We are now reviewing applications for store managers for Northern California.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide the necessary direction to meet or exceed sales goals while maximizing customer service and product knowledge

- Hire, develop, and motivate a team, ensuring outstanding customer service and strong visual merchandising presentations

- Represent C28’s culture by emphasizing a Christ-centered evangelical work environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of successful retail management experience, specialty store experience preferred

- Proven experience driving business, building teams, and visual merchandising with a "sales first" focus

- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in evangelism, prayer and discipleship

- Fashion/music knowledge and apparel experience are preferred

- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
