Nate thank you so much for praying and your advice I did the love dare everyday for 42 days. But those 42 days my wife was not livimg at home. She had moved to her parents so she really couldnt see what i was doing with the dare but i did it faithfully. I continue to pray multiple times a day and will continue to pray that God will open her heart . Thank you and God Bless

Daniel I dont know exactly what youre going through. i do know that i have had to say that a couple times to God. Sometimes I try really hard not to but i still fall into temptation. It sucks. but i do now my GOD is great and he will never leave my side. God loves you and i unconditionally. i also have learned that whether its a struggle or temptation, He will NEVER make us go through something we cant handle. So in a time like this, we get up and keep fighting everyday for that loving God we serve.

serena aww thanks so much for the prayer, your a sweet girl. life can be pretty crazy huh? but as crazy as it is, its also very beautiful, very lovely, getting ourselves in that special place with Jesus makes all the difference. most days i find that if i dont get in my devotionals in, i feel out of place, the day doesnt seem right. i love having that time with God when we can connect and He can speak to my heart. its soothing and sets me on the right track. i think you were telling me about that also a lil bit ago, about spending time with God. its funny...but that topic was my devotional today. it said basically that in life we can do absolutely nothing alone. that we can try and picture the way we want us to be and force it on ourselves, but in the end we arent gonna get anywhere. God has to take control. actually i would like to type out the one little section for you. remember that Joyce Meyer devotional was telling you about that i started reading? i wasnt originally intending to even send this to you, but the Lord put it on my mind, so ill share it with you :) ok, here it is :

Of course, God has millions to care for- but He can care for all of them at the same time. Gary missed something very important. God wants us to help-and to ask often. Look at it this way; if Satan constantly attacks our minds, how else can we fortify ourselves? We fight back- but our major weapon is to cry out to the Lord asking for His strength to become ours. too many times we think we can do it ourselves. In some instances, that may be true, but if we are going to win continually over the attacks against our minds, we must realize that will power alone wont work. what we need is the humility to turn to the Holy Spirit and ask Him to strengthen us. i realize that many people do not grasp how the Lord lovingly operates in their lives. Not only does God love us like a Father, but He also has caring concern for every part of our lives. Our heavenly Father wants to intervene and help us, but he waits for an invitation to get involved. We issue that invitation and open the door for Gods help through prayer. Gods word says `you do not have because you do not ask` (James 4:2) perhaps we can think of it this way: God is watching us all the time, and he is aware of the temptations, , struggles and hardships we face-and we all face them. if we think we can do it all by ourselves, God takes no action. but he remains ready to jump in and rescue us as soon as we cry out, asking for the power of the Holy Spirit to operate in our lives. Our victory begins with right thinking, we have to be convinced that God cares, wants to act, and waits for us to cry out. when we cry out, we understand the words quoted previously , that its not by force or power but he Holy Spirit that victory comes.

serena For example, take the matter of personal fellowship-daily time spent in prayer and reading the word. as Christians we know that this is what God wants. and what we need if we are going to mature spiritually. at one time in my life, i tried to maintain spiritual self discipline. i determined that i would pray and read the bible every single day. i would do well for 2 or 3 days, and then something would interfere- sometimes my family or something at our church but mostly little things that took my attention away from daily fellowship from my Lord. One day, in desperation, i cried out with out your help, ill never be faithful in doing this . thats when the Holy spirit came to me and gave me the self discipline I needed. It was almost as if God watched me struggle and allowed me to become frustrated and angry with myself. But as soon as I asked sincerely for help, the spirit came to my rescue. We are too independent and we experience a lot of unnecessary frustration simply because we try to do things with out Gods help. With the spirits help, I am learning-yes, still learning-that I can choose what I want to think about. I can choose my thoughts, and I need to do that carefully. Unless I am with close fellowship with Him, I wont know the difference with healthy thoughts and unhealthy ones. And if I dont know the difference, I provide the opportunity for Satan to sneak into my mind and torment me. Spend plenty of time reading Gods word, and you will quickly recognize each lie that satan tries to plant into you mindIt was a longer devotional, but she got to the point, and it made me think; we DO have control over our thoughts, but we CANT do it with our Help from our Father. I can share this with you because I really feel like we are on the same page in many ways, going through lots of things and trying to stay above the surface. I thank God for you though, and I will close with a prayerdear heavenly \father, I thank you so much for all you have done, are doing and will soon do. I pray that you will guard Ingrid heart and mind, that you will give her a new mind set and renew her spirit. Please wrap your strong loving arms around her, and remind her how deeply you care for her and love her. Thank you for being in control, and help us to let go and give it to you. I pray for the well being of Ingrid and her family and bf. Have your Holy angels intervene and overcome those dirty spirits trying to set traps and tear her life apart, please place a hedge of protectiona around your baby girl Jesus. serena thats ok, no worries, we all have crazy scheduals and get busy :) ive been struggling a bit too an am trying really hard, i know its a spiritual attack on me though, because i have been doing really good, and we all know how satan hates our progress with God :p but we can both make it in our own situations we have if we keep trusting in the Father :) im glad you liked the psalm. i love 119 too, it covers so so much, God is amazing isnt he? everything thats in the bible... its funny reading what all those biblical people went through even back then, a lot of them had the same problems as we do, they felt the same way, faced the same type things we do now...its lovely to relate to such Godly people of that time and have that beautiful love and hope in the Lord-STILL! He is the same yesterday today and forever! . if they over came it all, all the more we can too! man, i love Jesus haha
