I work at a collision repair shop, and currently attend school for collision repair and painting also have earned my personal training license. Would like to do missionary work in the future but I now realize I have a long way to go before I am ready.

Japlace Yup, have been busy, and I know what you mean with getting burned out. But this week I really have been given a refreshing joy over my whole life. It hasnt rubbed off in the physical, but spiritually I am so excited and renewed. I have been praying and fasting all day, at work and now home. Japlace Mr. Bob! Good to talk to ya, brother! Car is running great. Having a little trouble with turning it over, but it could be I am just so used to smooth fuel injection haha. I took apart the door yesterday in attempt to fix my door lock, and thanks to good ole WD-40 it works just fine. After 45 years, it just was all gunked up. Anyway, I am great. Sarah32 Yeah...I am slightly jealous. We had a country concert here in my town (pretty rare since its not a big city) last month...but it was 60 bucks to see just a couple of artists! If it was half that I would have considered going, but 60 bucks was a little too pricey in my opinion. Let me guess, even though it was free you never went? LOL It sounds like the Zac Brown Band and Dierks Bentley were there...Which makes me a little more envious they were both available to croon over you guys-- FOR FREE!

tyler yeah i see what your saying. but i dont believe that the days of the week. and telling time. has to do with pagan Gods. look at the bible. they talk about telling time and stuff. but it doesnt say any where in the bible where the names of the days of the week have to do with pagans. if this is true dont you think God would have said something in the bible? i see what your saying but i dont believe all of it.

Okay so I have a really randomly weird question and im not a creeper...that being said - I remember you said that you travel to Virginia often and well, you didnt happen to be stuck in traffic on the NJ turnpike southbound today (4-15-11) at abour the 1:30-2ish time frame, did you? Ariel Thats awesome that you like your job! Someone said to me once, "Find a job you enjoy and you wont work a day in your life!" So true. Ugh, Ive never wanted to actually admit that I am out of shape or even look deeper into it or anything, but I guess I cant live in denial forever. I am definitely not a sports girl at all though, and I avoid gym class at all costs, or rather actually participating lol. Would biking be enough to at least fix that problem? Now that I think back, some days I have listened to my breathing and it sounds terrible, but it isnt constant or anything so it could be nothing. Oh doctors, what a joy :P

Ariel Hey, so im pretty sure that youre tired of all the health questions already, right? :P but youre the first one that popped into my head, so here it goes! I think I might have asthma, either that or im super out of shape. I get really out of breath really fast. Even just walking 3 blocks to school or walking up a flight of stairs, i feel like i cant get enough air. And i cant breathe through my nose either after i walk somewhere, i have to breathe through my mouth, which could be normal, i dont know. But what do you think? Because if i am out of shape, i want to fix it!

Courtney I dont think that you have asthma, but you might have an active airway disease.. Or mild bronchitus. You may want to check with a doctor on that because that can be dangerous and you may need an inhaler hunn!! Its always good to checkk!! =) I have chronic asthma so i know everything there is to know in that subject. lol.

O.0 Thanks so much! Currently God has just been talking to me about incorporating Him in what I do more than I have been and being ready to say "Yes" to what He tells me to do. Cause I complain a lot to God haha. So I dunno if this is just a test for me or if He really wants me to go. O.0 awesomeness! thanks for the info! was looking into the exercise bands you mentioned, they actually look like fun! I would love some of the websites if you have them. I do have one question, how can you exercise but keep your heart rate low? it always seems that when you exercise your heart rate goes up. Anyway, definitely want to start getting my act together, really want to get on a better exercise routine and start gaining some weight. Right now Im on a semi-vegetarian diet, though Ive recently been interested in a raw vegan diet (where most of the food is organic and raw, and less of it is cooked) dont think Id want to be a strict vegan tho, think Id still go for some grass-fed chicken or something. But the raw food part has seriously interested me. Anyway, thanks again! I cant wait to start! lol :D

