   I. Retail Experience or Equivalent Business Experience.

   II. Owned, Operated or Managed Comparable Business.

   III. No Previous Bankruptcies.

E. C28 STATEMENT OF FAITH

THE BIBLE: We believe the Bible is the Word of God and is the only divinely inspired written revelation given to man. It is authoritative in all matters of life, faith, business and practice, and is inerrant in its original writings.

GODHEAD: We believe that God exists in three (3) persons, namely; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; and in unity of essence; co-equal and co-eternal.

JESUS CHRIST: We believe that Jesus Christ is God, who became incarnate as a man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed many miracles to prove His authority, vicariously shed His blood as the atonement to accomplish the redemption of the human race, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, presently intercedes in behalf of all believers, and is personally coming again in power and glory to establish the Theocratic Kingdom and to reign and judge over all men.

HOLY SPIRIT: We believe in the Deity of the Holy Spirit by whom all believers of all ages must be regenerated in order to enter the kingdom of God. The Holy Spirit in the present age indwells all believers for the purpose of enabling a person to live a Christ-Centered life and for the purpose of sealing them unto the day of redemption. All believers are united to Christ in one body by the Holy Spirit. His present ministry involves gifts for teaching and service, and filling for power.

SALVATION: Man in Adam was created perfect in the image of God, but through disobedience, became sinful, whereby the entire human race is lost, being subject to both physical and spiritual death. To be saved, man must receive, by faith, Gods only provision for sin – Jesus Christ the Savior. In so doing, man is regenerated by the Holy Spirit, thereby permanently becoming a child of God for eternity and indwelt by the Holy Spirit, for the purpose of living a Christ-centered life.

RESURRECTION: We believe in a bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust; the just to spend eternity in the presence of God to share His joy, love, and blessing; the unjust to spend eternity separated from God by judgment and condemnation for sin.

F. C28 MORAL / CHARACTER

NEW BIRTH: Franchisee, Board Member, and or Share Holders must be “Born Again” and manifest a personal relationship with God by living in submission to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. John 3:3, 1 Peter 1:23

CHRISTIAN GROWTH: Person agrees that the Old and New Testament Scriptures of the Bible dictate his/her personal standards for Christian growth in life, business and ministry. Person must declare acceptance of the C28 Message, Mission, Prayer, Values and Statement of Faith and demonstrate adherence to it’s principles. Must be a person of Prayer and Bible study and his life must be increasingly characterized by Christian love. Person must be a positive role model of growth in Godly wisdom and have Christ like character with his/her family, church, community, staff, suppliers, C28 Corporate and others in respect, speech, judgment and actions. 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Romans 12:6-8; Colossians 3:17; Titus 2:7-8; 1 Thessalonians 5:18,22-23; James 3:17-18

COMMITMENT TO PURITY IN RELATIONSHIPS: Person must avoid all immoral behaviors including fixations, addictions, harassment, promiscuity, pornography, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, and any other deviant behavior delineated in scripture. Person agrees that such immoral behaviors are damaging to Biblical family values and to C28 and are grounds for immediate termination and any association with C28.
