Hey?

John - 1/17/10 @ 8:14 PM

i do not understand this. i figured you were about to get scolded! haha

Alpha - 1/17/10 @ 8:25 PM

Me, scolded? Never!

The NaMez ShawN - 1/17/10 @ 10:12 PM

Honestly, all who debate and argue back and forth with Alpha are just allowing him to win the game hes trying to play. Hes not on here, nor willing, to listen to anyone who has the truth...and even if he was, he just completely blind and unreceptive to the truth. Its almost impossible to speak life into people like that. I dont see the Holy Spirit taking over and filling a soul that denies God in every possible aspect.

You guys realize that he finds joy in finding every single little thing this world sees as a loop in Christianity, and throws it back in everyones face.

Its a waste of time. You could be witnessing to those who are willing and receptive to the truth and actually change people, or you could spend your time running in circles with Alpha.

Seriously.

Alpha - 1/17/10 @ 10:52 PM

Im so glad you care! :)

Paige - 1/18/10 @ 11:41 AM

were supposed to reach out to everyone, no matter how "difficult" they seem to be to reach out to.

The NaMez ShawN - 1/18/10 @ 1:30 PM

Alpha.. I do care for you. I quit responding to posts are debating with you awhile ago, because I realize its not going to work..but I tried. I cant spend my time speaking truth to you if your just going to find every "fault" that you see fit in your eyes. Thats pointless.

Everyone on this forum has reached out numerous times, and it has been beyond failure. Alpha has pulled out many scriptures from the Bible, and has clearly shown that he understands Christianity isnt a religion, but a personal relationship with God. Hes openly announced that he knows and understands that the basis of our relationship in a very large aspect is blind-faith, and that hes not willing to even try that. Theres no reason to continue to pour out and waste your time with someone who knows the greatness of God and openly shows pure hatred. You really can only try so hard before you have to realize that its just not going to work. Seeds may have been planted that will affect him later in life, but thats as far as you can affect him now. I think theres a difference between someone who is just lost and doesnt know the truth yet, and someone who is, in a way, working directly for the devil..purposely denying all truth..so stubborn and stuck on his own ways that hes causing destruction to himself.

If you didnt notice.. I previously noted that Alpha is only playing games with us for fun. Alpha contradicts or denies everything everyone says, but he didnt when I called him out. He knows its the truth and he didnt even try to deny it. Hes just here to have fun with you guys, and I only see everyone trying hard (which isnt a bad thing) to show him the light, but you just have to realize that its not going to work.

If people continue to argue with him as he writes deceiving information on every post, its just going to ruin this forum. No one can post a topic without him tearing it a part. Almost every post has turned into a large argument attempting to prove something to Alpha, allowing him to continue to respond with large amounts of false information. If you think about it...people searching for God and the truth are going to find this forum, run into Alphas sophisticated posts that contradict all truth and in turn believe the wrong information.

Christina - 1/18/10 @ 5:56 PM

Amen!

John - 1/18/10 @ 7:32 PM

no one is beyond Gods grace...even alpha. so i am going to keep responding to alphas posts, no matter how difficult he may be. who knows, maybe one day i will get through that thick skull of his. haha

Alpha - 1/18/10 @ 10:15 PM

"I cant spend my time speaking truth to you if your just going to find every "fault" that you see fit in your eyes."
-Lol. So, instead of realizing the faults, I should just blindly accept everything. Right, of course. :)

"Hes openly announced that he knows and understands that the basis of our relationship in a very large aspect is blind-faith, and that hes not willing to even try that."
-No, I had tried that for 15 whole years, and it didnt work out too well.

"someone who knows the greatness of God and openly shows pure hatred."
-I dont hate your god. I just dont see reason to explicitly believe in him.

"I previously noted that Alpha is only playing games with us for fun. Alpha contradicts or denies everything everyone says, but he didnt when I called him out. He knows its the truth and he didnt even try to deny it. Hes just here to have fun with you guys"
-Awww, but I like having fun!

"respond with large amounts of false information."
-I have never given any information that is false.

"If you think about it...people searching for God and the truth are going to find this forum, run into Alphas sophisticated posts that contradict all truth and in turn believe the wrong information. "
-That wouldnt be a problem, if you could intelligently defend what you believe.
The problem is, I dont think you can.

The NaMez ShawN - 1/19/10 @ 5:53 AM

This is going to be my final post, because Im really not going to debate/argue about it.

