What do you think? Should Christians support Obama? I dont believe so. He doesnt seem to live a Christian lifestyle, and believes in many things, and DOES many things, that are against God. He may talk of God sometimes, but hes very deceitful. Take a look at this video for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0YuYxYOXtI He also supports abortion. I would elaborate on a lot more right now, but Im really tired. I just wanted to create this topic as soon as possible because I just thought of it. Looking forward to your responses!
ummm...i didnt vote, but i def believe that you should submit to authority figures and people who are in a higher position. it also says it in titus 2 also. because if we dont, what does that show for us believers to people who dont believe you know what im saying?

Ok i am trying to save someone right now that wants historic proff that the bible had known things to come. For example the prophet Isaha predicted the coming of Alexander the great didnt he? anyway I was wondering if there where anymore things like that where a prophet saw what was to come in the future (besides the things that have not happened like revalation and the rapture that is still to come) Thanks, Andrew
only God saves. we cannot make people christians, or make people believe brother. its up to him to make the decision, but its up to us to bring him the goods and the Gospel you know what i mean?

Hi i know we all make mistakes and i know i am not perfect. I want to stay pure and obstain from sex until marriage but i am a freshmen in college and last semester, i had oral and anal sex with a guy. I now know what i did is wrong and goes against the Lord but i want to know if i am still a virgin still? I would say i am but my best friend says i am not. But whatever i am i know now i am not doing anything with anyone until i am married. Thanks, DMM :)
"if you still feeel guilty then maybe it wasnt true repentance." - i def dont agree with this statement. not trying to cause division, but i just do not agree. there has been many a times where i repented from sexual sins, and i still hung on to the guilt and the shame. even though i repented, asked for forgivness, and turned away from it, im not perfect, and those whove gone thru this, we strive to live in holiness and we are reminded of the things that we have done in the past and we feel the pain. picture this. lets say, you are a kid, and you steal alot of money from your parents. your parents already know, and you apologize without any remorse or guilt. do you think or that they will believe you? if you dont show that you are sorry its kind of hard for someone to believe. it kind of goes with what alpha said. but as for the topic, i def struggled, and are still struggling with this particular sin, so i know how you feel sis. if you have repented, and asked God for forgiveness, you are a virgin. ill def be praying for you. love you sis!

The times when churches preached about true holiness? Most churches you see and hear about these days are either preaching a very watered down message of holiness, sanctification..etc or they are preaching about getting rich basically overnight, without the help of God. Where are the times of great preachers like Smith Wigglesworth, Katherine Kuhlman, Charles Finney? This gospel needs to be spoken to the fullest, and its not some fairy tale or something you read any other day, it is a reality and a lifestyle. It has gotten so bad that alot of modern day preachers have to be careful to not offend the people and has to bring them a user friendly message where they womt have to do much... it is a tragedy what is happening. On a sidenote, there was a chinese christian preacher (forgot his name) who spent 26 years in prison for preaching the gospel. When he was released, he had an interview. The reporter asked him how he spent the last 26 years in prison, he said it was the best 26 years of his life because it was a honeymoon with him and Jesus, no distractions, no one but Him and God. Well he went on tour in the US because I think he wrote a book, the same reporter gave him another interview and asked him about his take on the american church, he simply stated that he was suprised that the american church survived this long without the Holy spirit. I dont know about you guys but I am ashamed because we have let it get this bad.... we need to make a difference.
RT@ Japlace! Amen Brother! i just got sooo encouraged by that post! praise God for that Man!

Thats right, I am head over heels in love with a man, and his name is Jesus. I am not ashamed to say that I love Him because I am all that I am today because of Him. He has and continues to give me the boldness, passion, and radical faith and I am completely and utterly surrendered to His will for my life. Through the Holy Spirit, which is not an encounter or experience but a lifestyle, and Jesus grace and mercy, I find freedom. I choose to live and abide in that freedom and I continually find strength in His word and His promise for my life. Will you be so bold as to say that you are in love with a man named Jesus?
AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE CHRIST!!!! HEs MY EVERYTHING!!! JESUS IS LORD!

As believers do you think we should only listen to christian music or is it safe to listen to secular musica as long as you know where you stand?
welll... i think this question is based off of your own convictions. see, as for myself, i try not to listen to secular on my own time, because i want to make sure that things that i listen to or things that i watch are glorifying to him and also because i go by own convictions. people are different. they may say that your shouldnt, some may say that its ok..the bottom line is, that you need to just pray to Him and seek answers from him, and gets those confirmations that yes, it is ok, or no..it isnt...you know what i mean? also, if you dont feel bad about it, or if you dont get any convictions, like..(those little voices tellin you that you shouldnt be listening to this) then it is ok..but as for me, i dont listen to it...
