I started watching Dr. Dino with my church for morning Sunday school. It great because it shows me allot of thing I never knew or put much thought to like his example of the spinning marry-go-round. I like your avitar ;)

Hes in jail. :)
Jacob R. Collins - 11/19/09 @ 9:39 AM
? He is? Why?
Alpha - 11/19/09 @ 10:16 AM
In 2006 he was sentenced to ten years in prison for "twelve tax offenses, one count of obstructing federal agents and forty-five counts of structuring cash transactions."

you smile when someone is put in jail? thats definitely not what Jesus would do. you dont understand why hes in jail, but only what they say hes in jail for. kent hovind aka dr dino has a place called dinosaur adventure land. because everyone working there was working for God (the little theme park has a spiritual and science lesson with each activity), kent did not feel the employees working there should have their income taxed, so he did not pay the government taxes for that, and thats the main reason why hes in jail now. i dont think he should have done that because even Jesus paid taxes, but i also dont think he was wrong to do it.
so alpha, whats your problem? you know some about christianity but you dont act like one should. kent has done a lot of good, and so what if he upset the government? the governments terrible. unless you have absolutely never broken a law without paying the jail time for it, youre being a hypocrite.

I find it amusing. :)
And I do understand why he is there. I admire his integrity of what he thinks to be right(even if he was wrong), it is rather refreshing after seeing a world full of hypocrites.
And I never said I was a Christian. :)

Hi Im new here. I was reading this and noticed KT3 said:

Regarding the govt. it may be bad but it was placed in its relative position by God. Scripture is clear we are to be law abiding citizens. Romans 13:1,2,6,7
(Unless they ask you to break Gods laws...then of course "we must obey God rather than men" Acts 5:29)