Ariel Its so hard to let go of earthly things. Ive only really had a relationship with God since July 2010. Ive always been a Christian but Ive never had that relationship. When I struggle, I often just go into a depression where Im like, "im sad, you should care about me and help me and love me but dont tick me off more" type thing. I depend on people because I love feeling loved. But lately Ive been trying to depend less on people. If I have a problem, or if something goes wrong, I want God to be the first one I go to with it. I hate how spoiled we are and how its put in our heads that we deserve better. Because we dont deserve anything at all. Its only by the grace of God.

daniel@seekGodnow.org i think im going to end up going to the New Tribes Bible Institute instead of Calvary Chapel Bible College, because its 2 years shorter and i think it might be better for me because its taught entirely by missionaries. also, after that, id hope to go to a university of some sort, and then get a degree in some sort of christian thing. as for my other website, not sure which one you mean. i actually have three right now, and none of them are really growing lol but thats ok, they are www.thankourFather.org which is the one for posting stories about what God does in our lives, www.seekGodnow.org which is the christian forum/community, and www.feartheLORD.org which is the website where i make my own personal blog posts (rarely). and how have i been? good, bad, ok, not really much different from a year ago sadly. i keep getting lots of spiritual pride and then when i realize it, i fall prostrate (figuratively) and try to humble myself.. then i start looking around at all fake christians in the world and i get proud again. thankfully though, im starting to realize that im not really a true christian at this rate, so i fall into the category of fake christian when i boast in my heart as i so often do. ive finally realized i need to stop looking for christians, to teach them something, as though they know more than me. it never has worked, ever, and it is thus unprofitable, and it makes me proud. though there are many things i think i could help others with, ive been trying to forget about that and think about how others can help me, because im slowly but sadly realizing that i dont have much of a relationship with God, i rarely pray or think about Him as my Father. i really need prayers regarding that. it helps me a lot to admit my poor spiritual status. im working on everything though, and i know God will pull me through.

O.0 Hey PHBOI, I cant remember, but did you say you were a fitness instructor? I cant remember if it was you or someone else. But anyway, I had a fitness question, if you can answer it :D (If youre not a fitness instructor and am mixing you up with someone else then totally ignore following question lol). But Im trying to gain weight. Ive got a super high metabolism, so its really hard to. Not really sure if gaining fat is good though, but I can gain muscle easily (not that I want to be MUSCULAR, am female haha, but I do want to cover my bones some). The thing is I dont own any equipment or anything, so the workouts Id have to do would pretty much have to be done with myself only. Do you know any workouts that are good for just overall weight or muscle gain, done without aids? I really hate having a high metabolism, it drives me nuts, Im just toooooo thin!! But I eat like a pig!! lol. Really want to gain something, so I figured muscle would do. Just not sure how to gain it without equipment. The most I know of is jogging (haha) and that doesnt gain anything ;P I use to do jumping (horse riding) and that gained me a lot of muscle but since Ive stopped Ive gone back down to just bone and skin! :) Anyway, thanks, if you can answer me question ;P Have an awesome day! :D

Vanessa No unfortunately, I didnt see the game, Ive been kind of cut off from the hockey world since coming south. But, if I had of watched the game, I would have been cheering for Detroit as well! Montreal is pretty close to the bottom in my opinion of NHL hockey teams for sure....not that Detroit is all THAT much better.

PutHisBloodOnIt It was a big game because because it was two of the eoriginal teams that started the league and we dont play them much. Detroit is hated around the league which is understandable cause we have been to the playoffa over 20 straight years in a row which is a good thing. Kind of like baseball everyone hates the yankees because they are so good. We are getting a new arena built for the wings which is exciting.

