If you search the pages you can find a lot of music topics, in which people name their favorite christian bands and songs.

lol Air 1 is boring. :P No offense man.

Up here in Ohio (haha i hate how that sounds) there's a Christian station called RadioU, and a lot of the stuff they play is actually good, so I'd say to check it out. Im pretty sure they have a website.

Christianrock.net has all the newest songs, artists, and news for Christian Rock, Metal, Hip Hop, and Praise. Plus you can listen online :)
Here are some of my favorite artists...

Needtobreathe (similar to Kings of Leon)
12 stones (similar to Nickleback)
Casting Crowns
Barlow Girls ("Chick" music lol)
Third Day
Chris Tomlin
Mercyme
Tobymac
Switchfoot (similar to Linkin Park)

There are just so many, something for every taste!!!!

Alpha - 1/20/11 @ 11:03 AM

Switchfoot and Linkin Park? Don't really see it. lol

Japlace - 1/20/11 @ 11:11 AM

Switchfoot is Switchfoot :)

But yeah, ChristianRock.net is good.

But my allll time favorite artist is Jesus Culture. They are worship leaders, and ANOINTED.

Alpha - 1/20/11 @ 11:13 AM

Switchfoot's amazing lol

Jesus Culture has song pretty good music, surprisingly

Japlace - 1/20/11 @ 11:17 AM

What artists did you listen too before you were saved?

I had a hard time with music too when I started out and it drove me to look at all genres because at the time I listened to crunkcore and until December 4th we didn't really have that. Now, I'm fairly in tune with all genres rap, hip hop, country, techno, punk, rock, alternative, and metal.

Also, as far as alternative goes... blast fm plays from disciple to brian head welch to a bit hatder stuff I don't know the names too.

A;pha, you should check it out if you like alternative.

Alpha - 1/20/11 @ 11:21 AM

December 4th? lol What?

Cody - 1/20/11 @ 11:29 AM

lol I wasn't very descriptive about that lol Crazy Crazy Awesome Awesome is a new cruncore group that just came out December 4th lol sorry

Alpha - 1/20/11 @ 11:33 AM

Ahhhh. I've always considered Family Force 5 crunkcore tho, and theyve been around forever lol

Cody - 1/20/11 @ 11:36 AM

yea but they aren't like the bands I listened too. I like the bass a little more... cranked lol I heard them and I thought more of a sped up rock band. I listened to brokencyde and dot dot curve and all those groups that people didn't consider music :)

Alpha - 1/20/11 @ 11:44 AM

Well that explains a lot lol

Cody - 1/20/11 @ 12:00 PM

lol but a also listened to a bit of rock and such. I'm a hug fan of Brian Head Welch just because I was into KoRn and such

Adria - 1/20/11 @ 12:16 PM

Well I listen to pretty much anything. Mostly R&B but I love to dance so when it comes to praising wells I can sure be out there. But it realy doesnt matter slow, fast, techno, hip-hop, I'm cool with anything.

@Adria check out anything Lecrae does, you will love his work. He is a preety solid rapper and all his messages are deep and never cheesy.

Andy Hunter is a good techno dj but I'm sure people can give you better ones.

umm...

Lecrea
Tripp lee
Sho Barraka

all rap and hip-hop

Mary Mary
Group 1 Crew

they are more hip-hop, pop sounding

Cody - 1/20/11 @ 1:20 PM

ManAfest has a few good ones such as No Plan B and Avalanche.

You might like Hawk Nelson and Relient K has a few good ones.

P.O.D. are kind of old but they are pretty sweet.

umm... there are a lot lol Family Force 5 like we were talking about.

Skillet is a bit over rated but you can't really go wrong with anything they play.

Disciple's song Dear X is good.
