I was just wondering what your favorite Christian song(or one of them) is and why it is your favorite? Also, do you think that listening to secular music a bad idea? For example a song that does not have any bad words or anything bad but it is secular and does not point your heart to God.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE rock music!!!!! :) Christian rock and Secular rock! BUT, remember to watch out for some secular rock. A lot of it isnt good. My fave Christian artist or band would have to be Aaron Gillespie! I also love that old time rock and roll too. Like Elvis! I LOVE Elvis!! :)

I don't like to listen to anything that isn't labelled "Christian..." I only support bands that are FOR Jesus!! There's AMAZING rock music out there by Christian artists... I absolutely LOVE Decyfer Down, RED, Skillet, Thousand Foot Krutch, and many more... However, I do acknowledge the talent that non-Christian rock artists have, they're gifted, but I certainly DO NOT like the fact that they don't use their gifts for the One that gave them to them... and that they deny Christ.

Whats funny is I literally just brought this question up yesterday at Bible Study. What we discussed is that if your listening to something that isn't bringing glory to God, then stop listening to it . There are all types of genres of christian music. I personally like Dwayne Tryumf he's a christian rapper and honestly I feel he could out rap any secular rapper out there .

Right now, my favorite "Christian" (I hate labels, personally) song is Shot Heard Round The World by Disciple. I'm a very aggressive person, so it's perfect for me.
My other favorite is Perfect by Pink, story of my life! I love it so much.
