I believe it is in Exodus 22:18 where it says "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." Now, aside from all the advances in human rights and such, why, theologically, do we not still practice this? Has it become instead "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to make a living"???

So im sure all of u have heard about May 21st being the supposed Judgement Day when the world is gonna end. I personally do not believe it at all. The Bible specifically says "No one Will know the day or the time" and 1 Thessalonians 5:2 "for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night."... for the people to be so set in saying that they know the date makes no sense to me. but i just wanted to see everyones thoughts on this...
The Preacher was trying to time his prediction with the Earths alignment with Elenin (Planet X) but the Dwarf Stars orbit changed a bit and the alignment comes in about 10 more days. We may have a Large quake soon, but the end of the world as we know it will not be here until November when that Dwarf Star goes between the Earth and the Sun.

Where do I start without offending anybody? The first thing I notice is assigned parking for Pastors; Jesus would park in back and let Visitors Park In Front. Jesus gave his life and pastors will not give up a parking spot?
Then if you have children they are taken away to another location. Jesus loved children.
Ok enough with the small quirks, I have become a lover of Truth and being a Christian is the definition of knowing Truth. Truth should include all aspects of life therefore I have become very different than today’s Christian.
I cannot eat the Food they serve at church! I do not eat junk food and I feel like Jamie Oliver trying to convince the LASD to let him re-vamp the menu. Most Christians got to church then go eat Bad food that is making them sick. This makes it hard to fellowship off the bat. Being honest most Christians get offended if I tell them they should take care of their bodies!

Faith is believing without seeing. In nearly every other situation in life, having faith is an unintelligent gamble. I know God says we are without excuse because the world is proof of His existence but proof of intelligent design does not necessarily prove the God of the Bible. I do believe the Bible obviously and do believe in God but I just wonder why faith? To a nonbeliever, giving up your life in hope that the God of the Bible is real seems foolish. If God desires to be praised and worshiped why not just make Himself known and let every choose right then and there to either reject or accept Him? It is difficult for most people to devote their entire existence to something they cannot see, hear or touch and something they cannot even prove exists.
I do not Question God, who am I to question God so I guess that is Faith. Its Simple to me, Fact #1 we are Born Dead and will stay dead without Jesus. I see Death and do not want any part of that. Why do people think they cannot see Death? nothing to prove there. I will choose the solution! only mans ego makes them think they can save themselves.
Someone pleeeeeaaaaaassssseee explain to me why a Christian Clothing Company who is promoting coming to Jesus/submitting our lives to him is bragging about how the NOTW logo is "so HOT" and hey to prove it look at all the people tatooing their bodies w/ it..SO we promote desecrating the temple God gave us? People come to God having tatoos prior, understandable. You submit to God and atone for that sin you now know to be a sin. However, promoting the marking of your skin as a confirmation of how much this movement has exploded is atrocious. You should really think about the message you are sending to everyone "NOTW" and people who will come to know what it means to be NOTW.
