my bio? well, i guess in short, im 16. i grew up in a christian home. in second grade my parents got a divorce, which is quite a strain on any child. in 7th grade my dad told me that he didnt believe in God, which tore me apart, and got me questioning my faith a little bit. but, like He always does, God came through for me. that summer i went on a missions trip that turned my life back around. fast forward to last year, my freshman year in high school, i did really awesomely first semester, but something happened second semester that threw me way off course. i have no clue what it was but it pushed me to the edge, and almost took my life. but once again, Jesus came through for me and, although i am still struggling, i will not doubt His strength and love for me. he has saved my life too many times for me to doubt His protection. He has saved me from this world and He has saved me from myself, both on multiple occasions. so now im holding on tight as i learn to let Him heal me from all thats in my past and in my present.
and on this sites topic, i absolutely adore these cloths, this is my style and i cant ever find anything like it, even if its not christian based.

Hey guys, I would like to send in a prayer request for my dad, he doesnt believe in Jeus, or God for that matter. He grew up in a Christian home but lost his path somewhere along the way. He has a huge heart but its a little lost at the moment.. thank you so much for your prayers!

Original Prayer Request (posted 3 Years Ago): I am going to be serving at a camp this summer that is a great outreach to teenagers. If you all could pray over the summer, that we would be witnesses for Christ and would show the love of Christ in a very real way to the campers and also that we would have an outstanding number of salvations this year. i like having the models, although i think that there should be both. but i like having the models because sometimes i have a hard time actually piecing an outfit together after i buy a shirt or something and the models give me different ideas on how i could wear it (layering, belts, jeans vs. leggings, that sort of thing) but i agree with K3T too, having some pics w/o models helps us picture ourselves in the cloths too. so my vote i guess is both X)
Right now Im in the middle of reading this book called "Crazy Love" by Francis Chan, and let me tell you so far it is AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend it to EVERYONE!

i read it with my life group and LOVED it! i learned and relearned so many things that are so critical to our spiritual growth. if you look into what Francis Chan is doing through his church in california it is amazing, i have never seen anything like it before. i know there is nothing like that here in maryland! (although my church is pretty awesome too ;] )
We should all pray for Alpha. He has disbelief and it has lead him astray from God. So i hope you all will keep Alpha in your prayers. I have faith that God is going to do a miracle in his life.
will do :]] i wish i knew his name, im going to see if its on his profile. there is power in prayer. if anyone is willing i think that it would be cool to fast for him too, in the Bible the three main things that a Christian is supposed to do are give, pray and fast. and if you remember when Jesus cast the demonic spirit out of the boy in the temple, after his disiples failed to. the disiples had command over demons just as Jesus did, but because Jesus had fasted, He was able to cast out the demon when the disiples couldnt. im not saying that alpha is demonic, not in the least, just saying that fasting has added power that prayer alone does not. but anyway i will definately be praying for alpha!
hey alpha, do have nothing to do except sit around and criticize every forum post? not trying to be rude although its coming out that way sorry. its just, every single post that i look at you comment on. you are either a really fast typer or have wayyy too much time on your hands. and im just curious, why do you like to point out every thing that you see as a fault in what people say? i really want to know, i dont understand. but maybe i just dont want to the way you dont want to hear anything that everyone else here has to say.. hmm... i dont know..
I am hoping to do a 24-hour fast sometime soon, probably in the next couple of weeks... most likely after Christmas. This will be my first go at this, so yeah. :P Ive been studying how to fast a lot, and Im gonna mention it to one of my youth leaders soon to see if he has any suggestions for me. So I guess the main points of this topic are:
-Are you thinking about fasting?
-Have you fasted before? Is there any advice you could give to someone who has not yet fasted?
-(if you have fasted) Why did you fast? What did you learn from it, and how did your relationship with Christ improve?

GREAT resource for info on fasting is the book "Fasting" by Jentezen Franklin. i am reading it right now and have learned a TON of stuff from it. the one thing that i have gotten out of the book that seems key from the physical aspect is to drink LOTS of water. it says that you will get headaches the first few days and stuff but, as im sure you know, it is wellll worth it. as for the rest of it, (obviously) its extremely important to spend time with God during those/that day. but yup... i really recommend that book its stuffed with really good information :]]
