well before as a Luthren i would have said, "what i am is good enough" but now that I have opened up to other denominations i relize that there is much more to being a Chritian than church every sunday and praying at night.
I had a friend say to me would your life be any diffrent if you were not a Christian (excluding sunday and prayer) and I thought to myself no. and then he showed me

As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead
and I relized i needed to do more for my faith so to be destioned for greatness is not out of the question in my opinion

Hey Alpha Glad to see you agian!(seriously) I do hope that you will at least lower your Guard to Christianity and at least let the possibility of a God be open for you. I will keep praying for you Alpha I hope one day maybe, just maybe youll find what we all have

Ive never rejected the possibility of a god. lol I just dont accept absurd things without good, objective reason to. :)

riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. so you havent really looked much into the "evidence" of macroevolution have you? if you get an evolutionist talking long enough, theyll contradict themselves and destroy their own theories. just watch "expelled." all ben stein had to do was keep asking questions.

Its funny how so many posts turn into this isnt it =)? Ive done research on both sides and personally, Ive seen more evidence for the biblical explanation. Alpha would apparently disagree and may say Im biased. However; Alpha, I would challenge you to go onto some christian based scientific websites and search there...maybe you can find something that our apparent feeble scientific minds cant communicate to you =).

-On the contrary. I have looked into the evidence very much. And you are exaggerating the difference between micro and macro evolution.

-I used to be a die-hard YEC, and I when I was forced to look at the evidence, there was no other option but to stop defending silly superstitions(though, I didnt give up very easily.)
Bottom line: there is no evidence against evolution.

just pray for alpha! dont keep responding, and feeding into him! just keep praying! if you guys want to talk about evolution, then make another post about it, and then argue points, but the basis of this particular forum is not what you guys are talking about. im coming out of love people. ignore what hes saying, and just dont praying for him! thats what he needs! i love all of you guys on here! grace and peace!
