i went on a Cross Walk with the camp i work with, and some people were very emotional afterwards. I was one of them, and I was sitting by myself at one end of a bench, and one of my very good guy friends was at the other end, he slid over and put his arm around me, and i leaned my head on his shoulder and he put his head on mine. Basically, that was comfort, and love--but friendly love. You know?
Well, if you are to treat guys as your brother in Christ then think about what you would do if he was your brother. I have leaned my head on my brother's shoulder before. Usually he doesn`t want me to, but whatever! :) I haven`t really done that with any other guy, though.
Yeah i try not to think too much into it as said above but i was just curious :) Ive had some "head leaning" happen to me quite a few times. I do know one thing. It is different than when someone simply hugs you or puts their hand on your shoulder and certainly is a sign of trust and affection. Im a married man and just want to glory God in my body spiritually and physically. And I do want to be careful while working in the ministry especially around the opposite sex, and even same sex. And when this (show of affection) happens to me it does feel good that someone else made herself/himself vulnerable in that sense to me. Thanks for your comments. Its reassuring to hear some thoughts coming from bros and sisters!
It might mean that they trust you, or that they show some affection towards you. Don't immediately suspect that they have strong feelings toward you, or anything like that. It's most likely that they feel comfortable around you and trust you enough to do that.

I've only done it twice and I was either physically or mentally exhausted. It means they trust you enough not to hide.