Brittany LOL. Well some of us in Pittsburgh take hockey seriously as well! haha. I was surprised I didnt get shot wearing that...all my friends told me that I would be! :P lolol. I wish I had a picture of that! Guts? No...probably stupidity. lol. But I had fun.Sweetness! And the sermon that night was amazing! I keep watching it over and over and over again! Robert Madu is the man!! I bet it was beautiful at a time. It still could be. LOL. this event was through the Assemblies of God churches. We do it every year. Brittany Hey! I was in Detroit for National Fine Arts and National Convention. We didnt get to see too much of Detroit and spent a lot of time in the Joe Louis Arena, which me being from PA, Im a Pittsburgh Penguins fan, so that was kind of wrong. :P lol. I also got lots of stares for wearing my Crosby Jersey...but thats beside the point. :DAlong with the National Convention and Fine Arts there is an AIM trip. So there were literally thousands of AIMers that did this and made Detroit their missions trip. It was pretty awesome! The AIM theme was "Shine your light on Detroit" And actually, you can get more of a feel for it, when you reach the speaking part in the monday video from the services, they explain it better than I would be able to.you can watch it here. http://Detroit2010.ag.org/live PressPlay did worship, but you can skip thru the video if you want to see what their goals were in Detroit. :)I had a blast there! We got to do some sight seeing too. But most time spent in Greek Town I think it was?? Correct me if Im wrong. lol.

PutHisBloodOnIt right across the street from my work they just opened up a church and on the side of the building in big bright letters they painted the word Jesus with a saying. I was suprised because this is in Detroit in a really bad neighborhood and I was so happy to see it!

Sarah Yikes. I dont want to meet up with anything that size! Add seven inches...and I think thats half my height! (I think. I cant do my math at the moment!) Hopefully Im not saying Im, like, three feet tall (extreme example of how wrong I could be xD) Er, yeah. I think thats approximately my height! (no! HALF!!!!) Anyway, thats really random and I need to get off the Internet (which is even more random). Wow...five minutes?

jake  I love KBARs. Those are man killers, lol if you want a good survival knife id go with maybe something smaller with its own sharpener and stuff like that. But a KBAR is a really good piece of equipment and it wont fail you

Derrick o wow well thats kool i cant wait for her to come back on the forum....but yea the whole purpose of the thread is to Just to tell the glory of God or the issues your going through. The body of christ should be very transparent with each other and able to come on this site with out being faced with judgement or sarcasim.If you want to tell your testimony or how your day went or just tell everyone a little bit about yourself. Nd bob u never know who u might be helping with telling your testimony...I dont think u should share with everyone....but i think that ur testimony would help ppl. Derrick thats good to hear! I am doing better now that i have gotten encouragement from the holy spirit and from others on this site! I am going through a lot right now! And I am learning Gods grace is sufficient. If you see my prayer request i have a lot going on. With temptation, school, anxiety, other people being dissappointed in me, I cant fully tell you everything....But the way i am feeling right now can clearly be seen on my post "my heart right now" and "If you think you had a messy life"..Im just trying to keep moving forward in christ and take each day at a time-=) you know what i mean??

Derrick tru i totally agree God blesswe have to keep allowing the spirit to take control rather then our self and our flesh. I get soo scared when at any point i begin to try and take control of my life... because honestly that is completly detremental to our very own lives. We have to just stop looking at our selves and our political beliefs and although we are of diffrent denominations one thing that should bring us together is our love for christ. I want soo badly to not argue any more whether it be with people on this site or who ever. We need fellowship! I want soo badly for me and the whole c28 site and every child God to just humble ourselves and stop looking at the pharisees and even our own faults but just come to God without even saying anything and just come to him with our box of alabaster and just sit at his feet giving him reverence and learning about him! Because honestly all these arguments are based sloely on human endevour. and thats wrong i believe we need to just look to God and we have no need to argue because Jesus is our advocate! if you look at the dialouge when Jesus was seperating the sheep from the goats. where the goats were saying "LORD! LORD" and jesus replied depart from me I never knew you. Idk if your familiar with that. But if you look all through out the gospels when people accused other people of stuff and jesus was there. It is not recoreded that they spoke they had no need to. because Jesus was saving them. look for example with the tax collectors, prostitiues, horemoungers. The redeemed of the lord never has to say anything! The most we might say is "so" or "so what" because the bible declares "Let the redeemed of the lord say SOOO!!!" so that my heart on it
