  When I heard that Matt Thiessen was no longer engaged, I was really sad for him. And also wasn't terribly surprised when the album centered around break up and lost love. Therapy talks about his experiences being secluded at a cabin in the counrty. This Is The End (If You Want It) includes the lyrics "You're not the first thing in my life I've loved and lost."
