Hi, im from NY and going to school for Audio Production at Cayuga Community College. Soon to hopefully transfer to Middle Tennessee State University to continue my education. I have my own little recording studio, still working on it. I record bands and i play guitar myself. i have an electric and an acoustic. I love the outdoors. I love sports. When I came back home for the summer, its been really hard on me because my family is not christian like I am. My Dad and Step Mom are what we call Pagans. I havent been going to church this summer because i have no one to go with and theres one church in my town that i do not like. I just want people to pray for my family and me to keep my faith going, which it is. I will never let go of my faith in Jesus
Im sorry thaqt I havent been online for a while, life has been crazy! But get this... My girlfriend and I were praying for a ring to get married and that way we will KNOW that God wants us together. So last sunday after church in a cell group at Applebees, we were ministering to two women who we didnt know (we didnt know anyone!) and one of the woman leaned across the table and asked us if we wanted an engagement ring that she was wearing (from a divorced husband). Really??? Thats what we were praying for! Guys, God gave us an $8,000+ ring from a stranger and I proposed right then and there. IM ENGAGED! All for Christ's glory! God is so good. He answered us after only 5 weeks of dating. Modern day miracle ya?

Is listening to death metal a sin? Look at Impending doom who is a death metal band but yet they are also christian. But i was just wondering because i do listen to that type of music but i really dont listen for the lyrics and stuff i listen to it for the music itself....i like that fast paced, heavy riffing stuff.
