I am a 24 year old married disciple. I just entered the preaching walk this year and anticipate the blessings God has for me, my husband, and the rest of our family. I am so thankful for this website. It is amazing. I love the products on here as well! The only clothes I've bought all year are from here!

Hi prayer board. I came a few weeks ago requesting prayer that my husband find employment. The job he interviewed for over three months was given to an older, more experienced person - which is what hes running into everywhere with only a few years of experience since hes 25. Today he just got news that his student loans are no longer in forbearance. We now owe money to his student loans, we have to pay rent, pay for utilities, food, etc. We are tithers and are even giving above our tithes and offering for a faith campaign at our church. It seems like everytime we get a financial strategy together, something unexpected arises. I have been praying that God fix this situation and move in our marriage, but am beginning to grow weary after months of prayer with no results. I know I need to be a strong and supportive and loving wife to him, but I will be honest...Im getting impatient, frustrated, sad and drained. Working full-time, going to school full-time and being active in our church is already exhausting on me, so not being able to pay bills is just extra stress...I would really appreciate your lifting us up in prayer. I know this is all an attack of the enemy...
My husband did not receive the job, but he is content, as am I. I believe God has something waiting for us, but we have to be patient. Thankfully, I have a job that is sustaining us. To God be the glory regardless.

My husband and I have been married for a year and 3 months now, and he has struggled to secure a reliable job. With the recession he is having to compete for entry level jobs with people who have years of experience. He has interviewed for a position close to our home that is all he every hoped for: great hours so he can continue ministry at our church, close to home, able to work from home, great benefits, limited travel, and requiring the skills he possesses. He had his fourth interview last week and still has not heard back. When he called Wednesday, they still had not made a decision. I am soliciting the prayers of this board that he get this job offer. We really need the finances. Thanks be to God that He has kept us to this point, but we are at wits end and starting to fall in debt with the rent, car note, utilities, etc being paid with just my limited income. Any prayers you have for us will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. :)
