My Answered Prayers

My husband lost his job on May 1st. He is still unemployed. He has been applying like crazy but no one is calling back. He did have one interview though that we are waiting on. My husband and I are youth pastors and this job that he just had an interview for allows him to continue our ministries without having to request off from work just to go to church and teach our teens. With his experience he could easily find a high paying job, but it wouldnt allow him the schedule to continue being youth pastors together. Gods work is more important to us than anything else. Yes we do need to survive, but HE comes first. This job though it pays less, gives us enough to live a comfortable life and still lead others to Christ. Please pray for my husband. His name is Likeke and the school that he is waiting on is Seagulls Kapolei. God bless!

pray for my prayer request

This is my husbands last of week of evaluation. In two weeks he will find out if he passed his probation or not. This is the first job he has had in 4 years that allowed him with a schedule to return to church. We also got called to lead the youth in our community. This would not have been possible if God hadnt granted him this job, but if he doesnt pass, then our ministries, finances and medical is at risk because my contract with my job is ending next month. Neither he nor I dont want to give up on the ministries that we started, but because of his field, its hard to find another job that allows us the stay stable and maintain our time with the youth. I ask that Gods strength will overpower all of my husbands weaknesses and that God will bridge the gap between him and his superiors and they will have faith in all his abilities. Its been a tough road for him and I know he can do ANYTHING with God. Please, please pray for us that he can keep this job so we can continue what we started in our church. In Jesus name...AMEN!

pray for my prayer request

My husband has 2 months left in his probation at a job he loves and has been trying to get for four years and by the grace of God he got it. So for the past year we have had the time to go back to church (because his schedule never allowed it before with previous jobs) and we started both a Music and Youth Ministry. He wants to keep this job because its the first job he has ever had that allowed us to do all the ministries we ever wanted to, not to mention being financial stable for the first time since we were married in 2003. Problem is, his manager is extremely negative. She writes him up for every little thing and yells at him even though he tries his best. She intimidates him a lot and all that stress has made him sick several times. She is more of an authority figure and not a leader. He wants to work on their relationship so we pray that God will soften her heart and help their communication. She is confident that he will be terminated, but his coworkers feel like shes the only one that thinks he is a horrible worker. Everyone else supports him and says he is great and doesnt want him to go. Our prayer request is that my husband will stop getting write-ups for no reason and that God will soften her heart so that they can work in peace together. All he wants is to have great days at work and pass his probation so we can continue our ministries and have stability to support our family. We ask this in HIS name! Amen!

pray for my prayer request

I ask for prayers for my husband. God granted him a wonderful job last May and since then we have started both a youth and music ministry. This was the first job in years that he has ever had that we got to be financially stable and have time to devout to church and our ministries. He still has to pass his probation and his manager is doubtful of him. Though she can be negative, he loves his job and doesnt want to be terminated since it could mean giving up all we have accomplished this past year. He has till April to prove to his manager that he is the right fit. I ask that it will be Gods will for him to have this as a permanent position and that God will be his guiding light everyday at work with wisdom and faith. His name is Likeke Littlejohn. pray for my prayer request

My husband has been trying to get a government job as a cook for 4 years now. He was finally granted that in May of 2011 and loves it there. Not only do we get time to spend with each other, we also had our prayers answered in staring a youth ministry and music ministry on the weekends. Hes been there for about six months now and he still needs to pass his probation. Coming from a restaurant setting, he is having a very hard time adjusting and constantly facing ridicule everyday from his manager. If he doesnt pass his probation, it could mean the end of our ministries for outside positions never gave him the time to dedicate to church, which I know for sure he doesnt want to give up. He is very persistent and pushes through every mistake as well as criticism. I would like to ask for your prayers that God will open my husbands eyes to what his manager expects of him and guide him to do each and every task so that it is acceptable for the board. Overall I ask that you join me in helping him pass his probation and that we will continue to have the time to commit to these ministries. In Jesus name, AMEN!

Thank you for all your prayers! My test came back today and I am clear! I still have PCOS so itll take some time if I want to have kids but with God all things are possible! Much love! Praise God!
