My husband of 34years died while we were on vacation, July 28 2010. We had lived in Fl. but 3 of my children live in Portland, Or. so they scooped me up and now I am living here. I am going to Calvary Chapel in Portland and like it. But my heart aches for him. I know and am happy that he is with Jesus and in a new body, he had renal failure for years. I miss talking to him and asking him questions. Laughing with him about our kids. We have six of them! Only one is following the Lord at this time. I feel like I am missing a part of my bofy. The last few years we pulled away from friends and just hung out together. Because of his illness we watched church on line while we did his treatmeat. So now I know I need to make and keep friends here. I am attending a Womens Bible study, but I skip some because I havent taken the time to do all the homework and I feel bad. My heart is hurting.
