A bit late but i want to know what did you all think of the Avengers and what was your favorite movie leading up to it? I think Avengers is one of the best comic book movies and definitely a mark in history for film. My favorite leading up to it was the Incredible Hulk. Sad Norton was gone.

I thought it was very entertaining and was happy that all the heroes had equal footage time - cool seeing them in battle each one by one. Even though it was 2.5 hours the time flew by. My favorite pre-movie was Captain America mainly cause I think he has the hero-like, self-sacrificing, non egotisical personality unlike, say, Iron Man though he is cool in his own way.

Iron Man is still the best leading into movie. Iron Man 2 was still good, but there are rumors of Cap America 2 Thor 2 and Iron Man 3... That will be lame. IMO they should focus on developing more Avenger characters rather than keep expanding on the same three...
Im pretty sure The Thing and Spiderman will be in Avengers 2. And if you stayed for the sneak peak in the credits, you'll realize Thanos will be the next villain.
NOW that ive show a lil geekiness, I must say that the marvel movies are going to start to become more and more evil. As that happens (hopefully it wont) I will (and I suggest you do to) have to start getting away from such films.
Remember the Word says to FLEE from evil. Not walk away, or tolerate. But flee.
Anyway, Im headed to bed. Im tired, and most of this is sleep talking! ;P

When I watched it it was the first Marvel movie that I had ever watched and I thought it was totally awesome. Very good movie. After watching that I've watched Captain America, and Thor. I really thought Thor was good.

I've watched Thor and Captain America as well as Iron Man. I loved Catain America the most becuase he seems to me to be the most relatible person. We get viewed as weak among all the other men, but that is when we get picked for our values and not our physical attributes. much lke how Jesus chose us, even though our best is not good enough. :)

I loved it, thought it was really good. The hulk made that movie for me I thought they did a fantastic job with him and I loved the part with him and Loki...btw stay after the credits ;)

Was a great movie. It's really unusual for Marvel to make an action movie with some comedy involved.
