Things like this get suggested every once in a while (I myself suggested us learning a language together) but they have yet to happen, sadly. It seems to be His will for it.

I have tried a few times also but even if its just 2 or three of us I will commit to it and participate in discussion everyday. I suggest we read one chapter each day of john and discuss it on here and move on to the next chapter the next day. But you can set it up anyway you want since you brought it up.

I can't commit to participating in the forum discussions everyday, but I would love to read John with you guys if that's what you're decided on.
I was thinking I (or someone else) could post a chapter from John each day from whatever version you guys prefer (NKJ, NIV, etc.), or maybe list a couple different versions. That way, we can see what's in front of us easily and come here not only for penning our thoughts, but also to read the passages.
Does that work for everyone?

I think we should start Monday, and start with John chapter 1 and then tuesday chapter 2,3,4 etc... and then saturday and sunday will be off days due to people doing things. Everyday there can be a thread made for each different chapter we discuss so people can go back and see our comments incase they miss a day ot two and it will keep it more organized.
