Campus Crusades for Christ is having this Fall Getaway this weekend. Its a weekend to go, get to know people, have a great time, and of course, learn about Jesus. I would really really like to go, I have this weekend taken off work already, and I can get a scholarship to help pay part of it, and its all falling into place, except for the fact that I cant find anyone to cover my Friday shift at work..Im trying, and I ask you to pray that someone will do me this huge favor, no one seems to be wanting to help

My friends parents who were Christians for pretty much all of their lives have suddenly announced that they do not believe in God anymore. Its super scary because his family is what brought me to Jesus and have showed me how to love Him. Im worried that he too will agree with them. I hate to see them all lose their faith, and I ask you all to pray for him to help him through this time of confusion..

Ive found out that in an affair that my dad had when he was with my mom, a child was born. Its really hard to talk to her, knowing what her mom put my mom through, and knowing that my dad could do something like that. Ive had a hard time forgiving him, and I need to, I want to. Please pray that I can have patience with my dad and forgiveness towards him and his "mistress"...

Ive been given lots of more hours at work, and I havent been being cut early lately, which makes my pay checks greater than they have been. Also, I found a $100 that I hadnt deposited yet, which means Ill have it all on time :) thank you all for your prayers :)

Im moving out for the first time on my own this year. I have a job, but not a very good one, so having my rent ready by the first of August will be a challenge. Please pray that everything works out okay with this apartment. God bless you all.
