mother died in front of my eyes of a massive heart attack a few months ago. My best friend, my grandma, died five months prior to that. I am so very done with this life. Jesus somehow keeps my heart beating....please pray for me and my marriage and my kids, and for the testimony of Gods grace. Oh, and please pray for finacial matters. Due to his severe Adult ADD, my husband has lost 3 jobs in 4 years.

Ruth I heard from my son last night, first contact since my prayer request. Hes having some problems while in Iraq, he has a job where he cant leave to go for food or anything and no one has been bringing his meals, and hes not getting the medical help he needs. Hes been struggling with what to do, he called me last night and said he finally made a decision and filed complaints concerning these issues. I believe my prayer was answered, it helped him to find a solution to these problems. Please continue to pray, that these filings will get to who needs to see them and that there is no retribution on my son for having the courage to file them.

Michele Father God, I do not know Jimmy or his circumstances, but You Lord know him. You created him and called him good. Lord I pray for Jimmy....work in his heart, Lord, soften it. Let him be open-minded to Your word, God. I pray that he come to know you, and no matter how long that takes, I pray that Jordan never stop praying for him and interceding on his behalf. He is in the hospital right now in an oxygen tank because his lungs were full of fluid and he needs help breathing. My husband and I are trying everything we can to help him, but we are both students and both work to pay the bills. His treatment is very expensive but we are doing all we can. I know that God only puts obstacles in our lives that we can handle and that will make us better people but it is still heartbreaking when something so innocent is struggling so much. Christopher Wow the big man upstairs sure works fast when you just believe and trust in him. I barely posted my prayer request yesterday, and my wife just found out that her work contract will be extended until December 31st, and possibly until June 30th. Praise be to the Lord and his Holy son.

marsha Unfortunately, this prayer has not been answered. After several frustrating phone calls to the hospital, which is about 4 hours away, I am no closer to getting there for the medical care than I was before. There is no help available to me and I cannot afford to go there on my own. Still praying for a miracle.

Judith Please continue to pray. We got change of venue to the Los Angeles Federal Court. Jim will be arraigned in that court on Sept.13th 8:00 A.M. Our attorney will ask for certain measures of pre-trial services to be discontinued such as removing the EMD and end the court ordered counseling. The counselor said that Jim is stable and shouldnt have to be going thru that. At this arraignment a judge will be assigned in this District and then probably in 30-60 days we will go before that judge and ask for dismissal. Please keep praying. I am so thankful for all of your prayers. God has given us peace in our souls

kim I would say, Yes, God has answered my request. In small, gradual steps forward. I was able to see my older daughter Emily and she stayed a night with me. No... they didnt all come home with me on the plane. But God doesnt usually work that way. Ive been praying for unity and I was able to meet and hug their dads new wife. Shes wonderful!! So again, that is God working in a way I wouldnt have thought of. My oldest son Trey has started to communicate with me through facebook. And I believe if I dont lose my peace in "the wait"... that again is answered prayer! So thank you to all who committed to pray!!! Im believing God to continue to advance forward on enemy ground and see victory! :)

Please pray for a restored relationship to my children. After a divorce almost 3 years ago I was seperated from my children, Trey 17, Emily 15, Cameron 12, and Alexandria 9. I will be returning to Mi from Ca to be with them in a week and am believing God to complete the work He started. May Jesus be glorified and all bitterness be broken in Jesus name!

kim Thanks Ivan!! Its so cool to praise the God who answers prayers!!! I want to be that one who turns back to thank Him! And there have been more communications from my oldest son and God is protecting and guiding us! Gotta thank Him for that too!!

Sheryl Kels seems to be doing much better mentally. Now we just have to pray that he gets his life straighten out so he can have some peace of mind. I have him and my daughter. I thank you with all my heart getting him straightened out. Hes still reading the Bible daily and is getting to understand and know how much and what God has shown Him that God does take care of him and Hes starting to figure out what God has done for him. Again thank you for the prayers that your people. I just pray that he will continue his Bible reading. Thank you again for your prayers. Ill keep asking Him what is your will today. Praise the Lord, we have a Wonderful Savior and the Holy Spirit.zz

Sheryl I havent received an answer yet, however, I want to thank you all so very much for your much needed prayers. I will continue to pray for your staff and for all the wonderfull things you have done. Not only do you have your fulfillments to do at your office, the missionary work you do and all the otheer things that are to numerous to write about, but you still have the intimate pleasure of doing so many other duties, which in itself is amazing how you manage it, but you also answer peoples questions. It gives me shivers down my spine just knowing that there stil are people with the Holy Spirit working in them and showing you all how to be witness for Christ Jesus. I thank you again and will always be praying for all of you. May God blesss each one of you accordingly. We have such an AWESOME GOD. Greetings brothers and sisters!Can you please pray for my brothers bro-in-law: Joe Van Pelt. He was given 2 months - 1 yr to live. He was daingnosed with Liver and Kidney Failure. Hes 46 yrs young and was always healthy. He cut his leg and it never healed properly. Months later the injured leg turned almost black (loss of circulation) and also diagnosed with jaundice due to injury. Hes also an alcoholic! Which is the reason for the kidney and liver failures.

Kathy Still waiting on the Lord. Prayers for my sons have not been answered and sometimes I grow weary. But I continue to wait on the Lord for renewed strength. I need to have faith that He hears my/our prayers and in HIS time they will be answered. Please continue to pray for the salvation of my sons and that the bonds of alcoholism will be broken and that the anger that they carry every minute of every day will be removed. Please pray for my twins sons. They have never had a relationship with their biological father and their adoptive father walked away from them when we were divorced when the twins were 10 years old. They have never been able to have a healthy relationship with anyone. They have never been married but both are fathers to beautiful children (one has a son and the other has a daughter and a son). They are both alcoholics and have both been in court ordered treatment (unsuccessful). I and their step dad are active members of our church and the twins family are mostly walking hand in hand with Jesus. Many of our family,church members and friends pray for them and have for years. It is so hard not to be/get discouraged. Please lift them and their children to the Lord and myself for courage and peace. Thank you.

We both have had a rough time through childhood, school, being bullied, pushed around pretty much all the time. I found the Lord and that is my priority to be a good person. My brother is a good person and has a good heart, but hes changed alot. His girlfriend doesnt help any either shes mostly trouble in my opinion and causes him the stress and the change I think.
