The best way to promote is on "social networking" websites, like myspace (the best one), facebook and twitter. Dont be shy to promote via your own website! Yes thats cost money, But its for a just cause. Dont keep your credits only for yourself! I keep only 200$ on all 1500$ or credit I had. Share with friends, family and ppls who are interested by C28! Let be C28s promotion an hobby!
