So I'm a lil over weight and I know I'm not even close to being healthy. Like little things I should be able to do as a 22 year old I cant and I know its horrible and so is gluttony and I know I eat more then I should and when I know there's so many people out there that don't even get to eat every day and lately its been kinda weighing on me that I'm taking the things I have for granted even little things like food. So I really want to get healthy and one thing I'm so determed to do is a mud run like it sounds like so much fun. So I was wondering if anyone on here could help me with figuring out a workout and food plan becuz I cant keep living my life like this or if u know any good cheap or free work out video something that could help becuz I cant afford a gym and live way to far away from one. Thanks. :)

I'm just saying what I did. I weighed 220 lbs last year and I went on NutriSystem. I get a months of food each month delivered to my door including ice cream. It is easier than shopping for groceries and cheaper than eating out. I have lost 35 pounds and have kept it off for several months now. It is just one other option to think about.

glutony is a sin. we should eat to live not eat cause it taste good. im struggling as well and well always had been since i was a child, but God knows your heart and you just gotta work at it to be a healthier you! im a big girl and i just need to pray for any temptation to go away cause when i wanna buy chocolate and icecream i just think and put it up and say i dont need it and buy some fruit instead! im praying for u girl and we all can get healthy!! much luv sis in christ

Yea I know how that goes when u want the junk food. My problem is when I get bored I eat and since right now I don't have a job and aren't going to school I'm always at home being bored and I live in the middle of nowhere so that doesn't help too. I think if me and my mom both get motivated we can help each other.

So no, I don't think it's a sin. I don't recommend eating unhealthily either - that would be ruining your body, the temple - but eating junk food sometimes isn't sinful. Just keep a watch on how often sometimes is

In order for victorious living you must have self control and moderation. on anything really.

Remember, your eating habbits have more of an affect than excersice.

I suggest not to eat one big meal a day. (thats what i tend to do) eat little snacks thorugout the day. Like an apple for breakfast.

Limit the sugar, and chocolate, because it can be addicting, the less you eat of it, the less you want.

Dont eat at for at least 2 hour b4 bedtime.

Make a playlist of fun workout videos on youtube so that next time you want to work out, just go right to the playlist.

I know its hard, I LOVE food.
but I know you can do it (:

Thanks. :) yea I was kinda thinking of doing a food log so I actually see what I'm eating all day. And yea ill look into the youtuhe thing. Do u know any fun work outs?
