The name is Gabriella. Im eighteen, graduated, and engaged. I was raised Lutheran/Catholic- but I dont consider myself any certain denomination of Christianity. I have five ear piercings and one tattoo of a cross on my left ankle. I am attending the local community college. I play guitar, I love to write, and I love photography. I try to be there for my friends no matter what, day or night. Any questions feel free to ask.
Favorite Scripture
Eph. 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
At my school we have a required argumentative paper we have to write. My friend did hers on Evolution vs. Creation. While I was editing her paper, I saw she came up with a really good point and Id like to get your guys opinions on it.
Evolution says something about how we all came from one living organism. If this were true, wouldnt we technically be considered cannibals? Im interested to see what you guys think :)
She wasnt using it as a huge "evolution is wrong" point, just kinda like one of those "shocking" things people wouldnt think about.
It was kinda cool, we went to a Bible college and talked to one of the professors about this. He said basically what you said, Joshua :)
Thanks for all your input guys:)
Quick question "What do you all think about long distance relationship with a person that has the same faith, love and believes for the one and only GOD?"

On days when I dont have anything to write about in my journal or cant think of too much to talk about with God at the end of the day I try to think of 5 things that I am thankful for and try to be creative but honest. I wanted to involve all of you in this. What are you thankful for today? Ill start off...
1. EYES: Ive been learing a lot about disabilities in school and it didnt occure to me how much I enjoy having the gift of sight. I love photography and movies. I also rely quite a bit on people facial expressions when in a conversation.
2. GRACE: Im not perfect. But God understands that and forgives me even when I dont deserve it.
3. GOD SPEAKING FOR ME: Do you ever have those times when you happen to say just the right thing without thinking about it? Yeah, thats the Holy Spirit. :)
4. THIS WEBSITE!!!: Thanks for being so awesome.
5. GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP: Whats better than waking up rejuvinated?
6. THE BIBLE: (I know I only said 5 but I had to add this one in) I know it sounds cliche but Im really thankful for the Bible lately. Its like a direct line to what I need to hear. It has everything from the rules of life to encouragement. I love Jesus! <3
Im thankful for salvation, to have a church I feel is my second home, this website. Im thankful both my parents quit smoking a year ago, and that my mom convinced my dad to go to the hospital when he had "really bad heart burn" and wanted to go to sleep instead- it turned out to be a heart attack. Im thankful to be living in a country where we can freely express our religion. Mostly Im just Im thankful for just about everything the Lord has given me, and the people who he has put in my life:)
Ive been playing guitar on and off for three years but Im having trouble being motivated enough to improve my skill. Any ideas on how to motivate myself? any good songs that i could learn (beginning-intermediate) warm up scales? anything?

This guy does video tutorials. Click under "Lead Guitar" and you will get some really good lessons on improving your skills. He also has video tutorials for specific songs. Ive found it really helpful :]
There are some video lessons on Ultimate-guitar.com as well.
(http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/columns/the_guide_to/) Ive never really used this one all too much, but theres some good stuff on there.
100% against it. My view on it: the kid could be the one to find the cure to Cancer, or do something else great in this world we all are living in. Everyone has a purpose & theres a reason why God wanted the woman to have that child.
I have one tattoo, got it for my 18th birthday with my sister..
Its a twirly looking cross on my ankle, and later when I get the cash Im adding onto it a dove, with likely the crown of thorns in its mouth. Im excited :)
