I LOVE Mexican food. I cannot eat enough of it! In particular, salsa, chips, and the delicious, oh so amazing....CIMMMMECHAINGAAA!!!! (i know thats not how you spell it :P but its looks cool.haha)

I think the greatest food of all time will be in Heaven though. I cannot wait for the feast! Even though there will be no meat in Heaven, i think that there will be fruit that has a similar taste. if that makes sense? lol.

John, you reminded me of a movie with Mathew Broderick, where wealthy people paid a high price for a dinner of endangered animals...but were really being fed chicken.
I tried Mahi mahi or dolphin fish its very good. I tried shark, not so good...and I agree Japlace, duck is rubbery...must be cause they live in the water. =P
...eating other carnivores, like big cats, for some reason that just seems very wrong.

The center is of the eye is crunchy, the outer part is kinda like jelly. yumm. Im starting to have a craving for a fish eye now....
Mahi Mahi (which I know as called Dorado) are pretty good, but when it comes to fish I basically like any kind.

Why fish eyes tho? i mean do they have a certain taste thats desirable? cuz its sounds like some jelly and some crunchy peanut butter with replace the textures lol :)
has anyone had escargot? (cooked land snails)

LOL! i once was at my friends house, and his mom was like, Here Josh try some of this! and without hesitation i tried it cuz i love food and i was hungry lol.i had it and i thot it was a lil weird looking, but heck, it was deep fried! soo a lil while later my friend was like, so howd you like the intestine? And Holy smokes, i almost chucked right then! but ya, thats my reply to Dezi. and how il eat it, as long as i dont what it is.haha :)

LOL some things...like intestine i dont think id eat it again by choice LOL "im hungry..hmm maybe i should cook intestine" LOL!!! hillarious! i live in hawaii where there are alot of unique dishes...some i choose not to have again, unless its the only thing there :P

Japlace - alaska is pretty awesome! i want to go on a cruise there. much rather go there than to Hawaii (not that Hawaii isnt pretty cool too)
And meatloaf is pretty good, depending who makes it.
