Hey everybody, so last week my girlfriend broke up with me, which did hurt but not nearly as much as what she told me later. She is a hardcore christian, on fire for the LORD, but yesturday she told me that she was doubting Gods existence at all. Before this she was teaching her unsaved friends, and helping them, and sharing the Lord with them, but she seems like she doesnt even want to live morally anymore. Your added prayer that God would take a hold of her, and wake her up would be greatly appreciated. She is screaming out in desperation, screaming for the truth, and God is screaming back..."I love you", but she just isnt hearing it.
Just curious. what songs get you "pumped up" spiritually? When I preach I tend to listen to any of these

Alright, so recently earive gotten tired of all the old exclamations and blasphemy that we hear all the time, so i decided to mix it up a bit. It might sound stupid, but recently ive just exclaimed Satan! whenever it is that kind of situation, but recently ive been getting some flak about it from people, but they never really have reasons. i see it as why should i blaspheme Gods name, when i can just basically blame it on satan, as sarcastic as i may be. opinions?
Ok so I am a guy of many tattoos. I have a full sleeve on my right arm and a cross with my last name in the middle on the left, and a no regrets tattoo on my back between my shoulder blades. The only funny part is I do regret the " No Regrets" tattoo its quite Ironic. What are some ideas for some Christian tattoos? Give me what ya got and when I come home from Iraq I just might get the best Ideas work done!
Kristen, i agree. because really no word is a sin at its core, only if used to offend someone. i generally dont curse, cause i dont want to end up slipping in front of peers that might take offense to it. i still slip sometimes but hey. and michael, i know some people with demon hunter ink, they look pretty sick, especially when they include the blessed resistance.
So me and my girlfriend have had a fantastic relationship with each other for a few month, we are both devoted christians as well. Recently she just totally broke off the relationship. Her reason is that she doesnt want to be married and have kids when she is twenty, and that she is terrified of what she is feeling[love]. It seems so worldly..opinions?
alright, Ive been thinking about this word for quite a while now. I know we DONT earn our way into heaven. However, the bible describes sins that can send us to hell? I personally view Christianity not as a religion, but as a lifestyle. I believe that it should be in every aspect of your life, and not at church. Therefore does this make me a true christian if I live it out day in and day out? Or do people who constantly look at porn, constantly get high, have sex, and kill people still have salvation? This is a hard thing to chew on so please give me some input.
There are countless [im sure somebody counted them..you get the idea though] accounts in the Bible of people who killed people yet were still saved. some accounts were murder, God never leaves his followers.
Alright, first of all, it is wrong when used to offend others, but they are just words. words themselves are not sins, but when used to offend others, intentionally of unintentionally, they are definately a hinderance, and not a right example for christians or anyone for that matter. I guess it comes with waht you would define as profanity. i personally think that just the "curse words" shouldnt be recognized, they are just words that could potentially offend or hurt others. I slip sometimes, but i try not to curse at all as a personal conviction because i participate in teaching a few classes for junior high guys at my church, and i dont want to slip in front of them and lead them astray. It all comes back to what sets us apart from the rest of the world.
