I need prayer for my family and household peace. I am a single dad of four teenage boys that I have adopted over the past 5 years. None of them are biologically related to me or to one another (with the exception of my oldest and younget, they are from the same mother). I did not know any of these children prior to adopting them so although they are pretty good boys, there are still some issues from their past that they are carrying with them. I only know some of what they been through prior to adotping them and Im sure that they cant really understand or explain what life was really like for them or what may have happened to them. I know they are carrying alot of pain and sorrow but I feel helpless because I have no idea what theyve been through. I know that they all have the potential to be fantastic young men, but they seem to be hopeless about life in general. Sometimes, things can get very stressful here at home because we are still a fairly new family and we are trying to grow closer and more familiar with one another. Please pray for us and ask the Lord to guide us and make clear to us what his will is for us. Pray for all-around healing for what ever is plagues my sons, both whats known and unknown. Pray for me, that I may be a better father to them. Pray for our home, that there is peace and stability within, and most importantly, Pray for strenthening of our relationship with God. Thank You!

PRAISE REPORT: Thanks to everyone who prayed for my friends mom whos at this moment undergoing the much awaited Kidney Transplant in St. Louis. She has been waiting for 10 years and now with the successful completion of this transplant, she can live a more complete life..Thanks again!

Please pray for my friends Mother who is on her way to St. Louis for a Kidney transplant. Shes been waiting for such a very long time and now it seems that her time for transplant has come. Please also pray for the unknown donor and their family. The circumstances under which the kidney became avaliable are unkown, but Im sure the donor and/or someone close to them also needs to be lifted up in prayer.
