Eliza I have a 17 year old who is disobedient. He wont do no chores. If I ask him to do any thing there is always back talk. I NEED prayer because I dont think I can take any more. This morning all I did was ask him to take a shower and of coarse here comes the back talk. All he wants to do is stay in his room and watch tv and listen to music. He treats me like Im his servant. If I cook some thing he doesnt like he will not eat ( he acts like I always got to catar to him). As soon as he doesnt get his way, he tells me, I wish I would die. I am soooooo fed up. Please Pray and any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks and God bless.

Angela This is a short prayer for me...my manager named Susan Rooks threatened me the other night at work, saying my evaluation which comes up in three months will reflect what she wants rather then the actual work I do in my work areas and the extra areas I work because we are under staffed...I am an over night stocker...she got angry because I was informed to work my area and not all over the place because it is an area where people steal alot...movies, music, TVs, etc., so someone has to be there all night...per the store managements request. I reported her to our co-manager and store manager because I felt she was trying to make me do what she wants me to do rather than what needs to be done and her manner is absolutely rude...so much so that no one wants to work when she works, or they simply leave her shift or changes schedules so they dont have to work with her. Lord I just do not trust her in any shape form or fashion and ask in your Holy name that I be protected from her schemes and lies, or that she be rotated as are all the other managers in the store. I do a good job and want to be treated fairly...

Doreen  Angela i know how you feel, i worked for a company and we had that same problem, you keep your head up. Ours would yell at associates on the sales floor during buisness hours, and she would degrade you as well. But our CEO was like that as well he was a heartless man. And it is VERY HARD to work for a person like that. Just keep praying. Have you tried going to human resourcess about this person ? Lord help Angela with her situation cause there are so many people who are like this, Help this supervisor see how they are treating PEOPLE. I pray this in your name JESUS CHRIST amen -|-

Angela I have a dear co-worker who has been out of work for several days now...I thought she was sick, I found out her husband had beat her up and that she was in the hospital...her name is Ann and she is a dear God believing lady...and I thought her husband Charlie was also, she also found out he is having an affair with a neighbor while she works (we work third shift)...I ask you LORD , TO RESTORE HER PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY AND SPIRITUALLY, let her know that NO WEAPONS FORMED AGAINST HER WILL PROSPER FOR GREATER IS HE WHO IS WITHIN HER (YOU LORD) THEN HE WHO IS IN THE WORLD, AND THAT YOU LORD WILL SEND YOUR ANGELS TO TAKE CHARGE OF HER AND KEEP HER IN ALL HER WAYS...let her know alot of people really care and as far as the husband...LORD you handle him for what he has done to such a sweet person...BLESS HER FATHER, IN JESUS name AMEN

L My husband needs prayer for his health. The doctors cant find what is making him sick. He will be in a wheel chair and in constant pain if the source of the problem cant be found. He is only 42 and we have 4 kids and the youngest is only 4. He is a great dad and is crushed that he may have to raise our little ones from a wheel chair. He is not able to work due to the constant pain and the medications doctors have him on, through all of this he still searches for a job... Our family of 6 is trying to live on only my income and we are short every month. Please pray for healing for my husband and pray a source of income that meets his needs is revealed. Pray he feels Gods presence, peace and direction.

Yen My name is Yen. I am in my 17th week of pregnancy and I ask that you please pray for protection over my pregnancy, over my growing baby inside my womb and for me to carry my baby to full-term, EDD 14 December 2012. I had four previous miscarriages and had a tough time losing them. Pray that God uses my baby for mighty things to one day to further His kingdom. Also going for second trimester screening Friday 6 July 2012 and trusting God for good results. The second thing I need prayer for is my husband (Gary) who needs salvation. He has turned his back on Jesus and became an atheist. Please pray the Lord brings him back to his knees. Im going for my gender scan Friday 13 July 2012, which, is the first pregnancy scan my husband will see and ask that you pray God uses the scan to soften and speak to my husbands heart. Chris I have a few things that are eating at me. I currently case manage troubled youth and enjoy this job however recently a potentially new job has fallen into my lap running a domestic violence organization. Additionally this job is 15 minutes from home rather than 90 minutes and allows me the ability to take vacation to care for my parents when needed. I am struggling to see Gods lead in either direction; to stay at my old job or move on. This has been influenced by the fact that I have not been able to visit my elderly family in Mississippi for 3 years now. I am troubled because I have sacrificed for the needs of others and the good of the company but i feel neglected in the consideration of things. Moreso concerning is the feelings of resentment that I feel in my stomach; this steals my sleep and despairs me. Im pleaing not to fall victim to that. Lastly but certainly not least, i am weighed down with concern for the salvation of my brothers, my 84 year old father, and my friends and coworkers. As I write this, i am moved to tears with concern but dont have the opportunity to speak with my father and brothers due to inflexibility of work and the 3000 miles between us. I do know that prayer of the righteous transcends such restraints though and that is why i come seeking prayer. Lastly, I know that i have far more to be thankful for than I know what to do with. God is good in all things! Thank you all.

