Hey everyone, my name is Lucia and I'm in my second year of college. My major is Nursing (RN). I really thought life would be easier after high school but it's still difficult. Classes are really hard to get into and I will always be praying to be able to get my required classes each semester. Overall, I can say the Lord has blessed me enormously and is continuing to do so. I'm really thankful for that. I know I will always have struggles (parents, school, work etc.) but Jesus help me with each one...amen <3

Elena Hi Lucy :] Thank you for your prayers and sorry it has taken me awhile to get back to you! I hope things are better for you, I know how it is...my Dad used to be like that. It wasnt until after he had a couple of strokes that he came back to the Lord. Not that I would have wanted it to happen that way, but it was the Lords will and something good ended up coming from it! The Lords plans are perfect! I pray that He will intervene in this situation to change your dads heart and bring him back to Jesus Christ. Ill be praying for you and your family. :] P.S. I am doing good, some days are hard...my parents and I are facing a lot of change and moving can be stressful! But I know the Lords plans are absolutely perfect and I will continue to trust and have faith in Him! God bless :-)

Elena I was supposed to go back to school February 13, but my parents and I found out that we have to move out of our home! Because our owner is foreclosing....I put a prayer request up about it. We probably have month or two to leave and so I cant go to school at this time. Ill have to start next semester, if I dont decide to get a job instead. Just be praying for us..things have been rough. How are things going with your family? I know things have been rough for you too. Ill be praying for you guys.

Elena Hi Lucy! :) I am taking Elementary Algebra. It wasnt too hard, but I breezed by it so quick because of my procrastination that nothing really stuck! I just took my final today...so glad its over with!! I only got a few hours of sleep because I was trying to finish writing the notebook my teacher wanted. And then, he barley even looked at it! :/ I took a nap, but now Ive got to catch up on my homework and Ch. tests, which is due at midnight! Thank you for your prayers! And the encouragement, the scripture gave me peace also. =) God bless you! I will be praying for you. I know how hard it is to get into nursing. My brother in law is a nurse. I wish you the best, I know the Lord will guide you and keep you going strong! Trust in the Lord, and keep running toward Him! Through Christ you can do all things! :)

Elena No, I live near San Bernardino county in the desert. Have you heard of Victorville or Hesperia? I live right next to them. I go to Victor Valley Commuity College, never planned on it...because my heart has always been set on going to Bible College in Murrieta. But the Lord has me here at VVC, for now. So you got back on the wait list for nursing? Thats great! How does it all work?

My family and I are going through some rough patches. My dad recently told us he doesnt want to be in this family anymore. He, my mom and I always bump heads because of our beliefs (He was a believer but turned away a few years ago). My mom and I keep praying for this family to work. Please pray with us that Jesus will direct our family and for my dad to return to Christ. Thank you :D

I feel like Ill be on here everyday lol...Anyways, lately my mom and I have been fighting a lot. Not fist fights but just little arguments that escalate to big ones. I dont know why but these fights have been occurring more frequently since turning 19 (Im 20 going on 21 in five months, if God permits) This has put such a disturbance in our relationship that its even starting to affect my dads relationship with me. He hates taking sides but most of time he goes on my moms. That tells me that Im the one with the problem but cannot recognize what is exactly, yet.
