My pastor preached a great word on prayer today. I was just wondering if theres anyone else on here that struggles to pray? Or maybe found it difficult at the start of there journey with God? Im not sure what it is but i find it hard to do sometimes. I do pray, and i pray often but i can never pray out loud. Figure God knows what is written in our hearts anyway :) But i do find it difficult to pray for myself :/

I used to have trouble with praying, but lately it has become a lifeline for me. Now prayer is the only way I can get rid of stress and worry.

I also have a hard time praying. I try to when I can, but I am just not sure as to what to say. I feel like Im praying to a wall. But my mother tells me to just talk to God as if I am talking to anyone else. It is just hard for me.

I cant pray out loud (around other people). Just remember, its between you and God. He doesnt care about fancy words--He just wants His children to talk to Him.