"I cant spend my time speaking truth to you if your just going to find every "fault" that you see fit in your eyes."
-Lol. So, instead of realizing the faults, I should just blindly accept everything. Right, of course. :)

- Im sorry but...blah blah blah...through the worlds views and ideas your going to find logical holes within Christianity..there are questions we cannot answer...we know this. You dont have to keep repeating the fact that this is true. We are called to believe even with the fact that theres areas we dont have the answer for, and we are going to..because God has revealed Himself to us.

"Hes openly announced that he knows and understands that the basis of our relationship in a very large aspect is blind-faith, and that hes not willing to even try that."
-No, I had tried that for 15 whole years, and it didnt work out too well.

- Sorry again, but if you went into your "relationship" with God with an attitude anywhere near what yours is today...or if you went into it with an idea of "trying" Christianity (or anything of that sort)...its not going to work. You have to accept God and make sure that your heart is genuine. Thats kinda how it works.

Im done. Go ahead and tear whatever I saw and find anything logically incorrect about it. God is bigger than what the world views as incorrect logic. But I just want to apologize for calling you out and personally attacking you...I realize that it was probably not the best thing to do.

Alpha - 1/19/10 @ 10:16 AM

For the record, I never was "trying Christianity. I sincerely believed it. But after a while, I had questions that nobody could answer, and eventually I no longer able to just accept it.

Lewis - 1/19/10 @ 11:04 AM

@alpha i challenge your logic and reasoning for not believing theology/christianity (which of the two u disagree with i do not know) either way i would say it is less logical and takes more faith to not believe in god then it does to believe in god.

Alpha - 1/19/10 @ 11:23 AM

No it doesnt.
Im not saying that the existence of a deity is impossible. Only, there is no evidence to positively support such a being.

It does not take faith to doubt the existence of a deity. Like it does not take faith to deny the existence of unicorns.

Lewis - 1/19/10 @ 11:29 AM

im saying the existence of a deity is the only rational plausible answer to questions of existence and therefore it takes more faith in something else(big bang theory or whatnot) then it does for theology which presents a(and the only) logical and rational explination.

Alpha - 1/19/10 @ 11:39 AM

lol A deity provides no real answers, it is not scientific, there is no evidence, there is no logic to it. People only use the existence of a deity to explain things that they do not yet understand. In the past, it was things such as lightning or stars, and it turns out that a deity had nothing to do with those occurrences(go figure.)
That is not evidence, that is superstition.

And no faith is required to accept the Big Bang.

Lewis - 1/19/10 @ 11:48 AM

im talking about logic and reasoning. the thing is theology gives a clear and precise explanation to existance whereas science not only has no reason to believe otherwise but has no possible way of explaining existence.

and it takes alot of faith to believe the big bang happened considering to believe it you must concede to breaking one of the most fundamental and essential laws of science( first law of thermodynamics)

Alpha - 1/19/10 @ 12:04 PM

There is no explanation. There is no objective evidence to support it.
And in the way of explaining it only asks the same questions("how does it work?" and "why does it work?") in a different form; such as "which god?" or "how did god begin?"

The Big Bang is supported by numerous amounts of empirical evidence. And it does not violate the first law of Thermodynamics, because the universal laws are only contained within the universe that created them(meaning that before the Big Bang, there would be no laws; and the Big Bang was the origin of the scientific laws we see.)

Furthermore, it is supposable that when adding all the gravitational potential energy of a gravitational field(which is negative energy) to all the other energy in the universe, it might sum to zero.

Lewis - 1/19/10 @ 12:28 PM

LOGIC AND REASONING support it as ive said.

as to which god i would say for the most part all of the religions believe in the same god. but only one(Christianity is supported historically)

as to how god began well that is only proves my big bang taking more faith then theology argument to the next level lol so thanks :) where science is limited to the laws of nature it has created. God by definition is transcendent and therefor is not limited to these laws.

and once again you were proving my point. it takes as much if not more faith to believe there is not a deity to create the universe as a big bang theory, in which you have break or assume that for no reason the natural laws we now have were at one point null in void. at the very least you have to admit that that takes at least as much faith in assuming thing you do not know as theology or you are simply lying.

when you consider this then take into account the complexity chances it is far more logical to assume theology has the answers that science just does not

Jonathan - 1/19/10 @ 12:41 PM

Alpha what were your questions in which you found no answers?