Abby  Tonight I didnt want to ask for something, but simply give a testimony. Today I got a 100 on my school exam, and its because of God. I have food and I have family and love and health and a roof over my head. And its because of God. I type this right now because of God. Praise be to the one who built the Earth! He will come here one day, and he will take us Home where we are meant to be! Strife moves like a snake through the world, but we just have to remember that this place is not our true home, and if we set our sights on the Lord above, he satisfies us more than anything, and we are able to go Home to him! Isnt He glorious? I asked for a deeper relationship, so he called me to stop spending so much time doing stupid pointless things on the computer and spend time with him! I asked for a house for my friend, and he has provided! I asked for a filling, and he gave me hunger to be filled! I asked for help in my music, and he gave me a chance to sing. I asked for something as simple as my brothers tooth to stop hurting, and as soon as I asked, his tooth felt fine! God is amazing!! He cares so much about us!! Praise the Lord, my friends. Lin TERMINAL CANCER PATIENT! Hello everyone, please pray for a young girl named Shay. she is only 15 years old and has been battling brain cancer. after all the treatments, the cancer returned in her brain and even grew in here spine. THE DOCTORS HAVE DECLARED HER TERMINAL and Im not sure how much longer she has. I know the family has tried every method...except this one natural cleansing diet that complete rid this other lady of her cancer, which was far worse than Shays in every way possible. this lady lived years after even though the doctors told her she wouldnt so I WANT YALL TO PRAY THAT SHAY AND HER FAMILY WILL HAVE OPEN EARS TO HEAR ME OUT TO TRY ONE LAST TIME. they are already very strong believers, but I just want to wear out every option.

My boyfriend Jeremiah went to the ER again last night for gastrointestinal problems. This is his 5th trip the the ER in 4 months (He was there on Christmas Eve and again on Christmas Day). Even after taking tests each time, they cant find the cause of his extreme pain, and unrelenting nausea and vomiting. No signs of gastritis or ulcer. I would really appreciate any prayers for Jeremiah and his family. We all worry so much and one of the most frustrating parts is not being able to pinpoint a cause so that he can be cured. I thank God that Jeremiah is still here and is feeling better at the moment, but any prayers would help. Thank you all and God bless!

Hey guys, Im asking for more prayer for my brother. Hes been lying to my parents about SO MUCH lately. Hes supposed to be going to math tutorial every thursday after school, but we found out he has been ditching every week! We dont know who hes been hanging out with or what hes been doing. He has such a negative attitude and hasnt been reading his Bible. Im trying to get him more involved in church by bringing him to another youth group that hes been interested in, so Im hoping hell turn around. He cares way too much about what people think of him. Eliza The cancer in her brain is in remission. But she still needs prayer for the rest of her body (she still has cancer in other parts of her body). Please pray for her strength physical and mental. She cant eat or drink and sleeps most day and night. Thanks and God bless.

JuneBug His surgery was postponed for another 2 weeks. The great thing about it is that his doctor now says he has confidence the surgery will be successful. I trust in God that when the surgery is done he will be fine. I still ask for your prayers that when the surgery is done that he has a speedy recovery. :-)

theresa My husbands aunt got my daughter a job making $18 an hour tutoring kindergarten thru 12th grade. she can set her own days and hours to work. She is also trying to get my son a job doing the same thing. God is good!!! I just have to say my family is believers in the good lord. We pray together and I give my family communion at least twice a week. I will continue to keep my eyes to the sky and pray and know that Jesus is the only way. I thank all of you for your commits. I need prayer in my finances and family. My name is Theresa I have a wonderful husband named Shannon and two children. Ive been hoping and praying for a way for me to start my own southern cuisine restaurant business, but do not have the capital to start it up. Our son Devin is 21 yrs old and has been looking for a job for over a year and half since his car accident which one of his friends past away from that accident. Please pray for his mental stability, he said hes fine, but im not sure. Our daughter Shateka is 26 yrs old and has been laid off work and has not worked in 2 yrs. She lives with a roommate and we help her as much as we can. I am more concerned with my kids than with my own self. My husband and I are looking for a church that we can attend and that is right for our family. I thank you for praying for me and my family and our finances. I will continue to support C28. Merideth  God has answered and continues to answer as things grow in the city of San Diego. Churches are coming together and the police have approached the faith based organizations to do something. They said they are tired of waiting on city leaders. God is at work in San Diego and we are blessed to be a part of his moving. Cant wait to see what he is going to do.

