I am still waiting for my prayer to be answered concerning the loan modification to save our home. I am looking for another job, again. I can say that I believe God is still in control and knows exactly what He is doing, as this has been an eye-opening experience to my husband as to his role of the spiritual leader of our home. Much prayer is still needed while we continue to search for His will as well as peace while we continue to wait. The prayer response was unbelievable and so appreciated!!! It blessed me to tears just to see how many teenagers came home from school and got on their computers to see who they could pray for rather than the social networks!! Thank you soooo much for your continued prayers, and I will let you know how God answers. In the meantime, I will continue to ask God to bless each one of you for your unselfish commitment to Him and His people :)

We have been in loan modification for our home for over a year now because my husbands job took his vehicle that was part of his salary, cut out his overtime, which was stable for years, denied cost of living increases for the last 2 years, and increased our insurance by $200/month as well as losing my job of 10 years as a medical transcriptionist was lost to overseas workers and technology, I am now waiting tables. They lowered our payment by $400 and told us that if we could make the three trial payments on time that our loan would be automatically modified to that payment. We did just that but found out they cancelled our loan mod before our third payment (even though they took our third payment) because of missing documents. Instead of telling us, they sent foreclosure notice. They have decided to put us through the process again, but they havent told us what our payment is. We dont even know who to make a payment to and neither do they, as our mortgage company will not accept payment unless its in full. Please pray that the bank will modify our mortgage so we will not lose our home and that they will give us an affordable payment as they did before. I am not asking them to forgive us of any portion of our mortgage, I would just like them to drop the interest rate from 7.5 to 4, as we are not eligible for normal refinancing because we have a 30-day late on our credit. We had been paying on our home for over 6 years before we started having trouble. We want to pay what we owe, we just want them to make it affordable because we are not suffering because of being irresponsible. My family thanks you very much for your prayers.
