i heard this in a preaching and i liked it!! its true!!

bitterness is like drinking poison hopping that the other persone will die...

i dont know if you understand, so if you dont just write it and i'll try to explain it ... i cant promiss you will all understand after but, i'll do my beswt ;)

Pretty much saying that holding on to bitterness or unforgiveness is as poison unto the system of he who harbors such a sinful disposition. The one you harbor unforgiveness towards is not harmed by you retaining this emotion. To remain embittered towards anyone is rebuked in scripture. It is both sinful and unbeneficial.

Indeed. Bitterness is often counter-productive to its natural intent as well, because the emotion of it often interferes with making wise and reasonable decisions towards any goal.