VickiLemonadeGirl Zwie died at home on Wednesday, April 4th. We were all with him but the emptiness of him being gone and not healed is very hard on all of us. Not sleeping well, cant eat. We need prayer for our dog, Zwie, who is very sick. He is only 7 and we have spent several thousand dollars in vet bills on him. We need a miracle. He was a gift from God as he was the son of our dog who had died but gotten the mom pregnant 1 1/2 weeks before he died. Satan cant have our gift from God. They say its incurable but we say all things are possible with God! My husband had picked him out and had never had his own dog before we had the dad and he died coming home from a church convention. She figured me out. :P lol, I told her to act surpized from now on, because I wasnt stopping... she wrapped me up in a big hug, and said thank you for loving me. and the love filled texts and verbal communication are heading back in the right direction too! Please keep my wife Janice and me in your prayers. Im proactively engaged in the Love Dare, and with Gods providence will rekindle the original passion and love we had when we said I do, 10 years and 3 kids ago. In our marriage weve faced a lot of difficult in effectively communicating, and the suffered the typical drifting apart that many couples experience. We lost our third child almost 2 years ago, at 6 weeks, and though we both rest in the assurance that they are with Jesus, its still very tough at times for my wife. We both have suffered a few different medical issues, and have been delivered through most and back into health. Through it all so far weve held together with Christ at the center. I know I have things to work on to improve our marriage and to work to lift my wifes concerns above my own. With Gods help I know all things are possible, and can attest to this on so many occasions. I pray that God will soften the heart of my wife and also help us to grow stronger together. Thank you for your prayerful support, I humbly appreciate it.

Doreen  Than you all for your prayers. It has been tuff i have my ok days and nites and then i dont. My oldest son is taking it hard, i offered him his dads truck and he wasnt sure he could do it but he has had time to think about it and he does want his dads truck so thats his first step of moving forward. Its going to take time for all of us, although i did realize this hurt is alot different than when my mom died. I work part time a whole foods and they have been wonderful to me, im a cashier and they have been keeping me closer to the customer service desk and the other associates have been great they come and see if im doing ok through out my shift. If i have a episode and i cant stop crying they have no problem sending me home or giving me extra breaks if needed. Can you all please keep me and my step sons in prayer on friday feb. 24, 2012 my husband died of a heart attack on the way to the hospital. We are so lost as this was sudden. Would have been married 6 years this June, and just dont know what i am going to do. I have known my husband for more than 15 years, we were co-workers we never did anything out of work until a co-worker got a bunch of us together to go open bowling and we found out we had alot in common and we liked doing alot of the same things and our relationship grew from there. We were looking at mobile homes to buy, he had been after me for 2 years to buy one and i was always saying no cause i was afraid of this exact thing and i wasnt wrong. It hasnt hit me fully but thats because we are making the arangements. We will be bairing him monday march 5th so please keep me and my family and friends in your prayers for we will need them. There is this guy that goes to my church that I would like to get to know. I noticed him a few months ago, he used to sit on the othere side of the sanctuary but for the last 1-2 months hes been sitting in the same area as me. We always make eye contact and smile but hes never really talked to me (seems very shy). So last week I introduced myself to him. I was thinking of sending him a friend request on facebook to see if hes like to be friends and get to know each other but i dont wanna seem like a stalker. Hes friends with someone who is friends with a friend of mine (i know sounds complicated) so his profile is easy to find. I dont know if i should just send him a request with a message or just wait to see if he talks to me at church. Im extremely shy so doing this would definitely take me out of my comfort zone. I asked a friend (whos a non believer) for advice and he said just go for it. But id like to know what believers and the bible say about this......Thank you for your time :) God Bless

Deborah So, I opened up about this with some sisters at my school. One of them gave me a sermon to listen to and after hearing it all of the enemies lies kept playing in my head. The voice of the guy who told me I was gay was the loudest so I called my sis for prayer. After she prayed with me I kept hearing God saying youre beautifully and wonderfully made and how much He loved me.Hi, This is Deborah (from the C28 prayer board).  Thank you so much for your encouragement.  I have an update.  So, I opened up about this with some sisters at my school.  One of them gave me a sermon to listen to and after hearing it all of the enemies lies kept playing in my head.  The voice of the guy who told me I was gay was the loudest so I called my sis for prayer.  After she prayed with me I kept hearing God saying youre beautifully and wonderfully made and how much He loved me. Hi Fam, okay this time I need prayer for complete deliverance. Growing up I really hated the way I looked. I used to wear big clothes because I thought they hid my body. So as you can tell my self-esteem was extremely low. Although I had all of those issues and added to that I was shy, I still had friends but I never had guy friends. For a while I felt more comfortable around girls because I knew they didnt care about how I looked. I always felt that I needed to be pretty to be friends with a guy or to have them like me. That didnt stop me from having crushes but in my mind I felt like no one would ever like me. Needless to say I have grown from that tremendously but I still feel "haunted" in a sense by the way I used to feel and the way I used to think. Something that I have carried with me a long time was what this guy told me in HS. He said that I must be a "dyke" (meaning homosexual) bc I didnt have a boyfriend (or something to that nature). I had heard that term before but didnt really think about it until he said it in that way. It really upset me but I started feeling like maybe he was right. Ever since that day Ive lived in fear that maybe hes right. Since then I have tried my bestt to stay away from close girl relationships and I fear being around homosexual women. In my mind I constantly hear that guy and I feel paranoid, like every one thinks Im that way or that I may be. I know this sounds crazy but please pray that God delivers me from these thoughts and from homosexuality if that spirit is in me. Thanks in advance!

eri It was answered!the baby survived birth and her mommy is healing great! my prior prayer requests were for katrinas heart. ironically, that is the only organ she has that is strong: "Please pray for katrina. The doctors just told us that she isnt doing well. She is having what they call multiple organ failure and they are doing everything they can for her. They said they see a very small chance for her.
